Shuffled Bleach!
Greetings, tis I, MR. DEATH RIDER, coming to you with another new story. As I have been going on doing Ichigo's Random Summons and Mahou Sensei Ichigo!, a new idea came to mind. Due to the fact I have been playing an old game of mine, Shuffle Essence+ and watching the Shuffle anime again, the idea of what would have happen if Kaede was Ichigo's cousin? Kaede's mother being a Quincy and sister to Masaki came to mind. The story would take place a year before the world of the Gods and Devils came to human attention, where Kaede's mother died in car accident as normal, but a year before Masaki died. There is no Rin, so for a year, Kaede would have bullied Ichigo, putting the blame on him, only to find out that Masaki died. This would cause her to cease and become so ashamed, she didn't visit for the next 9 years. And during this time, Ichigo would meet Lycoris and Lisianthus. Like with Rin, the two girls fall in love with Ichigo after he helped them. Then we skip to a few months Masaki's death, the world comes to an understanding of Gods and Devils and accepts them into society, where Karakura has a few students that har God, Devil, Human and half-blood. Mayumi will be there, as will Primula, Asa and Kareha. No Itsuki, or fan clubs of Kaede, Nerine and Lisianthus. As soon as we hit the main events of Bleach, Lisianthus and Nerine will appear, but only in the 17-month time-skip between the Winter War and Fullbringer arcs. It will be in this time that Kaede, Nerine and Lisianthus appear, along with the Kings of both worlds to declare Ichigo as the potential lover and heir to either worlds. So, with this out of the way, let us begin with the prologue!
Summary: A month after the defeat of Aizen, Ichigo has strange dreams from the past. He then finds out from his father that his cousin is coming to visit, and while at school, new exchange students come, along with huge news that will change the lives of Ichigo and his friends.
Genres: Comedy, romance, suspense, drama, supernatural, fantasy, harem, mature

Prologue: Dreams of the Past and a New Future
Ichigo was rubbing his face as he eats his lunch on the rooftop with his circle of friends. Tatsuki, Keigo, Mizuiro, Uryuu, Chad and Orihime were all talking with themselves while he ate in silence. Every now and then, his gaze would go over the other students. Students with pointy ears, long and short. Shaking his head, he still wasn't used to being around Gods or Devils from different worlds. But he was still used to those with power and would sometimes forget he no longer has any powers.
It's been two months since the ordeal with Aizen and losing his powers. While he still regrets it all, deep down he believed he did the right thing, as there was no other option he had left, especially when the Hogyoku was allowing Aizen to evolve so fast. His eyes landed on one of his classmates. A short, flat-chested and grey-haired girl with heterochromia; one blue and red eye. She had single strand sticking up from her head while having long bands reaching past her shoulders down to petite chest. She would have a unique personality, being the most inquisitive to get into each other's business, akin to a paparazzi. Mayumi Thyme was her name, and she was a half-Devil from what he could remember.
His gaze then lingered to two other girls; girls who were a year older than him. One of whom was a blonde with emerald green eyes. One of her hair strands were tied up with a ribbon. The most unique thing about her were her short, pointy ears. Many times, Ichigo kept comparing said girl to that of an elf from European mythologies, something the blonde found embarrassing. She was a few feet shorter than him, putting her in between Tatsuki and Orihime's height. It was her personality that was more odd to him than her ears; as the girl tended to have very odd fantasies and goes into a trance that caused her body to glow a little. Kareha was her name.
The girl next to Kareha was slightly taller and had bright lime-green hair. One of her braids was also done with a ribbon, with two long strands reaching her lower back and one just sticking out from the top. And she had a very tomboyish personality, whilst also being quite the teaser. Asa Shigure, and what he did know about her, is that she was good friends with Orihime and an amazing cook.
After finishing his food, he slowly stood up, stretching his arms a little, something that caught the gaze of his friends. He then turned and left through the door in silence, making said friends look at him with concern, not knowing how they should deal with him, as his power loss was a touchy subject.
