Y/n L/n world's most renowned and skilled Surgeon and a doctor who had worked on thousands of critical cases and had hundreds and thousands of life, now you guys must be wondering how did he do that, well he is the world first doctor who found and aided methods to cure various kind of cancer but sadly he died in a car crash at the age of 26.
And is now standing in front of God.
Y/N shifted from one leg to another in slight nervousness and confusion, as he doesn't know who is the being standing in front of him, speaking out loud his thoughts "Are you…God?" asked the man in a whisper voice as if contemplating with himself.
But he is quickly snapped out of his thoughts as the old man chuckled with some mirth in his voice and replied "Why Yes Son. Indeed I 'am God."
As the man's mind halted to a stop thinking about the possibilities of this situation being a prank or just a vivid dream of meeting god as a fantasy.
But he couldn't ponder more as 'God' in front of him started speaking
"As now you are probably wondering- 'What are you doing here?' 'What is this place?' or 'Is this some sort of dream?'" 'God said' as Y/N dumbly nodded, "Well to answer your questions- First- Is Because you died in an accident while you were returning home from work. "I see... So that's what happened." Y/N replied slowly as if consoling himself to this… situation and took in the emptiness.
"Not much of a reaction from you, though I can still see the confusion on your face," God asked whilst he was in a slight panic as this his fault because of which the man died. "I-I a-uh-" Y/N sighed as he spoke, "If this is a dream I will eventually wake up in the morning." He said with a smile.
"I…See," God replied as he started feeling guilty because his carelessness caused a mistake that took the young man's life.

"So old man what is going to happen to me now?" the young man asked.
"I am going to give you 4 options as the god revealed his fingers one by one-
One- Your soul will pass onto Heaven.
Two- You will be reincarnated in a fantasy world like those in animes and videogames or heck your favorite Novel with some Overpowered Skills or techniques but you will not have any memories of this life.
Three- You will be transported to a fantasy world like those in animes with your memories intact but I will choose to which world you are going to be transferred to with some wishes of your choice.
And-
Four- Become a true god.
Y/N's eyebrows shot up in surprise as his eyes widened at the fourth option. "What do you mean by becoming a true god?" the boy asked bewildered, "You can tell that I stand above all beings and gods that means I am
the creator of all." God said with a smile, "There are other gods?" the young man asked as if to confirm his intuition.
"Indeed." the supreme being in front of him replied "Then what is the difference between god and true god. "Well as you might have already guessed it, The True God is the group of 4 strongest beings in this whole multiverse and the rest are the God is the fifth strongest being after them. "Ohhh..." the young man realized and continued "then who are the second and third being?"
"Hmm...Lord Brahama is the third strongest being and the second is
Lord Vishnu and On the Top is Lord Shiva the strongest, the Creator and Destroyer, The True God Of Destruction and so on."
"So? What will you choose One Two Three or Four?" He asked Y/N,
"Can I ask you something?" God gestures him to continue "How can you- Nonono Why are you choosing me to become a God, someone with more wiseness and wisdom is needed to be able to become God?"
God smiles
"Well...Yes, my boy because of your karmic points and-"
"Huh? Then how many karmic points do I have?" Y/N interrupted, God, snaps his fingers and a big blue holographic projection appears in front of them.

"Huh!? 'rubbing his eyes' seriously." He turns towards God with a dumb look on his face making God laugh out loud, as he is looking like a total idiot.
"You're joking right?" God shakes his head, "then how did I get
this many karmic points." he asked God in a daze. "Hmm let's see you have saved countless lives and also found a method to cure cancer which saved millions of lives and also motivated the young generation of doctors."
As Y/N nods dumbly, 'Are you kidding me!? I have more than 200
millions karmic points holy shit' Y/N thought.

He asked God to give him some time so that he can decide which option
he will take. "God I want to choose the third option." The young man said, "Why not choose the fourth option you can become a God you know."
Y/n smile as God replied.
"I don't want to control Other's fate." God looks at Y/N as the young man replied, the smile grew onto God's face,
"Alright now if this your final decision, then tell me your 5 wishes it can be anything. Y/N nodded "But first I want to know which world you will send me." He asks God snaps his fingers a spin wheel appears in front of y/n and there are thousands of anime world's names on it.
"This is your wheel of fate whatever this pin at the top will land on that world will be your new life. So go on, spin the wheel." Y/n nods and does the implied action after a minute it stops. At first, he thought it was going to be 'Boku no hero academia' but it stopped on 'Tenchi Muyo! War On Geminar.'
"A world of mecchas huh." He thinks for a minute. God, I have decided my wish, I want a system with a shop where I can buy weapons, armor, robots, aircraft, mecchs, and resources. "Okay" God gestured the boy to continue, "I want unlimited shop points and skills points." "Hmm okay"
"I want to be an immortal and give immortality to my love ones." God nods with a smile and "I want an ability to summon any character from anime."
"Son you can summon only 5 beings but let me tell you in that world
they will not have any magic powers well basically they will be like
a normal human," God said as Y/N dejectedly nods in understanding. "But don't worry I have a gift for you and the 5 beings you will summon."
"Gift?" Y/N wondered as God nods "You will find the gift in your inventory. Y/n nods "I want to look like Benimaru from Fire Force anime."
God snaps his finger and says "All your wishes have been granted. Now off you go son and I hope you will enjoy your new life 'as God smiles' you have my blessing, live your life to your fullest son.
"Thank you, God." The young man says. God snaps his fingers and a portal sucks Y/N. "You're welcome, my son." He said with a warm smile.
