From the deepest inside of the mindscape and dreams, a boy crossed through his inner world and passed the time to admire the park with a fountain and the big portal above him, all the space was shaped looking at the background of Duel Links style like he always remembered when he crossed over there. The yellow icons were something his mind created as a way to distracted not just himself but the others who he shares his mind. Everything was just an image of his own imagination, but there was 2 people he wanted to find the soon as possible…

After he walked through the park, he went on the direction of what would be the PXP Arena, where was big skyscrapers and a huge stadium in front of him. The boy walked for a while, but after finally entering the arena, he could see 2 people whose look exactly like him, but each of them has his own unique style and way of act. The boy knew whose 2 was, Russel and Bernard…

"So, what do you think about ancient warrior Benkei?" Russel who wore a bandana and has a marine jacket without sleeves asked, looking at some catalog of cards from his imagination... As the other boy who was wearing a hoddie and glasses, he had an opaque way of show his face, it doesn't smile but it doesn't frown either. He was nobody less than Bernard.

"Please elaborate." Bernard without showing any emotion replied, looking at Russel who was with an idea on his mind.

"That card can be really overpowered if we just use cosmic cyclone or giant trunade on the field, then we equip him with 3 power guardians... Then he can attack 4 times with more than 1500 per attack. In the end receiving 5000 attacks on the first round." Russel showed the cards while thinking on how powerful one card would be in the first round.

The silent mand looked at him, while his expression remained serious and neutral.

"I loved the strategy. It could be a great OTK strategy." The boy said in a neutral tone, not showing any sign of emotion.

"I know right? But the most annoying part would be searching the cards inside of the deck. Even if we use Yami Yugi and Destiny Draw, we couldn't take all the cards we need in the first hand." Russel who was smiling proudly, turned his face into a frown after knowing one huge hole inside his strategy.

The serious boy near him blinked a few times.

"What about using power toll dragon? He has the effect to search equipment spells." The boy pointed it out while he showed the card over his hand.

Russel remained in silence.

"Yeah, that could work, but I would need Raiden to make a good synchro summon and then find a way to take both benkei and the equip cards... And I would need to find good cards to protect the combo..." Russel said while almost giving up from the idea.

The hodded boy nodded his head while he checked his deck.

"I think Rex Raptor would be a good character for this deck since his skill Titan Showdown would make one hit a perfect hit kill." The boy said while receiving a nod from not just Russel but Caesar who appeared near to them.

"I agree with you Bernard." Caesar said while approaching besides both boys near to them.

"Oy Caesar, what the beep is going on... beep... even here?" Russel looked at Caesar who seemed to be conflicted on how he was going to say...

Bernard who remained looking in both of them, turned his glance to Caesar, who sighed and decided to talk.

"It's a story you will never believe in the first place."

After several minutes explaining what happened. Russel and Bernard remained on their places thinking in silence...

"So let me tell if I got this right... We died, then we got displaced in the world where Yugioh is real and we are brothers of one of the most iconic characters who uses dices in Yugioh?" Russel said as Caesar and Bernard remained in there, receiving a nod from Caesar in in agreement. "Okay, maybe we are in the paradise."

"This is the best day of my life." Bernard said on his most neutral voice and his face showing no emotion as contradiction on what he said.

"Yeah, but I can't help but think about Belatrice, and Isabelle." Caesar said in sadness, while both alters remained in silence in solemn agreement with the boy... "They were the only ones we had as family... I couldn't help but feel sad for them... I miss them."

Caesar decided to sit down in a chair and check the catalog of cards he remembered from his memories, trying to think a way to start the game all over again… But then he felt a hand pressing his shoulder. He turned around and saw Bernard looking at him. Bernard had decided to put his hand on Caesar's shoulder showing empathy to him but knowing his face it didn't demonstrate any kind of emotion. But from Caesar's perspective it was true, Bernard was indeed felling sad the same way as him.