After a long day at school, Ichigo finally got home, taking his shoes off and walking up the stairs and into his room. Taking his uniform off and changing into casual clothes, he collapsed onto his bed and closed his eyes, his right arm draped over his eyes. After a few minutes, he got off and headed downstairs to the kitchen, noting that his younger sister Yuzu was already getting food ready to cook. Smiling softly to himself, Ichigo shook his head as he opens the fridge and takes a carton with orange juice out and poured himself a glass.
He didn't want to imagine where his family would be without Yuzu in their lives. Since the death of his mother all those years ago, Ichigo took it upon himself to cook meals as a child, and when Yuzu was old enough to work with food, she promptly took over. Not without learning how to cook from him of course.
As he walked towards the couch, he paused as his eyes gazed on one picture that was on a small counter. It was a picture of himself, his sisters when they were babies, his mother, his father, his aunt, his uncle and his cousin. He frowned heavily at the picture of the small girl with orange hair as bright as his own holding a baby Yuzu in her arms that stood next to him while he held Karin. His mother and aunt were close sisters, their orange hair and similar faces made it look like they were twins, while his father made a goofy pose and uncle stood smiling.
Ignoring the picture, he went to move towards the couch, lifting his other sister's legs up, before sitting down. Karin just looked at him with a bored expression, her legs plopping onto his lap, before returning her gaze back to the TV. Ichigo shook his head in amusement as he also gazed at the TV, taking note that the spokesman was talking about the time since the gates to the realm of the Gods and Devils opened and shared their technologies with humans.
"I still can't get used to seeing these guys roaming around despite it being years." Karin said off-handedly with a lazy wave of her hand to the TV. She gazed back at her brother. "Those monsters you fought against and you and Goat-chin being Shinigami I can believe, but not Gods and Devils."
Ichigo shrugged, sipping his citrus beverage. "I can get what you mean, hell some of them look like Elves from the Lord of the Rings and other fantasy genre games. I kind feel bad though, seeing as there are some… things out there that ain't pleasant to look at."
Both siblings looked at each other, before responding with "Fantasy and tentacles" at the same time, both shivering in disgust as they knew exactly what it was they thought about. Yuzu just looked over her shoulder to gaze at her brother and fraternal twin sister in confusion, before returning to her cooking. It was at this moment that their father stepped into the room from a side door, a white doctor's cloak still draped on his shoulders. Isshin sighed deeply as he sat opposite of the lazing siblings, looking at Ichigo with a serious expression.
"What is it, Oyaji? You're normally not this quiet." Ichigo looked at his father with concern, Karin sitting up properly to also look at her father. Yuzu put her cooking on pause can came to a stop behind the sofa her siblings were on.
Isshin just sighed as he rubbed his face, looking at Ichigo. "Kinda got some news for you, something you might like given the history between you two." At this, Ichigo frowned a little while the twins looked between their brother and father curiously. "Kaede is coming to visit for a short while."
Karin and Yuzu looked at each other in confusion, not knowing who their father was talking about. Ichigo, on the other hand, scowled even more. After a while, he sighed deeply. "The reason why she wants to visit us again? She made her point clear all those years ago."
"According to Mikio, Kaede has changed drastically over the past few years, so try and give her the benefit of the doubt." Isshin sighed more as he looked at his son. Said young male sighed just as deeply and rubbed his face, before glancing back at his father.
"Fine, but I won't speak to her unless she talks to me. While I may forgive her, I'll never forget what she did or said."
Isshin nodded at this, leaning back into the armchair more. "That's all I can ask of you, Ichigo. She'll be arriving sometime tomorrow. And there's a chance she might transfer to the school here since Mikio doesn't know how long he will be away on this business trip of his."
Ichigo nodded and rubbed his temples, feeling the tell-tale signs of a headache appearing. It was Karin who brought the silence to an end. "Who's this Kaede? And what is the bad blood between her and Ichi-nii?"
