Animal Crossing In Action: Live At The Island
Chapter 1: A New Threat Over The Horizons
It's been few months past since the two young heroes defeated the dark knight named Allen and left the town called StarLily in peace. There was a beautiful island called Triforce, where the green-haired girl named Vicki Silverwing and the red-haired boy named Robert Goldstein lived after they first arrived. Not only they became the next-door neighbors together of this island, but they also became lovers for over a year since they first met in StarLily.
The raccoon named Tom Nook who was in charge of the Resident Services, along with his assistant, who appeared to be a yellow dog, named Isabelle. Before she moved to the island, she was the secretary of StarLily until she was resigned. The two young raccoons named Timmy and Tommy who were running the store called Nook's Cranny in Triforce. The tailor's shop was called Able Sisters was running by the two hedgehogs named Mabel and Sable. Finally, the museum was run by none other than the brown owl named Blathers.
Vicki and Robert were walking at the beach during their summer days together and found the message bottle. Vicki opened the bottle and read the message before showing this to Robert. Then, they sat down on the beach chairs and watched the sunset together.
"Ah, isn't this wonderful, Robert?" Vicki asked. "Before this island became deserted and empty, we transformed it into a lively one! Wouldn't you agree?"
"Yes, I could hardly believe that!" Robert answered. "Imagine, Tom Nook chose this island when we first arrived and relied on us to improve it a lot more! Such as picking up weeds, chopping some unwanted trees, building the bridges, other inclines, and much more! It takes about several weeks or months to improve this island and make it a lot better!"
"Well, you're the island representative after all, Robert..."
"Yeah, but you're the one who came up with the name of this island from the first place, Vicki."
"That's true, but I decided to throw the 'island representative' title to you."
Robert chuckled. "Yeah, but there's no need for you to shove it in front of my face, you know..."
Vicki and Robert were getting closer to each other as their noses were touching each other and started to kiss on their lips. Their relationship was getting stronger ever since they first met back in StarLily. Because they both had a lot of common and carried the heroic blood. They fought against evil in order to protect the people, animals, the town, and the world, including each other. When they sensed danger ahead, they transformed themselves into their heroic versions, also known as the Duo of Justice.
On top of the house, there was a white dog in the white dress named Serena and the green dragon named Neon, who were the spirit guardians that chose Vicki and Robert as the heroes, were watching over the view. Then, they sensed something very strange so they quickly looked around to see of where it came from. As soon as Serena looked up in the sky, she didn't see anything at all but the sunset.
"Huh...I don't know why my senses are tingling all of the sudden," said Serena, "but I am starting to have a bad feeling about this..."
"You don't suppose the new evil will arise, do you?" said Neon.
"Well, if that's the case, then I'm afraid that it will be much stronger than Teb and Allen."
Neon gasped. "If your instincts are true, then there's no telling whether the Duo of Justice can stop this greater evil or not! Now, that really concerns me, Serena!"
"Yeah, I know! If only we can upgrade their transformation items, then they will surely stop the evil in no time at all, Neon!"
While the two guardians were talking, they didn't notice that there was a white ghost wearing a white hat. He was hiding behind the tree without being contacted by animals. All of the sudden, the branch fell from the tree and hit his head.
"Ow!" the ghost shouted, rubbing his head. Serena and Neon quickly turned around and found him hiding behind the tree.
"Hold on, is that...?" Serena asked, as if she knew the ghost.
"...Wisp?" said Neon surprisingly. "It's been a while now, hasn't it?"
"Serena, Neon, it's good to see you again!" said Wisp happily. "And I'd say it's been ages now!"
"Yeah, you could say that again," said Serena. "Although, you haven't changed a bit..."
"Hey, what's that supposed to mean? Well, I'm the spirit guardian of power, you're the spirit guardian of wisdom, and Neon's the spirit guardian of courage!"
"Alright, Wisp, we get the message already," said Neon. "But we do need your help though..."
"Oh? So, what kind of help do you guys need?"
At night, Vicki and Robert were still improving the island of Triforce. Robert placed the well at the east side of the island. Vicki told him to move it to his left side and immediately stopped his position. She thought it looked perfect that way and Robert agreed with her.
"Whew, I think that's it for today, don't you think?" Vicki asked.
