'Well Lee, what's the problem?' Faith asked.
'I think my back is hurting again. Been aching for the past 2 days.' Lee responded.
'Been lifting heavy things again and overdoing it?'
'Eh, a bit. Don't tell my wife.'
'Well, if you want you back to stop hurting, you're going to have to take it easy for a couple of days. And that means no heavy lifting, mister.'
'You already sound like my wife.' Lee said.
Faith chuckled.
At home
'So, when were you going to tell me your back was hurting again?' Rosemary asked.
'Couldn't even make it through dinner, nuts!' Lee thought. 'How, did you know?'
'A wife tends to know when her husband is in pain. Plus, you're walking slower then usual.'
'Sigh. I might have overdone it with the heavy lifting, and I was too embarrassed to tell you.' Lee responded.
'Oh Lee, you should never feel embarrassed to tell me if there's something wrong with you.' Then she hugged him.
'Aw. Thanks dear.'
'Now. I expect you to take care of yourself for the next couple of days, and no heavy lifting!' Rosemary said.
'And this is why I didn't want to tell you!' Lee thought.