Isshin looked at his daughters for a few moments, before deciding to come clean. "Kaede is your cousin. Her mother and Masaki were sisters. However, she passed away a year before Masaki in a horrible car accident. At the time, Kaede was very sick and didn't know that your aunt was coming back early. Unfortunately, she somehow found out that Ichigo contacted both Masaki and Momoji, your aunt, and put all the blame of her mother's death on Ichigo. So she did some really… unacceptable things to Ichigo, insulting him and dropping a paper cutter from above onto Ichigo. Your brother almost lost his left eye because of that."
Both sisters gasped and looked horrified at this, glancing at their brother in shock. "She also said that people like me are better off being dead." Ichigo added, shrugging his shoulders. This comment made Isshin flinch, as he could remember the desperate and anguished screams that day.
"So what made her have a change of heart?" Ichigo asked, looking at his father.
"Well for starters, she found out about Masaki's own death. And the one thing she would never wish for is the death of someone who loved her as one of her own. That, and Mikio came clean with her after the news of Masaki's death. Kaede snapped at this. According to Mikio, she wanted to come here on all fours and beg for forgiveness. It got so bad, they had to send her to mental institute for a few months and found out she was practically willing to be your personal slave and maid."
Ichigo's eyes widened in horror at this, his mouth open in shock as he stared at Isshin. Yuzu and Karin were also shocked, gaping as well.
"You're fucking with me? She was that regretful she snapped like that!?" Ichigo demanded, standing up and looking at Isshin.
Said man sighed and shook his head. "I wish I was, but Mikio was dead serious. Its why I want you to give Kaede some space when she arrives here, so just don't think bad of her or get too surprised if she does a few things you're uncomfortable with."
It was then Karin who decided to break the silence, gazing at her father curiously. "By the way, what's with the neighbors leaving? Three houses on either side of our place were suddenly sold, and demolished, along with the houses behind them. It's like they're trying to build mansions on either side of us."
"I've been wondering about that as well, it's really confusing." Yuzu agreed, holding her soup spoon up to her chin.
"Honestly, I have no idea. The builders tried to demolish the clinic, not knowing its part of our house. I asked and they didn't answer me. All I know it were Devils and Gods, so your guess is as good as mine." Isshin answered with a shrug, making all four of them wonder what was going on.
Ichigo was tossing and turning in his bed, panting heavily. In his mindscape, suppressed and forgotten memories were flashing through his dream. He hovered above the ground, looking at his 7-year-old self with a brown-haired girl. He moved around, but the girl's face was shadowed, making him unable to tell what was going on. All he knew is that she was crying and that his younger self was comforting the girl while both were on a station.
Next, the scene changed to that of him and Tatsuki comforting a purple-haired girl who was lost and sitting on a swing. Like the first girl, her face was also shadowed but what was different is that the girl was singing a song, a song he knew but forgotten.
Gasping, he sat up with wide eyes, panting more as he held his right hand over his face, his eyes wide in shock. "Just now… what was that dream…?"
The next day, Ichigo was sitting at his seat, staring out the window, lost in thought. He didn't even notice the bell ringing or his friends gathering around him. It was a gentle punch to his shoulder that made him look up, seeing the concerned looks of his friends. Looking to his shoulder, he saw that it was Tatsuki who hit his shoulder.
"Kurosaki-kun, is everything alright? You were spacing out completely." Orihime voiced her concerns out, looking at him with worry.
"Orihime is right, you didn't even respond when Ochi-sensei even shouted at you. Hell, she got worried and that's saying something!" Tatsuki agreed, removing her hand and looking at him with concern.
Frowning a little, Ichigo looked at his childhood friend and begun humming the tune of the song from his dream. Everyone looked confused at this, wondering what happened.
"Hey, is Ichigo alright? Did he finally lose his mind?" Mayumi asked, looking at Keigo and Mizuiro. Both boys could only shrug, their eyes showing their confusion and concern.
However, attention was brought to Tatsuki as she dropped her bag, her eyes widening with each second as Ichigo hummed, her eyes gazing intently at him.