"Well, I couldn't agree more," Robert replied. "Shall we add more items by tomorrow?"
"Oh yeah, we can add a little more by tomorrow. Right now, we need to get some rest for a night."
As soon as Vicki and Robert went to their homes to get some sleep, there was a black crow carried the spy camera around its neck. It flew around the island at night while the camera was recording. Then, it flew away from Triforce and headed straight to a faraway island. The island that no one had ever discovered, not even the pilots of Dodo Airlines. It was dark, full of weeds, and full of branches all over the ground. The crow immediately landed on the lady's fingers, and she brought it with her to her house. She walked past the agent, the actress, the poet, the model, the entertainer, and the stuntwoman. The leader took the spy camera from her crow and checked out the video in her computer. She was examining the island of Triforce where Vicki and Robert lived. She began to grin and snicker while she was watching the video.
"This looks very interesting..." said the dark purple-haired lady, while she was chuckling. "Soon, my clan, the Deadly Stars, will invade this island while my little servant will be recording my film in perfection. I, Natasha, the evil diva of darkness will consume this island full of shadows with despair and anger, and no light will dare pierce it! Oh, this will make the bad guys laugh and the good guys cry no matter how peril it turn out to be!"
"Ah, what are you going to do about it, Natasha?" the red-eyed crow asked.
"Hmm, good question, Magpie...Now, let me think. Oh, I know! Let me send one of the Deadly Stars to invade the island, and I know who can handle it. Oh Sirius, come forth!"
The entertainer appeared in front of Natasha and bowed down to her. His appearance was black because he was wearing a black suit, black bow tie, black shoes, and black gloves. He has black hair, his eyes had different colors, one was red and another was dark grey.
"Did you call for me, Mistress Natasha?" Sirius asked.
"Indeed I do!" Natasha replied, as she showed the video of the island that Magpie recorded to Sirius. "Sirius, I order you to go to that island to do something about it. And bring the lackeys while you're at it. Meanwhile, Magpie will start to record the video with her spy camera once you're there, understand?"
"Yes, ma'am! I will go there immediately!"
The next morning, Vicki and Robert were arranging the items to improve Triforce into a better island. Vicki was planting the flowers and watering them at the same time. She chopped down some unwanted trees and collected some wood to build some DIY items. Robert was constructing the paths and other island improvements with the permission of the Island Designer that Tom Nook sent into his smartphone. He tried to figure out of where or which way to build the paths after he built them in front of the houses and buildings.
Few hours after Vicki and Robert worked so hard to improve Triforce, they decided to take a break. They were planning to write a letter to their siblings and friends from their former town called StarLily. Especially, they wanted to send the souvenirs to them. Luckily, Vicki built some different kinds of wreaths in few minutes ago. She gave some to Robert so he could send them to his little sister and her boyfriend.
As soon as Vicki and Robert went to Dodo Airlines, Sirius and his henchmen appeared in the island along with Magpie. He and his men disguised themselves as chefs, and he used his dark magic to make the table and the food appeared. Magpie flew on top of Resident Services and started to record the video with her spy camera.
"Lunch is served, everybody!" Sirius announced. "Hot dogs, burgers, pizza! Who wants sandwiches? Come one, come all!"
Sirius attracted the animals enough attention, and they all rapidly went to the table to grab some food from the chefs. When he and his men were serving the food to the animals, he made a sly smirk that none of the animals knew of what would hit them next.
Inside of Dodo Airlines, Vicki and Robert were ready to send the postcards and packages to their siblings and friends of StarLily. So, the dodo receptionist named Orville took care of that, and they thanked him for that. As soon as they left the airlines, they saw the chefs serving the food to the animals, including Isabelle and Tom Nook. Vicki and Robert were very suspicious about this, so they quickly hid behind the trees and watched the scene very carefully.
"Say, who invited the chefs to Triforce Island?" Vicki asked quietly.
"I don't know, I was wondering the same thing," Robert replied softly. "Also, there's something strange is going on..."
"Now, you're telling me..."
When the animals ate their meal, they suddenly felt very tired and fell asleep somehow. Sirius and his lackeys cackled as they removed their disguises and Magpie flew down to his shoulder. Vicki and Robert were very shocked that they were no ordinary chefs and found out that they were vicious villains. So, the two quickly rushed to the hidden area without anyone noticing them.
