First

Lily Luna Potter was waiting on the platform for the last time and she felt with every fiber of her body that a certain chapter in her life was coming to an end. She will remember all the years she has spent at Hogwarts for a long time. Here she met wonderful people, made her first friendships, laughed til her sides hurt, broke the rules. Here she could be herself and didn't have to pretend. At least for a longer period of time.

But Hogwarts couldn't give her what she most needed - freedom.

She had never felt free at school, she had been forced to play a role. And although she loved this period of time, her soul longed for an unhampered life.

Lily Luna was the youngest of her siblings, the apple of her parents' eye, a beloved youngest child, the only daughter of Harry Potter. On the one hand, she was guarded all the time but on the other, as the youngest, she had more freedom in her childhood than her brothers.

She walked her own path. For as long as she can remember she had been independent and it sometimes drove her mother crazy. For as long as she can remember, she had been independent, she walked her own path. She had snuck back into the house well past midnight an infinite number of times and consequently been grounded an infinite number of times.

Lily Luna, unlike her parents' generation, did not live in fear. Her world was calm, composed, already rebuilt from the ruins. At her age, her parents had already lived through the Second Wizarding World War, and her only achievement was finishing school. And having no further life plans.

Lily knew she was an explosive mix of her parents' personalities. Affectionate, dynamic, distracted, sometimes reckless, but sensitive. Cheeky, outspoken, uncouth at times. She knew that if someone tried to hurt her family she would protect them until her last breath. Capable of even the most drastic actions.

Lily was always breaking the rules. And living by her rules.

She couldn't imagine living according to the usual routines and had watched with horror as Teddy and Victoire first planned their wedding, got married and lived a completely adult life. She watched as her brothers looked for girls, dated, and got into relationships. Her other cousins followed the opposite sex with their eyes. And they ultimately formed relationships.

Lily Luna, along with Hugo, was younger than their cousins and had only now left school. Due to the age difference, they were still in the same year. Her birthday was in September and Hugo in May. So Lily Luna would be nineteen this September.

She sighed and looked at Hogwarts one last time as a student. Seven years, seven beautiful years. She would always remember this time with a certain amount of excitement. But honestly she did not regret a minute that this era was ending. She couldn't wait to see what awaited her in the world.

Hugo Weasley waved his hand at her, she waved back and, smiling, got into the last train car.

Goodbye Hogwarts.

Godric's Hollow was one of her beloved places, her family home full of warmth and love, With parents who loved all three of them and wanted to ensure a safe childhood for them. Many things have changed over the years in her family. Her beloved grandfather Arthur retired and now fully devoted himself to researching Muggle things. Grandmother Molly was fearful that her grandchildren were no longer as small as she had always imagined them to be. She didn't seem to understand how quickly they were growing.

Her dad (the greatest in the world) became Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement and her mother oversaw the sports section of the Daily Prophet . Her older brothers were all grown up and living their own lives. James was trying his hand at Quidditch and Albus took a job at the Ministry.

From the beginning of the last Hogwarts year Lily Luna was asked by her parents what she was going to do with her life. And she had no idea how to answer. She spent her last year at school wondering what to do next. She couldn't imagine herself in conventional work and was increasingly thinking of becoming a Cursebreaker like Uncle Bill. She realized it was hard and demanding work but it must have been damn gratifying. She never liked being bored and wanted to be passionate about her future job. Lily Luna loved adrenaline when it surged through her body. And she did everything not to run out of adrenaline.

She got off the train and noticed Uncle Ron was waiting on the platform. He probably came for Hugo. As soon as he noticed her he smiled at her and nodded. She smiled back and walked away. She already informed her family she had some business to deal with.