"That song… I heard it from somewhere before!" Tatsuki declared, making everyone look at her in confusion as Ichigo stopped.
"From the time when we were kids, where we helped a girl." Ichigo nodded, making Tatsuki gasp as forgotten images flashed through her mind.
"Yeah… I can remember, but not much. But what brought this up, Ichigo?"
"I don't know. I just had a weird dream about it for no reason."
"Maybe it was a lost lover of his?" Keigo responded with a playful tease. "But I don't see it as Ichigo was probably a grouch then!"
Ichigo winced as memories of his mother came to mind, but Tatsuki surprised everyone as she kicked Keigo, sending him crashing into the wall into the wall.
"How dare you?! How dare you say that!?" Tatsuki growled as she slowly approached Keigo, who was backing away in complete fear.
"Tatsuki-chan!"
"Let go Orihime! He needs to learn some tact and respect! Ichigo was a different person back then! His mother was still alive back then!" Tatsuki growled out, her eyes tearing up as she struggled to get out of Orihime's grip. But she then stopped as she realized what she said, looking around as the entire class were looking at her and Ichigo in shock.
Keigo looked horrified at this, regret instantly coming to his face. Tatsuki then looked at Ichigo, wincing as she saw the pained look on his face. After a few minutes, Ichigo just sighed as he stood up, walking to Keigo and lifting him up. He then looked at Tatsuki, a fake smile on his face. A smile only showed during a certain day of the year. A smile that made Tatsuki flinch.
"It's alright Tatsuki, Keigo didn't know or mean anything about it. It wasn't public knowledge, so it's ok." He then pats Keigo on the back rather hard, before picking his bag and flinging it over his shoulder. "I'm going home now, just tell sensei I'm not feeling well, ok?"
And with that, Ichigo left the room. Tatsuki then fell to her knees, looking down to the ground as Orihime hugged her from behind.
"Then the reason Kurosaki-kun was making such an angry face the whole time… it was because his mother passed away?" Michiru asked, her eyes tearing up at what she believed to be a tragic story.
"Yeah… Ichigo was completely different back then… you wouldn't believe it, but he was a real mommy's boy. Masaki-obasan was the world to him and he blamed himself for her death, its why he rarely smiles…" Tatsuki nodded, looking up to the ceiling.
"Damn… I didn't know…" Ryo said, looking down at this.
"It's a very touchy thing for him, and to me as well. Knowing him, he most probably will be going to the cemetery right now."
"But that doesn't explain why you did what you did to Asano-kun." Kareha said, approaching the kneeling teen. "How close where you to Kurosaki-san?"
"Childhood friends. My Kaa-san and his were close friends, and I even held his sisters when they were babies. She was basically like a second mother to me. And after Masaki-obasan passed away, I rarely saw Ichigo outside of school then. It was only until recently that we spoke again."
"So, does that mean you like Ichi-chan?" Asa asked, a mischievous grin on her face.
"WHAT!?"
Tatsuki gazed at the green-haired girl in shock, her face turning red. It was at this that Kareha started glowing as her eyes glazed over.
"Childhood friends reuniting as lovers~ Maa maa maa~~"
"Tatsuki-chan, is this true?" Orihime asked, glancing at her close friend.
"LIKE HELL IT IS! AND STOP THINKING WEIRD THINGS, KAREHA!" Tatsuki jumped up, pointing at said girl. "I HAVE NO ROMANTIC INTERESTS IN HIM! HE'S MORE LIKE A BROTHER TO ME!"
This caused a few of class to chuckle at this, making Tatsuki growl out in anger. "Only a few people know what it's like to lose someone close to you. Ichigo, Ishida, Orihime and I have gone through family loss before, so none of you know the pain that he is going through! And out of all of us, only Chad stuck by his side when I wasn't there for him. He would be considered a real friend to him."
This caused everyone in the class to wince at her harsh words, making even Asa wince as memories of her being in sick and screaming hurtful words at her own mother flashed in her mind. Even Uryuu closed his eyes, grimacing at the memories of grandfather. He felt like he could understand Ichigo even more. Orihime and Chad closed their eyes, their faces showing their pain.