"Death is part of our lives, soldier, we learned that from our first experience on the marines, remember what they taught us, the brothers we created may not be alive when we got back from our missions, that include us…" Russel sighed as he hides his own deck, and walked towards Caesar as Bernard nodded his head.

"We have to accept our death Caesar, even if we had to let it go our beloved ones, death comes to all and without a warning. We have to keep in mind the good memories we had about our sister and niece, the same way as we did to our parents and friends when they left the world the same way as us." Bernard who seemed talking in such serious voice, both Russel and Caesar had to hold themselves together.

"Alright, stop crying Bernard, if you continue, I will start crying as well." Caesar said while he cleaned some tears over his face, and Bernard didn't show any tears on his face, but a nodded as answer from the plea. "Well, Russel, Bernard. As we got to accept, we died and live this new world, we need to understand our characters and how are we going to live this world."

"Well, now that we live on yugioh world. We must have one objective, and since we are brother of Duke Devlin, doesn't that mean we have our own company of games?" Bernard asked which both Caesar and Russel nodded to him. "I would like to have my own company of games, I have to confess that I will miss Undertale, Cuphead and other games if I don't do anything quick. Maybe make some games that would need a kind of games as well, not just yugioh. But that doesn't mean I will not help out the lore…" Bernard said which both Caesar and his alter looked at each and other.

"Well, I'm glad that we are going to have you on a board Bernard, we can always count with your stall strategy. But remember we are not on Duel Links, TCG will be harder than that." Caesar said not just to remind Bernard but to Russel and to himself as well.

"Okay, but you know that I will be focusing more into bringing to the world the simple but best games of our former world." Bernard said as he remained stoic, both Caesar and Russel knew that he means it with a prideful voice.

"Wow and here I thought my dream was ambitious. So, you want to be part and help Duke Devlin to not become a meme?" Russel asked which receive a nod from the guy without emotion. "That's fair enough. And what about you Caesar?"

"Well, I think that's obvious… I want to live as yugioh character and enjoy all the story… and make many abridged jokes as possible… I will be the own abridged from the entire anime if possible. So, I'm the lore guy…" Caesar said while he represented his own personality, he loved the anime since one of his friends showed yugioh abridged for him, so many jokes will not be wasted on his watch…

"Yeah, that's suits you…soldier." Russel said as he rolled his eyes, but then turned his back to both of them.

"And what about you Russel? What do you want to do?" Caesar asked as he and Bernard knew since from being most part of his time on therapy, the dreams he had on the last world was actually most part nightmares, but thinking about this new life, what does he want to do it.

"Well… Become rich would be the first thing crossing into my mind… But most of part of my time with the therapist revealed me that I should write a book about my adventures and the missions we had on Seals, one thing for sure I know squad, it's… I don't want to hold a gun ever again…" As his tone on his voice made both Caesar and Bernard look at him with their eyes open wide. "Maybe I can fight using yugioh cards or even bet my own soul and blab la bla…But weapons I don't want it anymore… So… being rich and write a book… It's a good start for my objectives in my life, squad."

Both Caesar and Bernard nodded their heads over the revelations of the old sea fox, their time working into the seal squad and missions indeed left a mark inside of themselves.

"Guys, whenever you want to decide, you can always count with me. You are me, and I'm you. But we 3 have our own lives. So, I will be clear… As I'm sleeping right now, we are traveling by plane to United States to witness the intercontinental championship of Yugioh where Pegasus will make a kid win against Bandit Keith."

"Hahahah, Ah, a classic." Russel laughed, as Bernard nodded his head in agreement.

"I want you guys to know that me and Duke will have a meeting with Pegasus and I will demonstrate a remake of the Dice Dungeon Masters Duke and what would be a version of myself prior everything created together. Surprisingly there is a journal explaining all the new rules and new set of games for DDM to be short." Caesar said as he looked both Russel and Bernard expectantly. "I want to ask you which one of you guys want to be out today?"

As both looked themselves, both didn't even waste time.

