"What the fuck have you done to him?" Marvolo shouted at Voldemort who simply smiled in response.
"He made the mistake of extending his mind-palace beyond the realm of possibilities for most people, something which his brain has hidden away to avoid the strain of such a thing, I've simply trapped him within the maze that existed when he extended it. You can either attack me or help him, if you choose the former then he will die before you kill me. Choose wisely."
"You bastard." Marvolo shouted back at him, his hands trembling with white-hot fury. "Harry will not accept defeat, he is stronger than you know."
"I can quicken his demise if you wish, all you have to do is continue stalling or attempt to fight me."
"Get out of here then, I won't trade Harry's life for anything." Marvolo growled at the one person he hated more than anything else on Earth.
"That is why I will always win, farewell." Voldemort taunted, flying away from Hogwarts with a sadistic cackle, his injuries not bothering him through the adrenaline. "Goodbye Potter." He sneered as he flew off, not believing that anyone would be able to help him.

"Harry has been trapped inside his mind-palace, I know he will escape the maze as he has done it before, however if he doesn't know that he is inside his own head he could extend the mind-palace, even flying here from Hogwarts." Marvolo explained to the trio of healers at Nott Manor.
"But that would cause an Intra-axial hemorrhage to occur, killing off his brain cells and leading to brain death in minutes." Nora exclaimed in shock.
"I have to go in there." Dudley said firmly, not willing to put up with anyone challenging him.
"Use the Diadem of Ravenclaw, Harry keeps it on him at all times, it will help you in your endeavour to restore Harry to consciousness.
"I don't need it, I have a more direct connection to Rowena Ravenclaw " Dudley responded with a grim smile, placing his hands on Harry's temples, after magically parting his eyelids, and entering his mind.

"Have I time-travelled? Possibly back to my body at this point in time?"
"What are you on about Harry? You have just entered the maze." Tom Riddle responded, though Harry was unable to see his facial expression due to the nature of viewing the world from a second-person perspective.
"I'm seventeen not fourteen, or at least I was before this happened, this is fourth year, ergo time travel." Harry explained, a bit exasperated at the setback.
"I'm going to take this at face value, a privilege I don't extend often, and believe your claims that you are from the future. That would mean that you know the way through this maze, it would also mean that you have to compete."
"I don't care about winning the tournament Tom, the only thing I gain from winning the tournament is a thousand Galleons and even then I can afford to give the twins the money out of my own vault."
"I have two questions for you, the first is asking you how and when you recover your sight, if ever, and the second is to ask what your plan is."
"I get kidnapped by Elias' father and his friends… after I touch the Tri-Wizard cup. I was going to send up red sparks and give up straight away… though I know the Hawthorns don't own the rights to use Hawthorn outside of Britain and can source the sap needed to heal my sight that way. That simplifies things, Periculum." Harry finished, sending up red sparks and seeing the maze open through Tom's eyes, though he faded the moment Harry left the maze, not seeing the large crowd that would have been there. The only person who was present was Dudley, who Harry could clearly see now that he had left the maze, which had shrunk into the Earth.
"You are trapped within your mind-palace and if we don't leave now then you will die." His brother explained, his tone grave and his face pale.
"Get out of here Mudblood." Tom had reformed, though he now resembled Voldemort more than he did Tom or Marvolo. "If you think you can trick Harry into walking into a trap, you're sorely mistaken."
"What the fuck are you on about? Harry is my brother, I'm here to rescue him."
"Harry, I'm sure you can remember him trying to kill you, the two of you duelled after your so called friends forced you into doing something that you were staunchly against." Voldemort whispered in Harry's ear, twisting his recollection and perspective in relation to his memory.
"He's lying to you Harry, that was a possible future that Fate showed to you. You've refused it once, you can do it again." Dudley pleaded with Harry, locking eyes with his brother only to see that they were red.
"I remember. The pain and uncertainty caused by you messing with my brain is always present." Harry muttered, his face twitching as if he was fighting himself. "You will die here."
"Wait Harry, think about this."
"Don't try to change my mind, I can see everything clearly. Do you truly believe in your skills as a healer, as well as that of your girlfriend and the imposter Dark Lord?"
"I do, I fail to see how this is relevant." Dudley responded slowly.
"Sectumsempra." Harry shouted, turning at the last moment to hit Voldemort with the spell. In the next moment Dudley was expelled back into his own body, as the sky of Harry's mind-palace turned red.
"Dudley are you okay?"
"What happened?"
"Is Harry okay?"
Dudley heard these questions and more, saying nothing for a moment as he rose to his feet and walked back over to Harry, furiously scanning his mind and signalling to Nora and Gellert to join him.
"Good lord, what has happened here?" Grindelwald exclaimed in shock, looking to Dudley for answers he didn't want to give.
"Harry used Sectumsempra to lobotomise himself, stop distracting me so I can try to stop him from bleeding out. The healing incantation for this is Vulnera Sanentur, it must be cast repeatedly without delay."
Dudley immediately threw up a silencing ward between the healers and the observers, pouring all of his magic and determination into rescuing his brother.
He heard Nora curse as blood began to seep through Harry's nose, placing a body-bind on him to prevent him from convulsing.
The trio worked for what felt like forever and still there was no sign or improvement, it was as if Harry's mind was being torn apart as they stitched it back together.
Then it happened, Harry stopped breathing and any sign of brain activity was gone. He was dead.
For a moment everything stopped, then in the next the silencing charm fell and the sound of pandemonium filled the air, not making it to Dudley's mind as he stood there frozen with shock.
He waited for a miracle, for one of the many magical anomalies that seemed to follow Harry around everywhere.

"Hello there Harry, do you know who I am?"
"How could I not? You're James Potter, you're my Father."
"We have a lot to discuss."
