Seras felt her heart drop as she heard yelling from the office all the way down from the other end of the hall. She recognized that voice. Crestfallen, she carried the tray of coffees into the office, hearing the other assistant wail on about the danger she felt she was in. She set the tray on her desk, plopping into her chair with her chin propped up on one hand.

Another one bites the dust, Seras thought wryly.

The door to Integra's office flew open, the woman leaving in a huff as she went and packed all of her personal belongings into a box. "Damned vampires. I thought they were works of fiction! Turns out they're bloody real!"

"Remember, Alexandra," Integra called from her office, her voice unreadable. "If you tell anyone of anything here, you will be subject to litigation, or his threat being brought to fruition. Choose wisely."

The woman shook, shutting up quickly as she finished packing her box, storming out without saying goodbye to the fledgling.

"Police Girl."

"Yes, Sir?"

"Make a new application posting."

"Right away, Sir."

She was thankful she saved the file, because having to rewrite everything was not something she wished to do. She thought she was done with desk work when she became a vampire! All this damn paperwork she had to fill in on was giving her a headache!

Moreover, she wished her Master would stop chasing away the assistants.
