Four years later
''My lovely, lovely Lovatics this year I have something to celebrate and I want to celebrate it with you!'' Demi starts during the last day of her world tour finishing it off in her hometown LA. ''This year I hit the milestone of being sober for six years and ten years without self inflected injuries.''
She smiles as everyone cheers loudly looking down at the tattoo's adorning her wrists and runs her thumb over the most recent one of her best friends initials, she glances up at her fans as they quiet down and licks her lips gulping down the lump in her throat. ''I also am proud to announce that I am still fighting my eating disorder with success, six and a half years and counting.'' She glances backstage locking eyes on Santana's brown orbs filled with pride and sniffles. ''The last one goes with good and with bad days but the past three and a half years I had more good days than bad and same goes for my best friend who is battling the same demons, we both have each other to fall back on after she moved to LA to escape the town that put her down and I am proud to say that we both are on the right way to shut those voices in our head off.''
She licks her lips wiping away her tears as she sees her best friend of eighteen years now standing behind Santana proudly kissing her head while shooting her a wink and turns to her fans wiping her eyes with a tearful chuckle. ''Sorry for this sob story but today also marks the day that I met my best friend eighteen years ago, you all know her from my insta stories and also from her dancing in my music videos.''
She bites her lip as they explode into cheers and clears her throat. ''She will probably deny it but the past eighteen years she was my rock and still is, without her I would have never had the chance to stand up here and celebrate this special day with you.'' She turns to lock eyes with her best friend and slowly makes a come hither motion calling the both of them on stage. She smiles as they all cheer and turns to Brittany and Santana. ''Ready?'' She asks softly so the microphone doesn't catch it, Santana takes a deep breath smiling nervously and hums.
''As I'll ever be.'' She murmurs softly, she smiles as her girlfriend kisses their cheeks and watches her grab a guitar knowing they decided to do the acoustic cover of the song she recorded weeks before with Demi.
Demi turns to her fans and smiles. ''Alright guys, this song is called Lionheart I wrote it together with these two and we decided to do the acoustic version because Brittany composed the instrumentals with me and we just want her on stage with us!''
She turns to Brittany and nods her head after shooting Santana a calming smile knowing she is nervous, Brittany nods her head adjusting the straps of the guitar and stands to the side so she can look at the both of them while strumming.
Demi closes her eyes taking a deep breath and grabs the microphone in her right hand, she slowly opens her eyes as her cue comes and licks her lips.

