During a moment of peaceful planning Marvolo suddenly remembered to tell Harry that his building project had been completed, as had the rebuilding of Little Hangleton.

"Have you had a house built for yourself?" Dudley questioned.

"Actually it's a medical research center for you and Nora to operate once the war is over."

"Really? That's so generous, we will work to pay you back over time, thank you."

"You won't be paying me back, it's a wedding present, though it is rather premature with you finding out."

"I might put down the money to have a house built in Little Hangleton once this is all over."

"If anyone doesn't have to worry about this war is the one who can venture back and forth between the land of the living and the land of the dead." Gellert Grindelwald commented idly.

"If I can avoid it, I won't be going back there, at least not for many decades."

"Would you go there to rescue someone you love?"

"That is something I'll deal with when it comes to it. It is Christmas in a couple of days and I want to spend the time between now and then relaxing in the company of my friends."

"The Basilisk project is coming along nicely, there will be three of them hatched within the next week." Gregory Goyle informed Voldemort, making sure to only deliver good news to the deranged lunatic.

"Fantastic, I would like you to fetch some Muggles to feed to our new guests."

"Are you asking me to leave the Manor?"

"Correct, round up five or so muggles and return them here at once."

"It will be done my lord."

"Potter is still fighting, no Molly we don't know where he is living currently, and it is imperative that we help him." Alastor Moody, the leader of the Order of the Phoenix, began the meeting with a mission. "We can confirm that Gellert Grindelwald is in fact living with Potter's army and is, ostensibly, working with them."

"What is your source for that?" Arthur Weasley asked, feeling fiercely protective of Harry, Ron, Elias, and Dudley, as well as the other Hogwarts students who were fighting in this war.

"Potter himself." Moody responded, getting cut off by the arrival of one of the Order members who was waiting outside.

"This Death Eater claims to have a message for Harry Potter, he also claims that Voldemort has become unhinged and is killing his own people."

"Is that all, Death Eater?"

"He is breeding basilisks, he wishes to build himself an army of them."

"Take him to the cells, perhaps Potter can get more information out of him."

"You're not going to kill me?" Goyle asked, his knees almost giving way with relief.

"No, that isn't how we do things." Moody explained, taking pity on the teenager. "Get him a blanket and a pillow so that he is at least comfortable during his stay."

"So… onto the matter at hand-" Moody began again, only to be silenced by the appearance of Hedwig at the window. "It seems Potter wishes to join forces with us as well, this is going to be easier than I expected."

"He named a wolf after the man who infected me with Lycanthropy? How charming." Professor Lupin joked as he and Harry left the wolves room.

"I do believe that Grindley has been imprisoned for longer than Greyback has even been alive. Though to be fair, the fact that you are named Remus Lupin and he is named Fenrir Greyback it does seem like you were always going to be Werewolves, or at least wolf animagi."

"Nomenography, also known as the art of choosing a name to influence a person's life, is complete nonsense. Or at least I don't believe in it." Remus dismissed, still hyper from meeting a tamed wolf in real life.

"Fenrir is a beauty isn't he." Harry said, returning the conversation to the animal living with Grindelwald.

"That he is, I wonder if the werewolf within me is able to communicate with him."

"We could see if Gellert wants to try that, he really enjoyed my last attempt to interact with Fenrir."

"Oh, what happened?"

"Fenrir seems to believe that I am Grindelwald's puppy." Harry muttered, embarrassed by the comparison.

"Awww, little puppy Harry. I can't wait to tell Sirius about this, he will never let you live that down."

"You wouldn't!" Harry gasped, a look of hurt and betrayal carved into his features.

"Sirius-ly I would." Remus joked, earning a groan from Harry.

"I've lived with Sirius for long enough that I won't accept you stealing his shtick, without that what else does he really have?" Harry laughed and the two walked around the Manor, with Remus telling Harry that he and Tonks were expecting a child.

"Merlin, Remus, she's only been at the school for a few months."

"Yeah… my bad." Remus rubbed the back of his neck, looking suitably ashamed.

"I will end this war, you and Tonks need never step onto the battlefield." Harry promised the Duelling Professor.

"If you ever need my help, you know where to find me."

"Take this ring, you can talk to me at any time with it."

"Look forward to Tonks and her uncanny ability to contact you at the worst possible time."

"Urm… she already has a ring."

"Before me? I feel betrayed." The older man laughed, hugging Harry before departing.

"Farewell Professor."

"Goodbye Harry."

"If you keep lingering in the doorway I will transfigure you into a steak and throw you to Fenrir, either step in and talk to me or piss off." Grindelwald shouted at Elias, who had tried for a few minutes to build up the courage to enter the room. He stepped inside and approached the man's desk.

"Blaise told me that you were interested in learning how to control the elements, I could teach you."

"That isn't what I want, not anymore, I've been studying the ideas behind controlling fire and I have come to a conclusion, more of a hypothesis really, and I wonder if you would like to help."

"Will it be dangerous?"

"Most certainly."

"Then I'm in."