Unbeknown to the class, Ichigo stood outside the door, leaning against the wall. A small smile came onto his face, albeit a sad one. After a short while, he moved down the hallway and left the school, one destination on his mind.
It was nearing evening as Ichigo reached his house, having spent the most of the day at the cemetery and talking to the gravestone of his mother and roaming aimlessly. Opening the door, he bent down just as his father flew over his body and collided with the lamppost outside.
"Your dodging skills have improved, my son…"
Sighing, Ichigo closed the door behind him and took off his shoes. He then felt a shiver go through his entire body, looking up to see an orange-haired girl with blue eyes gazing at him intently. Eyes he hasn't seen in over 10 years. Then the girl closed his eyes and smiled brightly at him, as if the suffering she caused him when they were kids never happened.
"Ichi-kun, welcome home!"
Frowning, he gazed at her with his amber eyes. Sighing deeply, he folds his arms over his chest as Isshin came in from behind, looking at his son with worry.
"It's been a while, Kaede…" Ichigo finally said, making the girl smile more and open her eyes as she gazed at him. Somewhere deep down, Ichigo found said gaze a little freaky and scary.
"It has, Ichi-kun! I hope you've been doing we-"
Ichigo raised a hand to stop her, sighing deeply again. "Look, I'm gonna be frank with you. I haven't forgotten what you did and said to me when we were kids. While I may forgive you, I haven't forgotten, now will I ever forget."
Kaede nodded her head, grabbing her left arm as she looked down to the ground. "I understand. I wasn't in the right mind then, and I looked at somewhere to vent my despair at. I really wish I could go back in time and undo what I did and said" She begun, looking back at him with regret and remorse in her eyes. "But that's why I'm here right now! I want to make difference! I want to prove that I changed! I want to prove myself to you! So please!" She got onto her arms and knees, pressing her hands onto the floor with her head on said hands, an action that made Ichigo extremely uncomfortable. "I am truly sorry for what I did, and I ask… no, I beg you to forgive me and to give me a chance to prove myself!"
It was at this that Karin and Yuzu poked their heads from around the corner, gazing at Ichigo. Sighing deeply, Ichigo lowered his shoulders. "Get up, you're making me very uncomfortable apologizing like that. I'll forgive you and give you a chance, just please stop prostrating yourself."
Kaede gasped as she looked up, tears forming in her eyes again, before she launched herself at Ichigo, holding onto his shirt as she wailed, crying into him. Looking more uncomfortable, he looked over his shoulder to see his father giving him a proud smile. Ichigo smiled weakly as he gently runs Kaede's back. Yuzu looked over at them with a tearful smile whilst Karin felt a little disturbed. She couldn't help why she felt disturbed, but she was picking up some strange vibes from her cousin, vibes similar to Yuzu, but more dangerous.
"Ichi-kun, wake up. It's morning, so you don't want to be late for school."
Ichigo groaned, opening his eyes as he felt someone shaking him gently. Sitting up, he opened his eyes and gazed at Kaede in confusion, blinking his drowsiness away as he saw his cousin wearing the female uniform for his school with an apron over said uniform.
"Kaede? What are you doing here? And where's Oyaji?" Ichigo asked. He was confused as hell, because normally his father would normally burst in and try his many crazy ways into waking him up.
"Oyaji…?" Kaede blinked in confusion, before her eyes widened in realization. "Oh, you mean Isshin-ojisan? Oh, I asked him to let me wake you up." She smiled brightly after saying this.
For unknown reasons, Ichigo felt a shiver go down his spine. He looked to see that his windows were open, so decided it might have been the wind. Nodding, he thanked her and moved to his closet to get changed.
"Breakfast should be ready soon, so don't be late." With that said, Kaede left his room, leaving Ichigo to get changed.
