NOTE: The many times I try to tell myself NOT to start new stories before finishing older ones is too many times. Anyway, this is a reaction fic that I don't expect to take too long to finish.

Anyway, Review and I hope you enjoy!

I do not own Scooby-Doo or Persona!

Chapter 1: Movie Night

Nanako Dojima strolled through the isles of Junes with her usual pep. The little girl watched as people carried on with their own business of picking up groceries for their own everyday lives. However, for the first time Nanako wasn't walking through Junes to pick up any groceries. Well, technically her cousin Yu Narukami currently was, she was on a different mission.

Making her way into the electronics area of the store, Nanako walked towards the DVD shelves. "Big Bro, said that I could pick the movie this time. I gotta pick a good one!" Nanako adopted a determined look. She wanted to make her Big Bro proud, so this would need to take very delicate, considerate, and complex-

"IS THAT SCOOBY-DOO!?" Nanako exclaimed. She sprinted towards the shelf and yanked the DVD right off of it. Her brown orbs shined as she took a very close look at the DVD case in her hands. But, something about it caught her off guard. "Huh? I've never seen these movies before. A double feature?" Nanako questioned.

The case showed a realistic version of the gang, something the young girl had never seen before. She was used to the cartoon versions of Mystery Inc. and had seen most of the movies from the franchise. "Scooby-Doo and Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed? Oh! Maybe, we can watch this for our Movie Night!" Nanako exclaimed, figuring that this would be a good idea. She tucked the DVD case under her arm and dashed out of the Electronics section. The girl was so fast that she didn't notice that she had almost ran straight into Yosuke.

"W-Wah!? N-Nanako-chan?" Yosuke blinked, surprised by the girl's speed. He grabbed a hold of her arms to prevent her from falling over. "Are you okay, Nanako-chan?" He asked.

"Ah! Sorry, Yosuke. I was just going to find Big Bro," Nanako said.

"Well, be careful. What if it wasn't me that you ran into?" He lightly scolded.

"Sorry," She apologized once more.

He smiled and ruffled her hair. "Come on, I'll walk you over to Partner," Yosuke offered his hand, which the girl happily accepted. "Oh, what's that in your arms, Nanako-chan?"

The girl perked up at the question, her infectious smile returned in full force. "It's the movies we're going to watch for Movie Night!" She showed the double-feature DVD to him.

"Scooby-Doo? I don't think I've ever seen these movies before? Are they new?" He asked.

"Hm, no I don't think so. The date on the box is pretty old, so it's nothing recent," Nanako answered.

"Heh, then it won't be boring since you guys have never seen it before," Yosuke said, smirking.

"Yeah! You could join us too! And everyone else, I'm sure Big Bro wouldn't mind," Nanako suggested.

Yosuke pondered her words for a moment. "Maybe, I wouldn't mind joining you guys and I'm sure if the others aren't busy they'd be happy too. Would your Dad mind?" He asked.

"Hm, no, Dad is working late tonight. So, he said we can just start the movie without him. And the more the merrier, right?" She answered him.

"Yeah, it's always fun to do things with your friends. Oh, there he is! Hey, Partner!"

"Big Bro!"

"So...what is this Scooby-Doo about exactly?"

"Do you really not know anything about Scooby-Doo, Naoto-kun?" Chie asked, shocked.

Naoto blushed in embarrassment, tilting her hat a bit to cover her face. "I-I didn't exactly have the time for cartoons growing up," Naoto replied. Other than Featherman Rangers, she really hadn't watched any other child oriented shows.

"It's fine, Nao-chan! I've never heard of this Scoobert-Boo either!" Teddie laughed, getting the name wrong.

"It's Scooby-Doo and no duh you've never heard of it!" Chie said to him. The martial artist sighed when Teddie just continued laughing.

Rise scooted over to Naoto. "To explain, Naoto-kun, Scooby-Doo is about a group and their dog going around in their van solving mysteries," Rise explained.

"That sounds really simple and oddly familiar," Naoto said. Naoto turned over to look at Kanji, who had been staring at the art on the box for a few minutes. "Uh, is everything alright, Kanji-kun?" She asked.

Her question snapped the punk-teen out of his head. "O-oh...uh...yeah I'm fine! It's just…"

"Just what?" She asked.

"Do you think that Scooby-Doo has soft fur?" He asked, blushing.

Her face turned red as well. "W-Well...I don't know…" The two just stared at each other with awkward tension.

Rise watched their exchange with a sigh. "Why do they keep making things awkward," She shook her head and turned to see Yosuke placing the rest of the snacks on the table.

"So, tell me why we weren't allowed to cook the food tonight?" She asked him.

