Military Secrets and a Vampire

The world after monsters are revealed. People have seen a giant monster roaming around Japan and many other monster fighting against it. There are a lot of people thinking of what other secret creatures are there in what other nations, "are there really chupacabras in Mexico", "Are there U.F.O.s in Hollywood, USA", "Are there fish people in the Underwater City/Nation of Atlantis", or " Are there Yeti in the Himalayas". Well for an International government business transaction a certain supernatural someone is going to be privy to a few of those secrets.
There are two men in two different parts of the world North America and in Asia. In Secret location in the United States, a man named Director William Free is in an office with a laptop getting ready to connect to someone in Japan for a business meeting, and in Japan, there is someone named Headmaster Aono, contacting the Director in a secret location, United States on his laptop for the same reason. Tsukune Aono is addressing the Director, "the Director of what" and "for what are they meeting" you ask?
The Government of Japan and other nations have also taken notice of the destructive power that a Shinso Vampire possesses, and plan to make them allies. The only known Shinso vampire that has been televised and introduced to the world "Tsukune Aono" has been given the contact information of an exclusive military base in America. The Director Starts the conference. "Hello Mr. Aono, I would like to thank you for accepting my invitation to speak." Director Said. "I accepted because monsters need to make friends with the rest of the world, the U.S. military is a good one so you want me to come all the way to Nevada when we are talking right now, right here." Tsukune said. "For security reasons I cannot show you the contents over the screen. You will have to come here to make sure that everything is ready for business, by the way your English is good ." Director Free said "So the United States government wants me to come test out the security measures for your new monster prison am I right? " Tsukune Said
"That is correct and we will also pay you a substantial fee for doing the test run, this technology was designed by our smartest minds to specifically disarm and contain monsters, you should know that there are plenty of bad monsters that should be imprisoned, especially those Fairy Tail terrorist you seem to mention, and endorsing this monster prison will make your reputation better amongst the humans in high places, and act as a deterrent to monsters in the human world. '' Director Said. "All right Director Free, if you think that this will be good then, I'll get on the plane to Nevada, America." After agreeing while walking out of his office and speaking to his secretary "Ruby Tojo", " Make a note, Ruby this Headmaster of Yokai Academy, Tsukune Aono is coming to America".Tsukune said

Chapter 2
Tsukune Aono is on the magic plane covered by an invisibility spell, unseen by radars or other aircraft. As he lands in Nevada and exits the plane there is a squad of military soldiers waiting to convoy him to the base also known as "Pandora's Box". "Welcome Mr Aono we are ready to start the simulation, so as soon as we get to the base you are our prisoner." Soldier said. As tsukune got to Area 51 he was placed in the high tech facilities used to imprison special shock bracelets to stun them should the prisoners attack. On the wall there are special cameras showing the monster forms even when they are combat the power that monsters have the guards have . As he tours through the prison site he sees other monsters. A four-armed creature with shackles, a six-foot tall lizard guy, and a blob contained in a special suit, etc. All of them were in cells patrolled by guards, and guards armed to the teeth with laser rifles.
"So which one of these cells will be my "Hotel room" for the time being Director Free?" Tsukune said with a chuckle. "These cells oh don't worry about them, I have special ones for high-level monsters like you. " Free said "Special, what could be more secure than what I just walked through." Tsukune. He was just about to find out, they went to an elevator, that went straight was S-level the were super-secure, instead of living guards there were drones with automated guns, robot guards made of steel with no pain receptors,so they couldn't be tortured, the cells were hardened steel magnetically-locked, and the government knowing that this super-monsters have power to put others to shame. "As you can see Mr. Aono we have thought of security, for the fast ones like werewolves, we have weighted clothing and/or high-speed cameras along with the guns, that steel for the strong ones, for those with elemental like lightning, we have insulation, fireproof walls, and we are working on a special ankle monitor that can nullify powers."Free said as the prototype comes to the two of them by a M.P. Tsukune had placed it on himself and waited for it to take effect.
