"I've changed my mind, Harry, I know I said I would stay back at Hogwarts and keep an eye on what is going on for you, however I know that you already have more than enough people doing that." Ron said to Harry once the pair left for lunch. "I want to go with you while you fight."

"Where did this come from?" Draco jumped in before Harry could respond. "Last night you were content to stay here with me."

"It was something you said actually, about me doing what is easy and not what is right. It reminded me of Ginny and her philosophy on helping everyone. She once stuck up for me when one of her friends was picking on me, I want to respect her memory."

"Your help will be greatly appreciated Ron, it's nice to know I have you on board. I'm sure Ginny would have approved of this, mate."

"What about me? I have finally managed to convince my parents that your grades have improved enough to not be a distraction with my education and you want to give that up?"

"I'm sorry Dray' but this is more important than N.E.W.T's, besides with the grades I got at O.W.L's will be sufficient to get me into most jobs I want." Ron explained patiently. "You're free to come with us, but if you truly want to stay at Hogwarts then you are free to do that as well. I don't want you to make a choice you will resent."

"I shall think about this, shall we practice wandless casting for a bit?" Draco responded, not wanting to think about Ron leaving him.

"I'd like that. Harry, you coming?"

"Sure, Ron, I need to work on it before I can hope to go out into this war."

Harry was becoming frustrated by his limited success with wandless magic, where Ron and Draco were able to use offensive, defensive, and summoning spells without their wands, while Harry could barely nudge a piece of parchment. It was frustrating to no end, especially with the knowledge that he had managed to do so much more when he was furious.

It didn't help that Ron and Draco were showing off and essentially rubbing their success in his face, or at least that's how it felt to Harry.

"This is pointless, I'm never going to manage this." Harry complained after an hour of nothingness on his end, rising to leave.

"Would it help if I threatened Elias?" Draco remarked casually, angering Harry to near breaking point.

"What did you say?" Harry hissed at him, his voice sounding nearly identical to the Dark Lord's. "Let's see where that gets you." As Harry's eyes flashed yellow for a moment, something that neither Ron nor Draco noticed, his hands became engulfed in flame as the room paradoxically darkened.

"I knew that would work, you need to find a way to get this level of control when you're not feeling homicidal." Draco smirked, only for it to drop when Harry's face didn't change. "I was only trying to motivate you, I care too much about Elias to ever hurt him."

"Next time threaten me, or else I won't be so quick to calm down." The flames vanished from Harry's hands and he relaxed.

"I thought you were an air Elemental, why did you summon fire?" Ron inquired curiously.

"I have no idea, Ron, I'll have to look into that. I'm going to go, I have some research I need to get to."

"See you later Harry." Ron responded while Draco simply nodded at him.

Harry flew down the hallways and down to the Library, landing to walk in as he wasn't allowed to fly in there.

Ever since his interview with Xenophilius he had been focused on finding this Arch of death that was supposedly under the ministry. The only reference he had found so far was that it had been used to execute prisoners and was since disused.

Beyond that he had nothing and so resigned himself to searching for however long it would take.

Harry could see the door to the Defence classroom, he could even touch it if he so desired, it hadn't moved or been sealed up, it was just the door to the Defence classroom. However today he couldn't seem to bring himself to open the door, as if the door didn't want to be noticed. Frustrated, Harry sent his Patronus to summon the professor, who tapped him on his shoulder before Harry could begin to command his Patronus.

"I've managed to adapt the spell you created into a wizard repelling ward. It works really well, too well I'd say, considering that I am unable to enter my classroom currently." Professor Gaunt admitted, a bit embarrassed. "I was rather hoping that you would turn into your Laticuda form and make your way inside the barrier."

"I can try, though you should remove that weakness in the future." Harry pointed out. "I'm sure Voldemort has at least one Animagus, especially if Wormtail is with him."

"I'm sure you're right." Professor Gaunt responded as Harry transformed into his sea serpent form and slithered under the door, before returning to human form and calling Professor Gaunt on their update rings.

"What do you need me to do?"

"Smash the small blue orb on my desk."

Harry could see the orb and walked right over to it, throwing it hard at the floor and the weird aura in the air dissipated as the door opened.

"I have a class in fifteen minutes and it would have been very embarrassing to have to tell them that I had locked myself out of the classroom. Thank you for that Harry, was there something you wanted?"

"I'm not coming back next year, I'm going to fight Voldemort. I wanted to ask you to come with me."

"Oh. You aren't coming back for a seventh year?"

"No, I don't have that luxury."

"Then it's nearly time to introduce your Vipers to my men."