"Because, I want to enjoy a Movie Night without the fear of dying from food poisoning," Yosuke replied.

Chie scoffed a tint of red present on her face. "Your stomach is just weak, Yosuke!"

"If my stomach is so weak then what about, Partner?" He challenged.

Chie faltered for a moment. "Uh-w-well...Shut up!" Chie yelled, she stepped on his foot.

"OW!" He cried out.

Rise sighed again, and rested her head on the table. "When is Senpai going to get back?"

"He and Nanako-chan went to go pick up Yukiko," Yosuke answered once he regained some feeling in his foot.

Chie whined a bit. "I could've gone and done that."

"But, you know why you didn't," He smirked.

"Yeah yeah, still they better hurry," Chie responded.

Suddenly the sound of the door opening was heard and everyone turned their attention to the entrance of the Dojima household.

"We're back!" Nanako was the first one to enter the living area. Yu and Yukiko quickly followed after her. The couple walked hand in hand with one another.

"Sorry it took us so long," Yu apologized.

"Yeah, we had to pick up a few other things," Yukiko held up a plastic bag. The heiress held back a laugh as she stared at it.

Chie shivered slightly as she looked at her best friend. "W-What is this awful sense of foreboding?"

Nanako sat down in front of the TV, ready to start the movie. "Big Bro! Big Sis! Come on! Let's start already!"

"Yeah, Sensei! Yuki-chan! Beary ready with Nana-chan!" Teddie sat next to Nanako. His enthusiasm almost matched her's.

"It's like watching two children…" Yosuke sighed at Teddie.

Not wanting to leave them all waiting, the entire group got seated around the television with their snacks, ready to start the movie.

(Seating: Yu, Yukiko, and Nanako are the closest to the TV, with Nanako between them both. Yosuke, Chie, Rise, and Teddie are sitting at the living room table. And Naoto and Kanji are sitting on the couch behind them.)

"Is everyone settled?" Yu asked his friends.

"Yep, we're ready to go!"

"Alright then, let's get started," Yu pressed play on the DVD player.

The movie began with the Warner Brothers Symbol being shown. Then, suddenly a bite was taken out of it with Scooby's laugh being heard.

"Rehehehe!" Nanako copied the laugh.

"Rehehehe!" Teddie copied it as well. "This is already fun!"

"Nothing has even happened yet," Yosuke sweat dropped.

The Warner Bros sign was immediately replaced with a Scooby Doo version of it. The words "A Mystery Inc. Company" were at the bottom. The theme song of "Where are you, Scooby-Doo" is playing in the background.

"Oh, I love this song!" Yukiko hummed along with the music.

"Not exactly like the original, but it's still catchy," Rise complimented.

It fades away to the sight of a full moon, the camera lowered to show a very spooky looking toy factory. The fog around the area changed and formed the title of the movie, "Scooby-Doo".

"Scooby Dooby Doo!" Scooby's voice was heard.

"Scooby Dooby Doo!" Nanako mimicked again.

"Scooby Beary Doo!" Teddie changed the name. Nanako turned to him, a blank look evident on her face. The stare was more than enough to force Teddie to apologize for messing with the name.

Subtitles appeared at the bottom of the screen to tell them the name of the factory. "The Wow-O Toy Factory? Weird name," Chie said.

"Oh! I wonder if there will be any haunted toys inside, ready to claw off the faces of anyone inside!?" Yukiko questioned.

Naoto, Rise, and Chie all shivered at Yukiko's words. They hoped that there weren't any haunted toys.

The Case of the Luna Ghost

"Luna Ghost? That still sounds pretty freaky," Rise said.

The scene transitioned to the inside of the factory, where a large figure dressed in white burst through the window. It laughed maniacally as it held a familiar female hostage in his arms.

"Let go of me! Ahh!" Daphne Blake demanded.

"It's Daphne!" Yukiko exclaimed.

"Who?" Naoto asked.

"Daphne Blake, she's the pretty girl and rich one of the group. She's incredibly fashionable and stylish, but always gets kidnapped," Rise explained.

"So, she's you," Kanji said, bluntly.

Rise glared at him. "I don't get kidnapped!"

"You did once," Chie muttered.

The Luna Ghost bounced around the factory with Daphne. "Okay, now I really have a wedgie. Fred! Velma! Can you guys hurry it up? This ghost keeps grabbing...EKK!" Daphne squealed when the ghost slapped her butt.

The teens in the room who understood the implications all blushed at what happened. They looked down at Nanako who didn't seem to understand what just happened.(Neither did Teddie, but that wasn't a surprise.)