Hugo and Rose's parents divorced as soon as their youngest child started Hogwarts. Lily Luna knew that they parted ways amicably. Hermione continued to go to the Burrow on important family holidays, still being a part of the complicated Weasley family puzzle. However, she did not live in Godric's Hollow anymore - she moved into a small apartment in London. It was a very unusual move for a Minister of Magic, but it wasn't Lily Luna's place to judge. Lily Luna knew Aunt Hermione valued privacy so she had never felt the need to stick her nose into her affairs.

They were both - Hermione and Ron - expected to attend their Hogwarts graduation party today. As far as she knew, her parents had invited Scorpius as well.

Scorpius Malfoy was a close friend of Lily Luna's. There was a kinship in their souls - they both were explosive, unbridled by nature. They got on so well that they seemed to know each other's thoughts. However, it was always only a friendship. Scorpius was never anything else to Lily Luna. His heart was occupied by another red-haired witch - her cousin started dating seriously about two years ago and had been inseparable ever since.

Lily Luna looked at her watch and a shiver ran down her spine. She was already late and still had to leave the trunks at home. She stood by the wicket and made sure with her wand that her baggage had reached her room. With a sudden CRACK! she disapparated from Godric's Hollow.

The White Wyvern was a really sordid place, more specifically a pub located on Knockturn Alley. Each time she was there it disgusted her just as much as the first time. And even though she knew there was no dark magic anymore she still felt uncomfortable.

Taught by experience, she put on a hooded cloak and covered her face. Her identity had to be hidden from others. She went inside and went straight to the bar. The waitress looked at her and waited for her to speak as she was polishing a glass.

Lily Luna felt a lump in her throat, wondering once again why was he doing this to her? But she knew the answer to the question perfectly well. They needed to maintain this cover if they wanted their relationship to stay secret.

"Black Velvet, please."

The waitress's eyes responded to the password and she pointed her two fingers and added: "Second floor."

Lily nodded and covered her face to the maximum. She climbed the stairs quickly. It didn't matter that it was noon, the pub was always full of people. Pubs always served many people, allowing them to do business or meet for trysts.

On the second floor she automatically turned right and stood in front of the door with a Roman number two. The number was already slightly worn, kind of faded. Covered in dust like this whole place. Lily Luna knew it was his favorite room here and whenever it was available, he would go for it.

She knocked and pushed the handle, the door swung open without resistance. She went inside and took off her coat.

"Happy graduation." He stood behind her back, she could smell his scent. She was hanging up her coat when she felt a gentle kiss on her neck.

"You are now truly an adult. " He added in a whisper, still focused on her neck. She felt his warm breath against her skin.

How she fucking missed it.

He ran his lips along the line of her neck and kissed her earlobe. She shivered. He pulled her closer to him and she felt their bodies fit together perfectly. They stood in this position for a moment, then he turned her to face him.

She looked into such familiar eyes and smiled mischievously.

"Not a bad greeting." She said, but those were the only words he allowed her to say. Immediately he kissed her. He ran his lips along hers, placing passionate kisses on every part of her lips. She parted her lips, pressed closer to him, and moved her hand to his thigh. He welcomed the invitation. Her senses went crazy. She sighed as she felt his tongue slowly push, seeking entrance to her mouth.

He held her face in his hands, deepening the kiss and slowly tasting her. She hugged his waist and instinctually moved closer to him. She had known for a long time that he was a great kisser. But today she felt his longing. Every part of his body confirmed this fact.

A skilled tongue danced over her mouth, teeth, her own tongue- making her feel delighted.

She felt a hot thrill of excitement and as she looked into his eyes again she noticed that they went dark, lust unleashed. He was untamed, wild, his control was completely gone.

Reluctantly, he tore his mouth away and took her hand. He pulled her towards the bed.

Lily Luna didn't hesitate a moment.

Some time later, Lily Luna awoke from sleep. Slightly sleepy, she looked at the man beside her.

She had missed his touch; the last month had been a torment for her. She rose on one elbow and her eyes took in his body. He was sleeping soundly so she could take a look at him.