After leaving his room, he blinked as he saw his father shivering in fear as he was rocking himself back and forth on the floor against the wall opposite of his door, muttering quietly about "scary yanderes". Shrugging, Ichigo walked downstairs, only to pause at the scene of an amused Karin looking at the kitchen. Looking at said kitchen, he could see Kaede and Yuzu standing next to each other, preparing breakfast and bentos for the day, both girls' hips bumping against each other.
"You're really good at cooking, Kaede-chan."
"I'm amazed that you're also this good, Yuzu-chan! Who taught you?"
"That would be Onii-chan! Until I was old enough, he cooked food for all of us!"
"Heeeh~? How good was he?"
"I can't really remember, it's been so long…"
"If that's the case, Yuzu, I can do dinner for tonight." Ichigo replied, making both girls jump in surprise, both looking over their shoulders at the orange-haired male. "In fact, I'll do the one meal you and Karin used to pestered me to make when you were really young."
"Ne, Ichi-nii, what food was that that you made us? I can't really remember your cooking." Karin asked, looking up at her brother.
Ichigo winks at her before ruffling her head, before sitting next to her at the table. A few minutes later, they all begun to eat, forgetting about the shivering adult upstairs. After eating, Ichigo and Kaede prepared to leave, with the latter giving the former a bento.
Ichigo raised an eyebrow, gazing at her as she smiled brightly. "If this is mine, then where's yours?"
Kaede widened her eyes, blushing as she rushed back into the house. A few minutes later, she came back out with her own bento while chuckling sheepishly. Ichigo shrugged as he then turned around and headed to the school, Kaede following close behind him.
"What's the school like, Ichi-kun?" She asked, trying to make conversation.
Ichigo glanced at her, before gazing back ahead of him. "It's normal, I suppose. But I'll warn you, my friends are quite unique, so don't be scared if they ask questions."
Kaede nodded as she followed him all the way.
After stopping at the teacher's staff room, Ichigo left her to head to his class. Entering, he noticed that everyone became quiet as he entered, making him frown. As he entered, he grunted in pain as he felt a powerful slap to his back. Turning around, he scowled at the lime-haired girl responsible.
"Seriously, Shigure? Don't you ever get tired of that?" With that said, Asa smiled brightly, a sign that showed that they were back to normal.
After bickering for a while, he made it to his desk, before holding out his arm and clotheslining Keigo.
"Ichigo! Why did you do that to me!?" Keigo whined, crocodile tears running down his face as he shook the orange-haired male. But he then brightened up, grinning ear to ear. "Never mind that, I heard we're getting transfer students! Three in fact, and they're all girls!"
"Wait, seriously!? This sounds like a real scoop!" Mayumi grinned as she approached them.
"Three? I thought Kaede was the only one transferring?" Ichigo responded, making his friends look at him curiously, while Mayumi was beginning to grin impishly.
"Oh~? And how do you know one of the transfer's names?" She grinned cheekily as she held a recorder to his face.
Scowling, Ichigo pushed her hand aside as Orihime and Tatsuki approached him. "Because Kaede is a cousin of mine from my Kaa-san's side."
Tatsuki blinked at this, images of an orange-haired girl flashing through her mind. "Kaede…? You mean that big crybaby who was always near you and had health issues? The one who always told me not to "bully" you and called me "Suki-chan"?"
"Oh yeah, I forgot you knew about her, but that's the one. Apparently, Mikio-ojisan went on a business trip and Kaede is staying with my family for the next few months. How long, no one knows." Ichigo answered. As he did so, Ochi-sensei came in, making everyone return to their seats.
"Alright class, we have new students coming in today, though only one is here right now. The other two will be coming in later during the day." Ochi said, before gazing at the door. "You can come in now."
Everyone begun muttering quietly as they saw Kaede enter, Tatsuki's eyes widening as she saw her. 'Damn… she looks almost like Masaki-obasan…'
Kaede begun writing her name on the board and turned around and smiled shyly at the class. "I'm Fuyo Kaede, I'm 16 and I'm Ichi-kun's cousin. I moved in with him and Isshin-ojisan due to my Otou-san going on a business trip overseas. Please look after me."