"Some adult humor shouldn't be too surprising," Yu shrugged. If there was going to be anything too suggestive then he'd cover Nanako's eyes while Yukiko covers her ears.

"Please!" Daphne pleads.

The scene changed to Velma sneaking around, trying not to get seen. "Jinkies."

"She said the catchphrase!" Kanji exclaimed.

Velma lifted up a walkie talkie. "Fred. Come in, Fred."

The leader of the gang could be seen checking out his own looks in a mirror as Velma's voice came through the walkie talkie.

"Ok, so who are these two?" Naoto asked.

"The girl in the orange turtle neck is Velma Dinkley. She's the brains of the group, who is always first to dismiss the supernatural until concrete proof hits her in the face. The blonde with the orange ascot is Fred Jones, the leader of the group. He can be the muscle and the one who comes up with the traps for the gang," Rise explained.

"You know a lot about Scooby-Doo, Rise-chan," Chie sweat dropped.

"What can I say, Chie-senpai, I'm a big fan," Rise shrugged.

"Fredster is here, Velms," Fred replied.

"Shockingly, Daphne's been captured again. That's okay. When the Luna Ghost rounds the corner with Daphne...Shaggy and Scooby will pop out of the barrel," She went over the plan again. A lone barrel could be seen sitting on the ground beneath her.

"So, that's where Shaggy and Scooby are? Again, they're being used as bait," Rise said.

"Who are they?" Naoto asked once more.

"We'll wait till they actually get shown," Yu cut-in.

Fred decided to finish the explanation for Velma. "You'll activate the conveyor belt, spilling the oil onto the floor." He and Velma ducked down as the Luna Ghost approached the barrel.

"Just remember my plan," Velma whispered.

The camera cut to the barrel where Scooby's tail could be seen poking out. The Ghost stood in front of the barrel with the struggling Daphne, knowing the two were hiding inside of it.

"Who would even fall for that?" Naoto questioned.

"Pfft! Scooby looks so silly!" Yukiko laughed.

"Like, chill out, Scooby-Doo. Stop shaking," Shaggy said.

"Me? That's you," Scooby pointed out.

"Right. It's me. Sorry," Shaggy apologized.

The Luna Ghost observed the shaking tail and lit a match. It blew into it like a blow torch, setting Scooby's tail on fire. The iconic dog jumped out of the barrel, trying to put out the fire on his tail. When he finally put the fire out, the top of the barrel landed straight on his head.

The room erupted into laughter, all except Naoto who was still getting used to Scooby-Doo.

"And that, Naoto-kun is Scooby-Doo. The most iconic dog in the world! He has a large appetite and is a coward when it comes to anything relatively scary. But, he has a heart of gold and will always help his friends in need!" Rise giggled.

Naoto observed the dog, hoping to see what the others love about him so much.

Nanako's face held a bright smile as she watched her favorite cartoon dog on screen.

Scooby turned to see the Luna Ghost staring him directly in the face. "Boo," The Ghost said, simply.

"AHHH!" Scooby screamed in fright.

Suddenly Shaggy popped up out of the barrel, looking crossed at Scooby. Not knowing that the ghost was right behind him.

"And the last member of the gang is Shaggy Rogers or his actual name is Norvill Rogers is Scooby's owner/best friend. Together they both form the most iconic duo and could literally put a restaurant out of business due to their appetites. He's just as big of a coward as Scooby, but just like his dog he holds a heart made of gold," Rise finished all of the introductions.

"Why is he referred to as Shaggy?" The detective asked.

"Doesn't he look like a hippie?" Yukiko answered.

"Oh," Naoto blinked.

"Scooby-Doo, what are you doing, man? Like, this is no time to…" As Shaggy was talking Scooby was making gestures to warn his best friend.

Nanako giggled at Scooby's funny faces, trying to copy them to the best of her ability. "Come on, Big Sis, let's do them together!" She shook Yukiko's arm.

"Alright, Nanako-chan!" Yukiko giggled and joined in on making goofy faces.

"Oh, boy. Like, there's a ghost right behind me, isn't there?" Shaggy asked, already knowing the answer.

"Ruh uh," Scooby pointed at the Luna Ghost. Shaggy turned around slowly as the Ghost held up the match once more, ready to burn them to death.

"RUN!" They both screamed in terror and ducked back down into the barrel.

"Ugh! Reminds me of Shadows…" Chie shivered at the Ghost's spooky face.

"You scared?" Yosuke teased.

"You wish, bub!" She kicked him.

Velma hurried and activated the converter belt, but the bucket of oil ended up falling off right next to Scooby & Shaggy's barrel. "Go, Rhaggy! Go!"

