Amos started to scowl when a giant animal crouched and snarled near the Pig Pit in Smallville. ''There's a restaurant nearby if you're hungry,'' he said to it. He glanced at the Pig Pit and then turned to Supergirl. ''At least we won't defeat the creature on empty stomachs.''
Amos faced the enemy another time. He cried out when its tail knocked him down.
Wincing, Amos attempted to stand as his legs shook.
Supergirl glowered near the creature.
A smile replaced Reverend Amos Howell's expression when Supergirl attacked it. Every kick and punch from her.