She could see every curve of his body, every distinct muscle and every scar. She ran her fingers over his torso, scratching his sensitive skin. He grimaced in sleep. At first she thought she was hurting him - but apparently it was pleasurable. She noticed he had woken up and was gazing at her. Seconds later he grabbed her without hesitation, his hot hands cupping her waist, stroking her back. Her face was close to his face - she could see every little detail, the wrinkles, the dimple in his cheek. She could smell him and knew perfectly well that he could smell her - vanilla mixed with honey. She heard her heart rate pick up and he glanced at her with a twinkle in his eye.

She kissed him and he took his cue from her and kissed her fiercely. His blood was on fire and his eyes were dark with lust.

He needed Lily Luna now.

Lily Luna felt his weight and groaned. She loved the smell of his skin; it acted like an aphrodisiac. He pressed against her lips and threw back the covers, which allowed their bodies to come together. Sweet, warm feelings poured over her body with every move, she could see the bead of sweat on his forehead. He stroked her face with his free hand and looked deeply into her eyes. Her eyes were glazed by passion but he could see familiarity in them.

"Lily..." He whispered in her ear when she knew he was close to coming. "Come with me."

She giggled at that but after a while all her thoughts were washed away. She heard her breath, his breath, and she knew it was almost over.

Lust, passion, bliss…

He pulled the woman even closer as he climaxed inside her. She knew that feeling very well, but it tasted different today. It tasted like freedom. Pleasure flooded into her body in waves like never before. He was stroking her body, alone barely on the verge of consciousness. She screamed and she bit her lip in embarrassment. Eventually everything burst, and they both went together, high to the sky.

Lily Luna knew she was late. Once again. She got up from the bed and started getting dressed in a hurry. After making sure she had everything, she glanced briefly at the man. He looked at her but didn't say a word. She nodded in his direction, put on her coat and hat, and left the room.

Half an hour later she was standing outside her home and this time James, who was training in the garden, noticed her.

"Little sister!" He shouted with a broad smile at her and she greeted him.

She needed a shower because her body smelled like pub and sex. And she was sure that combination would cause a wave of unnecessary questions.

Lily slipped into the bathroom and jumped into the shower. The icy streams of water sobered her very effectively. She quickly washed her hair and washed off his scent. After a quarter of an hour, she left the bathroom and surprised Ginny.

"Lilu, how did you get here? When did you come back?" In response to her questions, the girl cuddled up to her mother. The same way they used to do.

"My baby girl," Ginny stroked her back and sighed. "Go say hi to your dad because he won't forgive you for sneaking into the house."

Lily Luna snorted but obeyed her mother. Her beloved dad was now sitting on the bench watching James training. She came up to him quietly and covered his eyes with her hands. She saw that he smiled to himself.

"My rebellious daughter decided to come back to her old parents," Harry laughed and looked at her with amusement.

"Old but good," she retorted and sat down next to him. She put her face towards the sunset and closed her eyes.

"Ready for a party? Grandma Molly has gone mad and the Burrow looks like a wedding venue," she heard James's voice as he approached and blocked out the sun's rays. He ruffled her hair and she responded with a scream. "James!" Using his full name didn't work, so she nudged him with her hand.

"Lilu!" Albus emerged from the house and Lily looked at him. He gave her a warm smile.

Coming home was great. For a while.

The Burrow was a place she kept deeply in her heart, she had so many memories connected to this place from her childhood. She spent countless months here when she was younger. She loved every corner of that old house that smelled like yeast dough.

But today, the Burrow did not look like the Burrow. Grandma Molly had definitely outdone herself and their party really did look more like a wedding than a modest party.

"Lily, how beautiful you are. You look like a rosebud about to bloom," Grandma Molly embraced her in a firm, warm embrace. Lily hugged her back and after a while she saw that Grandma wanted to add something.

"And you are so skinny."