Suddenly Shaggy's legs sprouted out of the bottom of the barrel, while Scooby's torso popped out of the top. Shaggy attempted to run away, but the oil made the ground slippery.

Once more everyone found themselves laughing at the scene of the two goofballs attempting to run away. Even Naoto found herself smirking at the scene.

"Run!" Scooby exclaimed.

"Like, I'm trying, buddy!" Shaggy responded. Scooby acted as if Shaggy's legs were his and that he was running. Only to turn around and realize that they hadn't moved a step.

"Scooby, that's not how running works!" Nanako laughed.

"They really should've thought this plan out better," Naoto sweat dropped.

"Eh, their plans always go awry in one way or another," Rise said.

"Come on, just turn around and beat the creep's butt!" Kanji exclaimed.(No cursing around Nanako.)

Velma's eyes widened when the Ghost readied up another blast of fire. "Fred, NOW!"

Shaggy finally managed to get his footing and sprinted away just as the fire was shot at him and Scooby again.

Fred emerged from his hiding spot, ready to douse the Ghost with the water. Only for Scooby and Shaggy to run him over.

"If only Shaggy could see where he's running…" Yu sweat dropped.

"Not sure if that would have mattered with how scared they are," Yosuke said.

The Ghost took off into the air to chase after the scaredy duo. Fred attempted to douse it in water, but he only succeeded in hitting Velma. The brainy girl lost her balance due to the pressure of the water and fell off the bridge. A chain wrapped around her ankle, keeping her from falling to her death. The net they were going to use on the Ghost fell on top of Fred instead.

"Things aren't going Beary well," Teddie observed.

"Yup, and now Scooby and Shaggy are running for their lives," Yu said.

Rise however was pouting. "I wish I had a gravity defying skirt," The idol stared at Velma with envy.

"That's why I wear shorts under mine," Chie smirked, puffing out her chest.

"And risk being a Tom-boy? No thanks," Rise shook her head.

"T-That doesn't make you a Tom-boy!" Chie blushed.

"Sorry, Velma," Fred apologized.

"I know, Fred," Velma crossed her arms.

"She sounds like a disappointed Mom," Yosuke said.

"Where's the Ghost!?" Shaggy asked as he continued to run blindly.

"He's right behind us!" Scooby answered. Scooby looked down to see a skateboard. "Skateboard!" He called out just as Shaggy stepped on it. The lengthy hippie began to ride on the skateboard, trying to keep his balance.

The two rode on a ramp and landed directly on the converter belt. When they landed Shaggy's head burst through the barrel, finally allowing him to see. He screamed when he saw the spinning blades of death approaching.

"What kind of toy factory has something like that!?" Yukiko gasped.

"Probably all of them," Kanji answered.

Shaggy jumped over the blades and landed back onto the skateboard. The Luna Ghost continued to give chase.

"Is he still after us, Scoob?" Shaggy asked. Scooby's scared response was the only answer he got.

The two continued to skate through the deathly converter belt. Scooby was having a blast as they went up another ramp. "Ranzai!" He laughed.

"Banzai!" Nanako, Yukiko, and Rise exclaimed.

"Zoinks! Grab the hook!"

"Another catchphrase!" Rise pointed out.

"Hold on, Rhaggy!" Scooby grabbed the hook on time. He and Shaggy avoided another death once more. The Ghost was caught off guard by the two swinging in towards him. All four were knocked into a large pile of ball canisters.

"And that's the Luna Ghost defeated!" Rise giggled.

"Probably the most unorthodox detective work I've ever seen," Naoto sweat dropped.

"But, it was definitely the funniest!" Nanako was still giggling. The sweet sounds of her laughter brought a smile to everyone's face.

Fred turned off the converter belt as he and Velma ran over to where everyone had fallen. "Daphne, are you okay?" Velma asked.

Daphne's head popped up, right underneath Scooby's butt. "I'm so over this damsel-in-distress nonsense," She glared at them.

"And I wouldn't want to be under a dog's butt," Rise gagged.

"Uh, where's Shagster?" Fred asked.

Suddenly Shaggy popped up from the pile. "Like, I'm right here, man."

"Me too!" Scooby giggled.

"Scoob, that was fun. Let's grab another skateboard and do it again, huh?" Shaggy suggested.

"Yeah!" Scooby agreed.

"Y-You want to almost die again?" Chie sweatdropped.

Chapter End

NOTE: If this was to your liking, then stay tuned for more chapters as they watch these two movies. And ONLY these two movies, they won't be watching any other Scooby-Doo media in this fic.

I made Rise a Scooby-Doo fangirl, because it just seemed appropriate.

I hope you all enjoyed and have a great day!