''Yes.'' Brittany murmurs keeping her hand over her mouth, Santana chuckles tearfully hearing their family snicker and tilts her head.
''I didn't ask anything yet.'' She states chuckling, she smiles as she just shrugs her shoulders and licks her lips. ''The past four years I felt amazing whenever I got to introduce you as my girlfriend but introducing you as my fiance does sound way better.''
She opens clicks the box open slowly kneeling down and looks up at her girlfriend hearing her choked out sob the second she sees the personalized ring with an infinity symbol instead of diamond. ''Brittany Susan Pierce, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?'' She asks, she smiles as she immediately nods her head again and smiles as she drops down on her knees in front of her crashing their lips together.
Santana smiles into the kiss keeping a strong hold on the ring box in her hand hearing the crowd burst into applause and slowly pulls back leaning their foreheads together while moving the ring in between them. ''Will you marry me?'' She continues softly.
Brittany nods her head cupping the back of her neck and sniffles. ''Of course I will marry you.'' She breaths out her voice cracking, she pauses watching Santana take the ring out of the box and raises her free hand up to her face wiping away her tears.
She reaches out grabbing the collar of Santana's blouse she is wearing the second she slid the ring on her finger and pulls her closer capturing her lips in a loving kiss. ''God I love you.'' She breaths out against her lips tears still clear in her voice.
Santana pulls back leaning their foreheads together and reaches up cupping her cheek, she runs her thumbs over her cheeks wiping the tears away and smiles lovingly. ''I love you too baby.''
She slowly stands up helping Brittany up too and chuckles stumbling back as their moms immediately tackle them in a hug, Maribel sniffles wrapping her arms around her daughter and kisses the top of her head. ''Mi hija is getting married.''
Santana smiles kissing her mami's cheek and turns to Quinn pulling her into the hug, she kisses their cheeks and bites her lip. ''Thank you both for listening to my speech for days on, I love you.''
''We love you too babe, congratulations can't wait to watch the both of you walk down the aisle looking beautiful as ever.'' Quinn murmurs kissing her cheek, Santana bites her lip turning her head to look at her fiance smiling as she sees Susan and Demi both gushing over the ring and hums.
''She will be the prettiest bride.'' She turns to her best friend and sniffles. ''You sure I'm not dreaming?''
Quinn reaches out pinching her and burst out laughing jumping back as she yelps, she jogs over to Brittany as she looks up at them in confusion and tackles her in a hug laughing as she stumbles back. ''Congrats Britt!''
Santana smiles lovingly as Susan and Demi both walk over to them and leans up on her tiptoes kissing Susan's cheek as she pulls her in a hug.
''Your speech was so beautiful honey, I will be proud to call you my daughter in law.'' Susan murmurs kissing the top of her head, Santana smiles as her mami joins the hug and glances up at her soon to be mother in law.
''And I am honored to call you mi mama in law, te amo mama P.''
Maribel smiles lovingly seeing the full blown happiness on her daughters face and slips out of the hug, she walks over to Brittany and pulls her in a hug leaning up on her tiptoes kissing her cheek. ''Congratulations my ridiculously tall soon to be daughter in law.''
Brittany laughs leaning down so she can hug her properly hearing Santana giggle and kisses Maribel's cheek. ''Thank you mama Lo.''
''I think this calls for a celebration!'' Demi announces smiling brightly, Santana turns to her and smiles sheepishly.
''Rain check D? I just want to enjoy this night with my fiance.'' She pauses glancing over at Brittany seeing the smile pull at her lips and bites her lip. ''Damn that did sound amazing.''
Brittany hums in agreement walking over to her as they follow Demi off of the stage after thanking the crowd and wraps her arms around her waist from behind. ''It sure did love.'' She murmurs softly, she looks up at their family and bites her lip. ''Dinner and celebration tomorrow?''
''Yeah celebration at my house!'' Maribel tells them smiling lovingly as three different cars pull up at the exit, she hugs both girls and kisses their cheeks. ''Enjoy the night together girls, te amo.''

After they both said goodbye to their friends they slide into the car telling Demi's driver to bring them home and lean back, Brittany intertwines their hands looking down at the ring now adorning her finger and bites her lip smiling lovingly. ''God I feel like I am dreaming.''
Santana smiles lovingly sliding her hand up her arm and cups her cheek, she gazes into the bright blue eyes she loves so much and leans in capturing her lips in a loving kiss. ''No dream at all future wifey.''
She chuckles as Brittany smiles brightly against her lips as soon as she hears the nickname and slowly pulls back leaning their foreheads together, she runs her finger over the ring and bites her lip. ''But yeah it feels like a dream to me too.'' She confesses softly.
Brittany pecks her on the lips pulling back as the car comes to a halt and smiles as the driver opens the door for her, she slides out and turns back helping Santana out. ''Thanks Jack, see you tomorrow?'' She asks turning to their driver, Jack nods his head tipping his hat and smiles.
''Yeah I am sure Demi will tell me to pick the both of you up again, have a nice night ladies and congratulations.''
They both thank him softly and turn on their heels walking into the building, they jog up the stairs to reach their apartment on the second floor and Santana unlocks the door immediately kicking off her shoes.
She walks into the living room stopping in her tracks the second she sees the person sitting on the couch looking at her with a smirk and gasps softly stumbling forward as Brittany bumps into her.
''Whoa babe I thought you were already sitting on the couch.'' Brittany exclaims quickly reaching forward to hold her up, she looks up frowning as she tries to find out what made her fiance freeze and gasps the second she locks eyes with Puck.

''Puck!'' They both squeak out smiling brightly rushing over to him, Puck laughs jumping up donning his soldier uniform and stumbles back as they both tackle him in a hug.

''How did you get in?'' Santana asks kissing his cheek, Puck laughs holding up their spare key and shrugs.