"And you are so skinny," Lily Luna mocked Molly at the same time, which slightly outraged her Grandma. Molly didn't like it when others mocked her.

"Lily Luna!" The stalemate was solved by grandfather Arthur's voice. The best grandfather in the world. "Don't upset Grandma before your party. She's been a bundle of nerves since this morning."

Lily sighed with a slight smile. They both knew Molly didn't care at all.

A quarter of an hour later, Lily Luna greeted the whole family and noticed that only Hermione was missing. Draco would probably be there as well since Scorpius was invited too. Once he got engaged to Rose, Draco was expected to attend family functions as well.

Lily Luna had watched this complicated male friendship that had been built between Draco and Harry over the years. She was not quite able to understand it fully but she was aware that not everything that happened in the war had been revealed to her.

"Honey, could you please cut the cake and get it from the kitchen?" Ginny was arranging the last plates on the table and was unable to comply with Molly's request.

Lily Luna nodded and walked slowly inside. Before she entered she glanced at the garden which was bustling with all of the Weasley children, wives, husbands and grandchildren. Quite a lot of people.

The bustle of the garden could hold its own against the breakfasts at Hogwarts. Everyone talked to everyone, eager for contact, gossip, news from life or work. Contrary to appearances, it was quite difficult to gather everyone in one place except for holidays.

It was a sight that always touched Lily a little. Her family was beyond great.

That's why she had to keep her secret.

Lily Luna entered the kitchen and saw an unimaginable amount of cake to be cut. Even though it was her party she still had obligations. There was no pity for her . She began to prepare the plates as green flames appeared in the fireplace.

A laughing Hermione emerged from the floo clearly talking to someone. When Lily heard the name Draco and the interested person emerged from the flames, she froze. They carried on a lively discussion for several seconds before they realized that she was standing in the kitchen, staring at them in surprise.

Hermione saw her first and, trying to hide her embarrassment, said in confusion, "Lilu, how nice to see you. Happy graduation! You look beautiful today!"

Lily Luna smiled but it was definitely forced. "Thank you."

And there was silence. Lily noticed that Draco felt unnaturally tense. Hermione was acting very weird too, as if Lily had caught them red-handed. On the other hand, they had clearly come together. So they had been together somewhere else. That was obvious. Lily Luna's face tightened as she turned back to cutting the cake.

"I'm going to look for my son since I haven't seen him yet." Hermione practically ran out of the kitchen leaving them alone.

Lily put down the knife and looked at the man. Draco was still standing by the fireplace, watching her every move, his face was unreadable. He took a step towards her and she noticed the gleam in his eyes.

He realized Hermione was right. Lily Luna looked beautiful, like an ethereal nymph emerging from the fog. She was wearing a white lace dress with straps and a longer back. She looked innocent but every curve of her body was emphasized. She was a grown woman, without a doubt.

"You look very lovely today, Lily." The simple words sounded so ambiguous in his mouth. Lily Luna licked her lips, her throat suddenly feeling dry.

"Thank you, Mr. Malfoy," she replied politely, looking him straight in the eyes. "You also look elegant ."

Draco was about to say something but Rose and Scorpius burst into the kitchen. Draco's expression changed immediately at the sight of them. Lily Luna looked down as well and went back to cutting the cake.

The June evening was warm but still a respite from the heat that prevailed during the day. The party started to kick off after Molly had finished the official part. Lily Luna and Hugo's graduation from school was quite a family event, as it was also ending a certain era of their parents' generation. All the children were adults and were entering the next stages of their lives. Molly still couldn't get over it.

"To all my grandchildren - for me, you will always remain the little kids who hung around the Burrow," Molly was visibly touched, and her mood affected Ginny as well.

Lily Luna saw her mother wiping away tears surreptitiously, Harry was touched as well. Ron squeezed his son's arm;only Hermione appeared to be unfazed. She stood with a warm smile on her lips and looked at Hugo.

