Chapter 1

(Konoha, the attack of Kyuubi)

Kushina was tired because she just gave birth to Naruto. He was taken from her by the Fourth Hokage, her husband. A young man was there with her, making sure she lived. Having shaggy black hair and green eyes, he was a handsome young man. He was also one of the Fourth's students and a jounin shinobi.

Among other attributes, he possessed a limit of bloodline and was an expert at Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and other arts. Tsunade, one of Sannin legends, taught him healing techniques. His healing made Kushina not bleed out post-delivery. The masked man who wanted Kyubbi, a nine-tailed demon fox, had already been turned back. Thanks to him, the masked man had a large gash across his chest and back and was missing a hand. A nurse looked at him, "make sure she's taken care of." He said, "should she die, I will slaughter your entire family. Okay?" He went over to Kushina and kissed her on the forehead. "I'll be back, Nee-chan." He set off to help Minato, the Fourth Hokage, fight off the masked man.

(Fight against the Masked Man)

The opponent was Minato's former student, Obito Uchiha, who he had no idea was with him at the time. "Release the Kyuubi Fourth, or your son will perish." He had a kunai to the child's face. Then Naruto disappeared. "WHAT?" He asked, glancing over at the rescuer. It was the young man that was with Kushina.

"HARI!" Said Minato.

"I got you, little buddy." He said to Naruto. Then Obito attacked him, but Hari just kicked him in the face and sent him flying.

"So, the Outsider?" Obito said. "Why do you fight for him? Leaving will save your life." A magical blast from Hari sent him flying, followed by a Kunai.

"Idiot!" This is when the kunai hit Obito in the shoulder. "WHAT?" He was flying backward with it in his arm when he hit the ground.

"Now…" Said Hari and Konoha was suddenly attacked by Kyuubi. "Crap."

"Hari, give Naruto to me!" Said Minato, Hari knew exactly what he was going to do.

"But, you'll die." He said.

"Better me than him." Hari handed Naruto to Minato.

"I'll keep him busy," Hari ran over to Obito and they went at it.

Minato had used a jutsu that Hari had taught him. He made hand signs and channeled his chakra through his body.

"Kotei suru!" He replied and sent it to the Kyubbi, freezing it. Just then he heard someone.

"MINATO!" He looked over at Kushina with a pale expression on his face.

"Kushina?" Just then, Obito pursued her and Hari channeled his chakra at him as a way of fighting.

"Avada Kedavera!" He fired a green shot and it hit Obito in the back. Right then, he fell, dead.

Meanwhile, Minato had Naruto with Kushina screaming at him. "Put it back into me!"She screamed.

"We can't," he said. "You're too weak. You will die if we put him back in you. He called the Shinigami. She had white skin, was dressed in a white kimono with a black obi, and was wearing a black Oni mask with white hair and a kodachi gripped horizontally in her teeth.

"Minato Namikaze," she said. "Why Have You Called For Me?"

"I need your help, Kyubbi is attacking and I need to seal him in my son's body." Then Hari caught up to them, and Shinigami looked up at him in surprise.

"Hello, Hari-Kun. Thank You For Obito Uchiha, I Shall Give You Anything You Desire."

"Seal Kyuubi in Naruto, please." He said, agreeing with Minato.

"I Was Going To Do It But, Now That You Are Here, I Want One More Thing." Hari knew what it was. Standing still, he closed his eyes. Kushina and Minato feared for him. Shinigami reached out and touched his forehead before pulling out a dark mass and eating it. Hari was out cold.

"What was that," asked Kushina.

"Part Of A Soul That was Embedded In His Head." Kyuubi's power was sealed in Naruto, then she took Minato and Kyuubi's souls.

Minato went into the Shinigami's stomach with a final 'I love you' to Kushina and Naruto, and a 'thank you' to Hari. After seeing what happened, Sarutobi had Kushina, Naruto, and Hari taken to a hospital by trusted ANBU guards. It was he who told the people that Kyuubi was now held by Naruto and the village was calling for his head. Hari rose at that point and glared at them.

"If You Want My Nephew," he replied. "Come through me first!" He staggered, but Sarutobi helped him stand. "How sick are you all? Attacking a defenseless child?"

"HE'S NO BABY, THAT'S FOR SURE!" A villager replied and then lost his head to a blast from Hari.

"Just like he was no man!" Said Hari, now the villagers were afraid. Root ANBU attacked him and they all died. Naruto was given to Sarutobi by Kushina to help Hari. Sarutobi stopped them.

"Danzo!" He began, "Get rid of Root or I'll send..." A massive killing curse was sent out by Hari to the crowd and Root Anbu after he churned his hatred toward Danzo. His actions horrified Homura and Koharu. Hari was breathing hard and glared at them.

"YOU GOT ANYTHING TO SAY?" He yelled they didn't say a word. "I Will Make You Wish You Were Those Root Agents If Anyone Goes After My Nephew!" Kushina grabbed him and hugged him, calming him down. Sarutobi called and Hari was taken back to his room by his ANBU. He turned to look at the village.

"If he fails to do so, I will!" He said, carrying Naruto to the hospital.