"As you have it, Fuyo-san is Ichigo's cousin. Fuyo-san, there's an open seat in front of Arisawa-san, so please go sit there." Ochi told her, before looking at Tatsuki. "Arisawa-san, please raise your hand."
Said girl nodded as she raised her hand, grinning a little. As Kaede nodded, she proceeds as she sat in front of her. After putting her stuff down, she turned and smiled at Tatsuki. "I hope we can get along, Arisawa-san."
"Oh? Did our separation made you forget about me, Kaede?" Tatsuki grinned more at Kaede, making said girl blink in confusion. Orihime also glanced at her best friend curiously.
"I'm sorry?" Was all Kaede could say.
Tatsuki grinned as she pointed at herself with her thumb. "It's me, Tatsuki! You used to call me "Suki-chan" when we were kids!"
Kaede blinked more at this. "Heh!? Su…ki-chan… Heh!? HEEEEEEEH!?"
Tatsuki grinned more, as she saw the realization dawn on Kaede's face. Ochi only raised an eyebrow at this, not saying anything.
*Change of scene*
"To think you know Tatsuki-chan!" Orihime smiled as she sat next to Kaede while eating her lunch; a lunch that made the girls with her shiver in fear at what she ate.
"To be honest, I kind of forgotten. I'm sorry, Suki-chan." Kaede smiled bashfully, before gazing at Tatsuki. Said girl waved her off.
"I'm Inoue Orihime, and it's nice to meet you, Kaede-chan!"
"Oh, and I'm Fuyo Kaede. I hope we can get along, Inoue-san."
"No good! Call me by my name! Any close friend of Tatsuki-chan is a good friend of mine!"
"Eh?! I don't know…"
"Give her a break, Orihime. She's always been shy with people, even more so when we first met!" Tatsuki responded, grinning at her.
As the girls were chatting away, Ichigo was leaning against his desk, eating the food in his bento. He had to admit, Kaede was a good cook, but nowhere near as good as Yuzu. He was about to talk to Chad when Ochi called him out to speak to him. Blinking, Ichigo got up and followed her outside the classroom.
"What is it, Ochi-sensei?" He asked curiously. He then frowned a little. "If this is about those punks that Chad and I dealt with last week, don't bother."
"I'm not going to reprimand you or Sado-san. If I was, I would have called him out here as well." Ochi responded, a frown of her own on her face. Shaking her head, she gazed at him. "But never mind that, did you ever become acquainted with girls from the other worlds when you were a kid?"
Ichigo frowned at this. "I can't say I have. Besides Kareha-san, and Mayumi, I don't know any Devils or Gods that well. In fact, they're the only ones I know of. Why do you ask, Sensei?" Ichigo asked curiously.
"Hmm… It's not really important, per se… I don't think, but…" She responded, holding her hand to mouth while thinking. "Hmm… But for now, all I can say is this. Do not give up!" She placed her hand on his shoulder, making him blink in utter confusion. "Good luck! I'll back you up as much as I can. It's all about willpower, you hear me? Do your best to survive! Don't give up until the very end!"
With that said, she left a very confused Ichigo looking at her, his amber eyes now mere pinpricks. "What the hell was that about?" Shaking his head, he entered the class and headed to his desk, giving a confused shrug to answer the questioning gazes of his friends.
After eating lunch, Ochi returned the class and called for order. With everyone back at their respective guests, she informed the class that their last transfer students were outside. She then informed said students to enter. And Ichigo found out it wasn't only his eyebrows that shot up to his hair. The reason? Two adult men entered the class, one of them laughing joyously.
The man who was laughing wore a blue kimono and had dark grey hair, a cocky grin on his face. The short pointy ears revealed he was a God. The other man next to him had silver-grey hair and ruby red eyes, his ears longer, meaning he was a Devil.
"This school in the Human World looks like an interesting place." The God said, folding his arms over his chest.
"Yes, indeed." The Devil agreed, holding his pointy chin with his hand. "There are so many beautiful young ladies here, I feel like it might make me younger again."
