Tonks sighed as she laid down the hill. She didn't want to play those pranks, but they made her feel so much better. She didn't like being mean to her best friends, but it was necessary. But was it? Tonks really didn't know.

All she wanted was her friends back.

Tonks let her tears fall. She missed them.

She missed Matt, his never-ending list of facts and his soft quiet personality.

She missed Charlie, his sense of humour and his brotherly love for her.

She missed Anna, her fashion sense and the way she would prank.

Tonks shook her head, this was revenge! Revenge shouldn't be this hard! Right? Nymphadora pulled her hair in frustration. Ugh, she knew 5th year would be hard, but she didn't know it would be this hard! Two hands gently came and made her hands let go. She looked up and caught the olive eyes of Serenity Clearwater. She asked,

"What's up with you?" Tonks ran her fingers through her silky soft brownish pink hair.

"Nothing much Serena. Just thinking." Serenity nodded in understanding, whether it was fake or not, that was a different question.

"Well, I have something that will make you feel a lot better." Tonks raised her eyebrows and grinned. This was going to be interesting.

"Go on, I'm listening." Serena smiled and dramatically whispered,

"Why don't we go flying?" She then pulled two broomsticks from behind her. Tonks looked at her, trying to figure out if she was serious or not. She finally decided and roared with laughter.

Serenity was horrible at flying, she wouldn't even get on a broomstick anymore. Well, she had to give points for effort, it definitely had made her laugh. Then she saw Serenity looking upset, Tonks quickly stopped laughing.

"Nymph! I'm serious!" Tonks chuckled quietly and decided to word this in a way that wouldn't get her head bitten.

"It's just that, Serena, err, the last time you were on a broom, uh..., you fell off and um, yeah." Good job Nymphadora She thought. Way to make her feel better. But to her pleasant surprise, Serenity wasn't offended. She just said,

"Well, that's why you're gonna teach me!" Tonks had been listening absentmindedly, but she suddenly choked.

"Wait, you want me to teach you how to fly? I, Nymphadora Tonks, the clumsiest person in London want me to teach you? Please tell me your joking, Serena." Serena grinned and said,

"Yes, I want you to teach me, the worst flyer in the century, to fly Nymphadora." Tonks sighed but nodded. She might as well. She grabbed her broom and beckoned Serenity to follow her. Serenity grinned and waved her arm at the bush nearby. Though Tonks did not see her do so.

Serenity quickly followed Tonks. Was this really Anna's plan? Just to be back to being Tonks friend? She was gonna die! Serenity gulped as they got to the practice pitch.

"Ready?" Serenity nodded and she got on her broom, watching Tonks fly. Serenity raised herself a few feet and tried to fly, though she fell. Luckily, Tonks had taken the time to swoop down and catch Serenity by the arm.

"Are you sure you want to do this Serena?" Tonks asked anxiously. Part of Serenity was touched that Tonks actually cared if she died, but the other half of her really wanted to learn. How did Charlie and Tonks do it so easily and flawlessly? She nodded, not really sure. Tonks said,

"I have an idea, do you wanna fly with me?" Serena looked at Tonks in surprise. Tonks was willing to fly with her? Serena looked away but she nodded, getting on her broom. Tonks came and sat behind her. Serena was half an inch taller than Tonks, but it still worked.

They rose in the air and Serena started getting scared, "No! Tonks! I wanna get down!" Tonks just shook her head and they rose even higher. Serena closed her eyes tightly, "Nymph! This is scary!" Tonks shook her head and laughed,

"Serenity, your eyes are closed. You don't even know." Serenity opened her eyes to glare at Tonks but she didn't. Instead, she looked at the sky in wonder. No wonder she was missing out. It was wonderful up here. The moment was short-lived though when a voice called down from below,

"Tonks! Serenity! Come down!" Serenity looked at Tonks and she nodded, bringing them downwards. Tonks's hair was whipped around and it was no longer in its long ponytail. it was much more messier.

"Hey, Tonks, could I speak to yo-" Tonks shook her head and started,

"Look, I'm really sorry Anna, you didn't mean any harm." Anna nodded but said,

"No Tonks, I did something wrong. We all did. Could you forgive us?" Tonks sighed and shook her head. Serenity's heart sunk. They did all this, for nothing?

"Anna, I'm glad your apologizing to me. But the others didn't. If they're too cowardly to face me themselves, so be it." Serenity grinned, at least they were making progress. Anna came forward and hugged Tonks. She was a little shorter than Tonks.

"Thanks so much Tonks." Tonks laughed and said softly,

"I should be the one thanking you Anna. If it weren't for Serena, Jen, and Ced...I probably would have gone mad long ago." Serenity grinned, it actually wasn't for nothing.

Tonks was happy. Really happy. She just her best friend back. She just had two more people to get back. Her oldest friend, (Not counting Ced) and her dorkyish mate.

Charlie and her had become friends when they were 5 years old. They had met when a really mean girl named Brianna had called Tonks some names. Charlie had helped her get revenge on her. Even though he was only 5 years old, he was still a very good prankster. Tonks had severed off her leg.

You might think that's a little extreme, but Tonks was a Black.

What else could she say?