Sitting in that cell, Tsukune just waited inside thinking of a way to escape the prison. Finding a loophole tsukune used magic and remembered that the color works on what's inside stood up and stuck out his finger, and bit it and a few drops of blood came out, and with his magic he hardened it into a shiv hard enough to loosen the monitor and the weighted suit. Then his shinso powers started to come out. First he used his transformation power to turn his body to steel even harder than what the wall was made of, to pry open the doors himself. As the alarm sounded the drones with lasers set to stun, but with Tsukune's strength he carried the weighted clothing and swung them around like weapons. Those robot guards didn't stand a chance, as he knocked them down, with his powers he was strong enough to bend metal, faster than their sensors, and his steely hide was too strong for their lasers to pierce. The Director was watching with amazement and anger as the vampire was easing through the prison.
Director Free took the opportunity to ease his and the others' paranoia."Wow this guy is good, too good."Soldier 1 said."There are a lot of prisoners in there that have a lot to gain from escaping and this guy could break them out just as easy, you don't think he'd actually try to free these other monsters for a bigger payday do you? " Using the intercom to conference with his vampire friend, Director Free speaks. "Aono you're being a little too good with escaping our prison, some of my soldiers are wondering if you're on the prisoners' side or if you are hankering for a prison riot to see who's the toughest of you all." Responding Tsukune say "Don't worry,sir, I am not freeing the prisoners, in fact some of them have tried to kill me before, to no success, I want them here just as much as you do,I am only here to make sure your security gets upgraded as need, and I still have work to do." Tsukune said. His next move is getting through the floor of solid steel and laser grid above vampire power will he use to get out of this?
"This is some steel that is even harder than the cell walls, I don't have any magnetism powers our intangibility like a ghost. This is a tough one, the only way I can get out of this is to squeeze through the vents, and they are way too on I have other powers, exploding the walls may not work, and it may break out other I read about this in a book of vampires."Tsukune said. His next move was something new, it confused everyone looking on via the monitors. Tsukune Aono turned into shapeshifted, not into a swarm of bats or a gorilla, but a mist. The mist went through the vents up all floors that separated the prison and the soldiers.
Director Free's squad was shocked, some at a loss for words, others not so much. Soldier 1"What the hack was that no one said he could turn into gas. Is it poisonous? He could kill us all and take over the place." Soldiers 2" I didn't prepare for this, we are gonna need a major upgrade to the prison, what are we gonna do about this?" They stopped talking for a moment as they saw smoke coming from the vents.
Director Free speaks up" Alright mister Aono you have done your job, your payment will be sent to your account". Cutting him off "My payment, I will collect my payment when I drain the blood from every last one of you, and free these monsters."Tsukune said, forming back into vampire form, and had fierce red eyes. Free and the soldiers were stunned, backing up and not sure whether to get his gun or not. "I knew it you and those monsters were in on it together, alright men I'll take it from here get behind me."Free was striking a pose to fight pulling out his wings."You wanted a vampire I'll give you one let's see what you can do".Then free, he pulled out his finger gun ready to fire. Then the two of them started laughing at the sight.
The two of them came close and shook hands. "You had me going there for a second Aono like "oh no he's been evil all along, what have I done?" I'm glad that you made it out safe, but this does mean we have to spend a lot of money upgrading." Free said. Afterwards tsukune said "I wouldn't worry about that, you were onto something with these nanobots, but I have a couple of genius witches that ring up a spell to strengthen the nullifying effect, and here's another tip for how to weaken vampires, "water"." Tsukune said as the Director leaned in ready to hear the weakness, like his life depended on it.
" Water,like from the tap or anything,you're serious about this aren't you?" Director Free was answered with a sly nod from the vampire contractor."So the recipe for the monster prison is,"millions of dollars, a magic spell, and some water."well this is an odd day for me, but a progressive one, thank you for your help Mr. Aono" Director Free said "Well I am heading back to Japan if there is nothing else you need." Tsukune said. Just then an agent came and with an urgent message.
The message was that Tsukune's business was not done in America, the base received news that their prison has to make room for more, there are monster terrorist attacks going on in nearby cities. The Director offers Tsukune another contract, to help apprehend as many of these terrorists, one which Tsukune accepted.
