Bill McPurr, is a character in my 101 Dalmatians: The Series Movie Fanfic. He is the Head Captain of the Paw Patrol Military. He is introduced by wakening all the animal military troops and ordering them to engage to their meeting immediately on day one of military school, upon a new act that was passed called, "The Companion Amimals Act"; whereas he dictates all cadets to benefit all pets and human owners and the bigger community. By that matter as Captain of the Paw Patrol Military, he requests all his troops to be on the role for official identity and lifetime registration system of all pets and owners around the country. He has his whole community formed in groups that will later meet with their new drill sergeants who will guide them into transforming McPurr's troops into soldiers.

Completely unlike how Lieutenant Pug engages the Dalmatian dogs at the Bark Brigade to cohese by all barking the same, march the same, sound the same (Full Metal Pullet), Bill engages cohesion with the cadets at the Paw Patrol with the basic steps on ranking their ways up with the three official boot camp phases, Red, White, and Blue; the colors signified on the American flag.

Captain McPurr later congratulates two of his Persian Cat cadets, Jordan Patrick and Zach Vargas, in ranking their ways up to Captain cadets. Bill brings them into his office and hands them their new badges he had printed out for them. Within a few moments of getting to know one another we learn that cadet Patrick and Vargas are long best friends and they mention that in the future they hope to become actors and hopefully star with Thunderbolt. Bill then becomes happy for them as he knows Thunderbolt quite well. He then tells the cats about making his way up to Captain of the Paw Patrol Military Base upon dedication of the disappearance of his son who he hasn't seen in several years. Consolations from the two persian cadets are given to Bill in regards to that in Hope's that he will see him again soon. On the other hand though, upon Jordan and Zach being his new Captain cadets in his community, he gets reading that out of a big family with a swarm of Dalmatian dogs, the 101 Dalmatians; one of them, Spotty, is on the way to the military. Upon working at the military base as the Captain, Bill has his vision upon memory of his old sergeant before making his way up to Captain that he was assaulted by some stupid menace, Lieutenant Pug, who was jealous of not ranking his way up to be a cadet because of some condition he had with a fear of cats. Being that Pug assaulted his old sergeant at the base because of that, he was put under military arrest but unfortunately managed to escape via his cage shaking loose. McPurr is confident, however, that Pug definitely could not have gone too far to escape his way from the court martial. Unfortunately McPurr has a hunch upon knowing Pug that wherever he is, he cannot be up to any good which Zach and Jordan agree. By that case, Bill had high hopes that sooner or later upon his occupation at the military, his community would be able to locate Pug out there nearby. He was thrilled to meet Spotty at the base. He was also excited to announce that if the puppy does well enough to rank his way up to the leader of the Persian Cat cadets and get them set onboard to mission, he just might help them all succeed in finding that no good Lieutenant; and then have him busted to the Military Court Martial and locked up behind bars where he belongs. In addition, to Spotty helping make all their wishes come true.

After Spotty makes a tour around the Dearly Farm before making his way to the military, he and Captain McPurr meet; and then Bill shows Spotty to his room where he discusses with him the basic steps on boot camp and hands him documentary on everything he needs to know about the Paw Patrol Military. After six months, Spotty then becomes sergeant and Bill later congratulates him in the pups new office. Spotty, along the action, tells Bill about his family of 101 Dalmatians especially, Lucky, Rolly, and Cadpig and that he even met a chicken named Spot along the way and told her about his favorite siblings and how he thought they all could get along very well; whereas then, Captain begins to grow just as big a heart towards them as Spotty does with them. Captain McPurr then hopes to sooner or later meet them in the future when Spotty returns home from the military which he actually does.

According to Cadet Patrick, Bill also knows Filibuster and would be willing to offer Spotty all the Kibble, Kanine Krunchies especially in the style of pizzas; and also be willing to have a chance to meet Thunderbolt and have an autograph from Filibuster upon the pup's progress.

{Now I don't want to give out too much in regards to this part, but considering what I have written in my fanfic, I'd like to point out that Bill McPurr is also a father of some character we have seen throughout the series. I won't say who until I get that far. Yall will find out when I have the time to get there, which I will. So stay tuned!}