After looking around, the God looked back to the Devil. "So, which kid is it?"
"Let's see here…" The Devil responded, looking around the class before his eyes locked onto Ichigo, making said teen raise an eyebrow. "Ah, found him. There he is."
Both adults then walked towards Ichigo's desk, making him look at them in confusion. Even his friends were completely confused as to what was going.
"Oh-ho~ he's got a good look about him. Looks like I can leave Sia to him without any worries." The God said, holding his chin while grinning wryly at Ichigo.
"No sneaking a head start now, Shin-chan." The Devil responded, making the God look at him. "Ichi-chan here is Nerine's bridegroom, after all."
"Hey, no fair! Ichigo-dono, take good care of Sia for me!" The God shot back, looking back at Ichigo.
"What…?" Was all Ichigo could say in confusion.
"Hey, look sharp now!" The God then glared at the teen unaware of the danger stalking behind him with a raised chair. "If you don't have enough willpower to jump on Sia-"
Everyone backed away when said chair landed on the back of the God's head, making his face meet Ichigo's desk harshly.
"Otou-san! Don't say such weird things!" A girl with long, brown hair shouted, an embarrassed blush on her face.
"S…Sia… aren't I always telling you that a chair is going too far…?" The older male groaned out from the pain.
"Mou~!"
"Sia-chan, I think that is going a little too far…" A long, purple-haired girl said meekly as she approached the girl.
Clearing her throat, Ochi called the four newcomers to the front of the class, telling them to introduce themselves.
"I'm Lisianthus! I'm from the world of the Gods." The brown-haired girl said with a smile. "It's kind of a long name, so please call me Sia."
"Ano… my name is Nerine. I am from the world of the Devils. If you like, please feel free to call me Rin." The purple-haired girl responded with a bashful smile.
"I'm Eustoma. I'm Sia's father and I also work as the King of Gods." The man who got defeated by the chair greeted the class.
"And I am Forbesii. I'm Nerine-chan's father and I'm also the King of the Devils. Nice to meet you all." The silver-haired man introduced himself.
"Ano, sensei? If I didn't hear wrong just now, but didn't they say they were the King of Gods and King of Devils?" Mayumi asked, looking warily at the older men.
Ochi sighed as she nodded her head. "You heard correctly, Thyme-san."
"Ano, please don't worry about me…" Sia spoke up, looking a little embarrassed from all the attention the class were giving the two girls. "I understand being the daughter of the King of Gods is a bit scary."
"But we would be happy if you would treat us as normal girls and friends." Nerine finished, smiling shyly.
"So that's the story. Ichigo, I leave them in your care." Ochi said, making said teen frown at her.
"Why me exactly?" Ichigo asked, his scowl growing more.
"I shall explain that." Forbesii said, smiling at the annoyed teen. "In other words, you have been chosen as a potential husband-to-be for either Nerine-chan or Sia-chan."
"To out it plainly, you're a potential king of either the World of the Gods or the World of the Devils." Eustoma added. "If you choose my Sia, you'll get to use all the divine power you could want."
"Naturally, if you become Nerine-chan's bridegroom, you will have the authority of the Devil World at your disposal."
"HUH!?"
"EH!?"
"WHAT THE HELL!?"
*END OF CHAPTER*
And there you go, a new start to a new story. To be honest, I'm kind of surprised there isn't a cross over between these two works. But I am glad that I am the first. Like with Mahou Sensei Ichigo!, this story will have slow updates. And due to the harem mechanics with Shuffle, these will be some of the many pairings Ichigo will have:
Ichigo x Tatsuki
Ichigo x Orihime
Ichigo x Sia
Ichigo x Nerine
Ichigo x Kareha
Ichigo x Kikyou
Ichigo x Michiru
Ichigo x Asa
These are some of the pairings he will be paired with, the first 4 being the major ones. Maybe down the line I'll add more, but for now, this is all. You have received a new story by MR. DEATH RIDER, have a good day.
