Kion is losing sleep, his hunger, and his sanity. Something is giving him nightmares in his sleep, he doesn't know who is doing it, his plan was supposed to go to the Elephant Graveyard and come back that's it but the issue is something became his "passenger" someone inside his head, and he wants control Kion x Rani Kopa x Vitani Kiara x Kovu Simba x Nala

1. Chapter 1

I do not own the Lion King, if I did it would be dark. and I have not watched much of Lion guard this would be somewhat of a different alternative verse from the show, hope you like it.

Darkness at first was what Kion witnissed, smoke swarmed everywhere through his legs brushing his short tuft of mane it felt cold like the heart of winter, the cub shivered he couldn't move, stood like a stump not willing to move.

The cub swallowed heavily feeling his throat slowly drying up as the shadows formed into something larger.. something almost Lion the figure instinctively made its way forward to Kions direction the cub in response panted trying to scream at his nerves to move, the shadows eyes glowed a bright green it's piercing glare focused on Kions sight slowly reaching forward with a mangled claw at the cubs throat clenching tightly, suddenly the claw retracted from his neck and Lion was falling before he could hit the ground he snapped awake opening his eyes, blinking to get adjusted to the night around him "Bleh" he said disgusted by the taste in his tongue, dry and cold Kion couldn't eat these last few days or get much sleep these past 2 weeks he wondered was it anxiety or was he getting sick,

but no symptoms and no attacks it's something else.. gnawing at his spine the nightmares kept getting worst for the Cub, he couldn't tell them about the dreams most were traveling in certain parts of africa on their own as the lion guard, the friends realize they were getting older soon later in a few years. Kion growled shaking his head he couldn't worry about them all for now he knows they can take care of themselves the only one Lion right now he talked to about his dreams was his sister Kiara..she was asleep "Darn it!" Kion hissed he rose up from his sleeping position looking around the pride rock to see most of the lions are sleeping and some of the animals below, Kion walked around the rock pacing left and right "Something is out there..why am I having these nightmares? I don't understand..." Kion spoke with sadness written on his eyes, it was too much he needs to find the solution fast before he accidentally snaps at someone or swipe at something. "I don't want anyone to worry about me..this is my problem not even Mom and Dad deserve to be worried" he said quietly he turned his head to the left to see the path below leading to the Elephant Graveyard... something about has a allure but something vile...a strange light something raw and green "I wonder if there's something there" he thought to himself. "I can't" Look shook his head "Dad will kill me If I went there" Kion said unsure of his decisions"But if I go I could find something maybe not an answer but it would be a start" he sighed staring back at the pride rock before returning his gaze to the Elephant Graveyard"Damn it" Kion took a deep breath and exhaled out "I got to go there".

So far this is what I had in my head, I might do more in longer chapters, English is not my first language but I'm trying lol