Lily Luna had always admired Hermione's approach. She was an ideal for her - self-confident, pursuing goals, but warm. Specific and determined. Lily Luna was always surprised that she actually married Ron. And while she adored Ron, she found over time that they didn't fit together. And at some point they must have also come to the same realization.

Hermione had become the Minister of Magic and Lily Luna didn't know if she had anyone in her life. But on the other hand, it wasn't something they would discuss freely, was it?

The buzz of conversation accompanied Lily on her way to the buffet. She stood by the punch bowl and debated whether to pour herself a glass. After a while, she smelled a familiar scent and memories flooded her mind.

Lily Luna had thought that organizing Teddy and Victoire's wedding at the Burrow was a really stupid idea. But, of course, Molly had a completely different opinion and she insisted on pursuing her idea and, of course, she always got her way. Just like at Bill and Fleur's wedding, a huge tent was set up and an absurd number of guests were invited to the party. Lily Luna lost count very quickly and didn't even bother trying to greet everyone.

The wedding was organized on the last day of August, just a few hours before her eighteenth birthday. Consequently, Lily knew that all attention would be focused on the newlywed couple and not on her.

Which was fine with her, for the most part, but on the other hand she still felt a little bit sad. The eighteenth birthday was once in a lifetime, and over the years she had thought September 1st would be just her day.

Luckily it was a Sunday birthday and the wedding took place on Saturday. There was still a shadow of a chance she might get to celebrate her day before going to Hogwarts for her final year of school.

Lily Luna was asked by her cousin to be one of the bridesmaids, just like Dominique, Rose and Molly. She had no heart to refuse, and although she hated herself in pink, she agreed without a word.

Her dress was a disgusting candy-sweet color that made her sick. Pink matched very badly with her fair, freckled skin and fiery red hair. She looked like an ill fifteen-year-old in hers, which of course did not improve her mood.

Rose looked much better in the dress than Lily Luna even though their type of beauty was similar. Except her cousin's features were much finer than Lily Luna's.

Fortunately, Victoire, as her mother's daughter, decided to ignore the wedding conventions that did not suit her. She decided that at midnight the guests were to change and put on masks.

Lily thought about her dress for a long time and knew she had to be impressive. Once, by chance at a shop exhibition, she noticed a perfect creation and she knew immediately that it was the one. The only thing that stopped her was the price. She definitely couldn't afford to spend 100 Galleons.

But she knew who could.

As Daddy's beloved daughter, she got money from Harry and he told her that she would be the most beautiful for sure.

Oh, if he only knew.

Lily Luna bought the dress in secret, she didn't even share it with Ginny. She also chose a matching mask. She knew after the fitting that she looked stunning. She decided not to reveal her plans to anyone and make it a surprise.

The wedding was a terribly boring event that Lily Luna endured humbly. She played her role as the bridesmaid perfectly and after the official part avoided any unnecessary conversation.

Good thing Scoprius was at the wedding. As kindred souls he was just as uncomfortable as she was. And the only thing that kept him from complaining was his love for Rose.

Rose, on the other hand, was delighted with the wedding, the reception, and all the splendor. Lily knew deep down she was already planning hers in her mind.

"Rose is the happiest in the world today," Lily smiled broadly and didn't miss a chance to joke at her friend's expense.

Scorpius smirked sourly and snorted. "I sincerely doubt it. Rather, she is planning our wedding. It will be SPECTACULAR," He spoke the last word with clenched teeth, causing Lily to burst out laughing.

"For sure. Have you set a date?" She asked after she had finished chuckling.

Scorpius rolled his eyes and gasped. "We will probably marry in two years. Rose is starting her training to become a Potions Master so she won't be home as often as she is now."

Lily nodded and sighed.

"And your plans, Lilu?" Scorpius' tone grew serious, and Lily Luna answered one of her most dreaded questions.