"Quick, let's transform now!" Robert exclaimed, as he raised his hand with his transformation wristband.
"Right, we haven't done this in a while since we defeated Allen!" Vicki agreed, as she took out her transformation microphone. "Angelic power action!"
"Knight power action!" Robert shouted, as his and Vicki's transformations into their heroic versions were now complete.
Sirius and his lackeys were starting to trespass Resident Services since Isabelle and Tom Nook were out of the way. They dug up some files from the cabinets and checked out their laptops. Until someone threw a brown hat at Sirius, he and the others were looking to see of where the hat was coming from. Surprisingly, they found the two young, masked heroes standing by the door. One hero was the masked angel and another was the masked knight.
"Just who are you people?" Sirius asked.
"Ah, that is a good question..." the angel replied. "I am the hero of melody and purity, the name's Phantom Angel!"
"And I am the hero of strength and intelligence," the knight replied, "the name's Masked Swordmaster! As the two heroes formed, we are known as the Duo of Justice!"
"That's right, we're here to stop you of whatever it is you're doing!"
"Ugh, I'm sorry I have to ask..." said Sirius sarcastically, as he rolled his eyes. "But anyways, gentlemen, attack those teenage meddling fools now!"
Magpie quickly flew up to the ceiling and started to record the video with the spy camera. The Duo of Justice were beginning to fight against Sirius's lackeys until every last one of them was defeated. The entertainer was furious that they were a lot stronger than he thought. So, he began to run off and left Resident Services right away. The Duo of Justice were chasing after him, but he was nowhere in sight.
"Ugh, where did that trickster go?" Phantom Angel asked.
"I have no idea," Masked Swordmaster replied. "If I knew this enemy's plan, then he will surely give us a surprise attack!"
"Wait, do you really think so?"
Magpie quickly flew away from Resident Services and flew up to the sky. As soon as she noticed Sirius on top of the building, he used his black cane and threw it at the Duo of Justice. Phantom Angel sensed the incoming attack, so she and Masked Swordmaster quickly dodged it. They looked up and finally found him standing on top of Resident Services.
"Boy, you two are quite a handful," said Sirius.
"Just get down from there or you're going to get it big time!" Phantom Angel exclaimed.
"Ha, I will like to see you try, angel girl!"
"Fine, you're asking for it now! Angelic feather tornado!"
When Phantom Angel summoned her attack, Sirius blocked it with his dark barrier. Then, Masked Swordmaster took out his guardian cannon to aim at his opponent.
"Guardian cannon whirlwind!" Masked Swordmaster shouted, as he shot his whirlwind attack at Sirius. But the entertainer leapt over his attack and landed on the ground.
"Such entertainment from both of you," said Sirius, taunting at the dynamic duo. "I will love to stay and chat, but it's time for me to take my leave. So, farewell for now!"
Sirius quickly threw the smoke ball at the ground to distract the Duo of Justice. As soon as the smoke cleared out, he was now gone and so did his henchmen. Phantom Angel and Masked Swordmaster had no idea of who he was or where he came from. But the only thing they knew was that he was a tough villain for sure. Since Sirius was gone, Phantom Angel used her crystal staff to heal all the animals after what he did to them.
At the dark, deserted island, Natasha watched the video of the Duo of Justice taking action by fighting the henchmen inside of Resident Services. Then, she watched them battling against Sirius outside of the building. As soon as the video ended, she was beginning to think calmly and petted Magpie's head very gently.
"Hmm, Duo of Justice, you say?" said Natasha.
"That's right, milady," said Sirius. "They may be strong, but we're much tougher than them! That's for sure!"
"Yes, that's very true alright. But do you have any info about them at all?"
"Well, not much though...But I only know their names, one of them is Phantom Angel and another is Masked Swordmaster. And that is all I know, Mistress Natasha..."
"Very well, you may now excuse, Sirius, and I thank you..."
"With pleasure, ma'am."
After Sirius left, Natasha glanced at the paused video of the Duo of Justice making an entrance. Magpie sneered at the duo and asked her mistress about what her plot was. Natasha told her that it would be both dangerous and selfish one. Now, that was something that nobody would've expected, not even the Duo of Justice would realize that to happen.
