What happens when Ash losses in Evergrande confrence after participating for second time? How will Ash deal when someone very special to him will break his heart. After living in an island for three years will he win the MASTER's TOURNAMENT and will this 'Special' person regain Ash's trust or maybe love. And most importantly will Ash be able to save the world from upcoming threat?

CHAPTER ONE – Defeated and Broken.

Hi guys! I am Ruthlesssceptile6 and this is my first story in the world of fanfiction. The idea popped in my mind when I was watching the advanced generation for the second time, and I hope you guys like it. And as for pairing in the story, see my profile and read the first chapter you'll have an idea. This is going to be an Advanceshipping fic, but the focus will be Adventure. And the ones who like Drew or Contestshipping this fic is not for you. And if you do not like Advanceshipping then also leave. Well, I am not very good with spellings and grammar so you have to cope up. Healthy criticism is appreciated. Gener will be changed later in the story. So let's start with 'DEFEATED STRIKES BACK'.

On an unknown island a young man in all black cloak with raven hair, arburn eyes , z shape marks just below them, stood with a Pikachu on his shoulders with a pink feline creature named Mewtwo besides him asked "you are still thinking about that day aren't you." The man gave a nod.

Flashback

"Pikachu is unable to battle. Salamence is the winner. Which means victory goes to Adam of Lilycove city." Stated the refree.

So looks like folks, after a super exciting battle we have got our winner of Evergrande conference- Hoeen league ! Cheers for Adam and his Salamence. Roared the comentretor.

"I failed you again Ash….."said a very sad Pikachu after his loss."

No, you gave your best Pikachu and that is what I can ask for." Said ash sounding happy but failed miserably. All that was going in his mind was –

'Indigo league – top 16

Silver conference – top 8

Evergrande conference – top 8

Sinnoh league – top 4

Vetress conference – top 8

Kalos league – runner-up

Indigo league (2nd try) – runner-up

Evergrande conference (2nd try) – runner-up , when I will win a Pokémon league for Arceus's sake!'

"You were a great opponent Ash." Complimented Adam, the new champion of Hoeen league.

"You were also great Adam , and good luck on facing elite 4." Said Ash, before the two handshaked.

Then Ash started walking back to trainer's room, where he was greeted by his friends. "Nice try Ash next time you'll definitely win." Encouraged Brock trying to cheer him up, only in wain. Ash simply nodded and sat on his chair.

" Come on Ash, my boy, don't look so gloom you gave your best and that matters, like Brock said, train hard and next time trophy is yours." said prof. oak and the others nodded, which consists of Misty, May, his mom Delia, Brock, Gary, Dawn, Max, Iris, Cilian, Celemont, Bonnie, Serena, Tracey, Conway, Norman and Caroline who had came to watch the tournament and on a vacation, Morrison who had became the head of Hoeen battle frontier, Tyson who now was a member of Hoeen elite 4, and Paul who was Sinnoh battle frontier head and also training to take on Sinnoh elite 4.

"Are you all joking! This ketchum, who has not won a single league after at least trying eight times. Will win a league." spat Drew emerging from the door .

"What's your business here rose boy." Taunted Paul.

May frowned on the nickname, but no one noticed.

" We're just here to say to ketchum that he will never win a league." said kenney who emerged from behind Drew along with Calem.

"You have no right to say this to him." Countered Max in a venomous voice that will put an Arbock to shame.

" Well… May agrees with me doesn't she?" Asked Drew . May who had a huge crush on Drew hesitated to answer. "Answer fast May time is running." said Drew. Everyone eyed May, until she stood up and walked towards Drew simply muttering sorry to Ash. Everyone was flagbusterd especially Ash, he looked at May with hurtful eyes. It felt like someone had stabbed him. Drew was simply grinning. Ash who stood up and walked out of the door giving a glare to May with only three emotions in it anger, hurt ,and betrayal. Delia who stood up to stop him only to be stopped by Brock . After some time May realized what she had done and ran after Ash apologizing . Ash came to a dense clearing of trees heard a voice.

" ASH!Stop I am so sorry please forgive me…." It was may.

"Don't you dare to come near me." Hissed Ash. And that was the last time any human has seen Ash ketchum.

Flashback ends

"Ash! Ash! A Dragonite is approaching the Island!" chirped Swellow.

"Don't worry buddy I know who it is." Replied Ash. "Let's go Mewtwo I guess Scott has a message for us." Said Ash. When they approached the Dragonite he handed a letter to Ash, it said-

Dear Ash Ketchum,

You are invited to the 'MASTER'S TOURNMENT' held in Indigo Plateau in two weeks time.The tournament will consists the very best trainers, coordinators, gym leaders, frontier brains, elite fours and the Champions. The prelemeniers will be 2 on 2 battles. Ones the prelemeniers are over the main tournament will begin after three days break, during which the opening ceremony will be conducted. It will contain the best 256 in the world. The first round will be 3 on 3 battles followed by 4 on 4 tag battles, 4 on 4 normal battles, 6 on 6 triple battles, 6 on 6 tag battles, 6 on 6 normal battles, the semifinals will be 10 on 10 battles and finals will be 15 on 15 battles. The winner of the Master's tournament will get a pure diamond trophy worth billions, cash of 100,000,000 dollars, 3 master balls, and most importantly the title of 'POKEMON MASTER' without taking on the current master as he is unseen from ten years, the runner up will get a platinum trophy worth millions, eligibility to challenge the champions of any region without taking on elite 4, cash of 10,000,000 dollars, and all types of pokeballs each. The best fours will get the golden trophy, eligibility to challenge elite 4 of any region, cash of 1,000,000, and 3 ultra balls. Other prices will be told in the tournament. Please participate Ash the Pokémon league is missing you a lot Ash. And Scott told me what happened to you, I am very sad…

Ash launched a Aura sphere the air as a signal to all the Pokémon that they have to meet.

At the center of the island all the Ash told all his Pokémon about the letter and said, "So are all of you ready to take the world by strom." A corous of cheers emerged. Ash said that all of them will get a chance in the tournament, (A.N – I will tell his Pokémon and their gender at the bottom) but the team which will go at first was – Lucario, Salamence, tyranitar, Venusaur, Gardevoir, feraligatr. And Mewtwo will always stay with him for teleporting.