"Finish Hogwarts," she replied, hoping that he would let it go. But his name wouldn't be Scorpius Malfoy if he did.

"And then? " He poured a glass of punch and handed it to her, and she looked at him.

"And then I will die." Lily took a sip and closed her eyes.

"Who will die and why?"

Lily Luna wasn't sure who said it at first. It took several seconds for her to realize that it was Draco Malfoy, Scorpius' dad.

However, Draco paid no attention to her at all, he wasn't even interested in the answer. He had come for Scorpius and completely ignored Potter's daughter, dressed in a pink meringue dress and looking only fifteen.

Lily Luna felt irritated. Malfoy will always be Malfoy. No matter how old.

She shook off the memories and took a sip from the glass. Nonchalantly she turned and looked around the garden. Scorpius was talking to Ron and she could see they were doing quite well. They had a strong connection based on Quidditch, which was a respite for Rose. Knowing the story between their parents, this relationship could be much more difficult. And Ron was going to be his father-in-law next year. Fortunately, they got along quite well. What she couldn't say about Ron's relationship with Draco. This one, despite the passage of years, was still sometimes tense.

Lily Luna noticed Ron's gaze wandered to the end of the garden, so she followed him. She saw Hermione and Draco talking to each other. Although the conversation did not quite reflect the meaning of the picture.

Hermione held a glass of wine in her hand and sat on one of the many benches. She was laughing and was definitely in a great mood. Draco, who seemed really relaxed, was leaning over her.

Lily Luna noticed Ron's face tightening. Scorpius also realized something was wrong.

Hermione and Draco looked like lovers that weren't going to keep their relationship a secret.

Lily felt a twinge and wondered for a second if that wasn't true. But she didn't have much time. She did something she should never have done, which was a violation of all rules. But she had to.

She warned them at the very last moment.

Draco moved towards her immediately and Hermione didn't react at all at first. She was still sitting and sipping her wine. Just at that moment, she cast a glance at her ex-husband. She raised an eyebrow and grimaced. Hermione noticed Ron's face and the face of her future son-in-law. She got up and decided to approach them.

Lily, focused on watching Hermione, didn't notice Draco's presence. He walked over and refilled his glass with a punch. He involuntarily rubbed his elbow on her forearm and she heard him casting Muffliato .

She held her breath and, with great hesitation, turned to meet the grey, oh, so familiar eyes.

"A toast for you, Lilu." A soft voice whispered, "You don't have to be jealous."

She bit her lip and picked up her glass, bracing herself for courage. She wanted to say something but couldn't. On the one hand, she wanted to scratch his eyes, but on the other ...

She decided to quickly walk away. After a while, she burst into the kitchen with a racing heart.

What is he imagining? Her, jealous?

Anger overwhelmed her and furiously she walked into the corridor, wanting to calm down in her own room. She climbed the first step when someone grabbed her hand and pressed her against the wall. This time, in addition to Muffliato , she heard a whispered Notice-me-not.

"Draco!" She hissed, but he put his hand over her mouth and turned her to face him. She could see his eyes were dark and untamed. Just like before.

"You were jealous," he said with satisfaction and took his hand off her face.

"Not at all…" She tried to deny it but he shook his head.

"You broke the rules, Lily. And you know it, too." Draco brought his mouth close to hers. "And there was no such need."

The redhead wanted to say something but he kissed her lips. She succumbed to a wave of sensations. The sweetness of their kiss obliterated all her thoughts. After a while he broke the kiss and disappeared in front of her eyes, Apparating from the party but not before he issued this instruction:

"Tomorrow, Malfoy Manor. I'll send you an owl."

Lily stood on the stairs, trying to control her accelerated breathing. After a few minutes, Ginny came out of the kitchen and looked at her daughter.

"You seem flushed, Lilu. Are you okay?"

Lily Luna nodded and returned to the garden. She realized that Hermione had also disappeared. And it didn't surprise Lily at all.