"Me." both said in the same time.

"I thought so." Caesar smiled as he both took a chair and decided to talk to them. "So, let's start by this way, knowing Pegasus we will have to play a demonstration of DDM, so I want to be sure to surprise him with our sets of game. If everything works alright, maybe we will be invited on the Duelist Kingdom."

"Oh, I want to be part." Russel said smiling and Bernard as well.

"Are you sure you are ready for Duelist Kingdom?" Caesar asked unsure of how the rules of duelist kingdom would be against them, but Russel refuted as he smiled with himself.

"Soldier, I'm a DLV2O champion… I used a meme deck to win a DLV 19, this Duelist Kingdom would be too easy for us. We could use all the knowledge we have to fight against everyone at the same time. It's easy to win Kaiba, we just would need some traps and a FGD and GG… Too easy." Russel smiled arrogantly while both of the Caesar and Bernard looked at him.

"Okay, good luck." Caesar said while Bernard looked at Russel

"It's impossible to someone has more arrogance than Seto Kaiba." Bernard said while Caesar nodded at his point. "If you want to be more arrogant than him, you must have an abusive adoptive father, 5 stupid villains trying taking over your billion dollars company, and be so cold that you will make girls sympathizes with you…

"And has money to screw the rules." Caesar didn't want to waste a good opportunity to launch the first joke about Seto Kaiba, which made Russel facepalm from such friends he had.

"Wow, thanks for your vote of confidences you beep. Godbeep." Russel became disappointed with sudden censor on him and 2 people he believes to be the part who understand him, just destroyed his dreams…

"Well, what about you try to act as Jack Atlas just on duels, and be yourself outside of the game alright?" Caesar looking at Russel who seemed not enjoying the duo cutting him out, suggested an idea to make Russel not be too arrogant, but be himself.

"Alright, but the best catchphrases on duels I will say it, alright?" Russel grumbled, making both Bernard and Caesar looking at each and other and giving a nod in approbation.

"I will tell you what… If you win the Destiny Draw from Yami Yugi then we will give you the right to be more arrogant than Kaiba." Caesar who still wanted to make sure Russel would be comfortable living on the world, decided to give a simple challenge to him.

"Beat Destiny Draw? So, you want an OTK? By me? Of 8 K points?" Russel looked at Caesar who nodded his head while raising his eyebrow like challenging him. "Oh, you beep… Get ready your money because you just challenged the wrong pal."

"That's the way I like it. Well Russel and Bernard, I have some more to tell… About the modified version of Dungeon Dice Monsters… Okay, it's starts with…" Caesar decided to take a book with him, and open it inside of a table where they were talking, and started to explaining the rules.

The flight over United States seemed tranquil and enjoyable for the Devlin siblings, which made them excited on the way passing through the airport.

"Alright mom, we love you too. We are going to stay at the hotel and the moment we leave we will call you again. Alright, I will tell him to take the pills and to Bernard enjoy his time as well. Bye mom, love you." The slander boy who was talking to the airport telephone looked at his own sibling who was stretching himself up.

"Man, nothing better than breath the air of a new country, right Duke?" The boy who seemed positive and optimist with the trip made Duke wonder.

"Sometimes Caesar, you make me envy your optimism. A few hours ago, you were thinking things which made me pessimist with the idea, then after you get out from the airplane you changed 180 degreed." Duke has always a puzzle when it comes about Caesar, Russel and Bernard, it was not easy to deal with Caesar, after the earthquake tragedy 8 years ago, and the death of their father…

If wasn't for the rescue of 2 man who saved his brother's life, their mother would have been devastated in a way which would be fatal to her. Since that day, Caesar had something else on his mind, 2 alters…

Duke remembered when he first met Russel and Bernard, he thought Caesar was just kidding and playing a game, and Duke on that age didn't know about his DID, he did the same thing like it was a game.

But Russel proved to be someone more serious, more straightforward and brutal, but when it comes about problems, he would be the first one to appear to be like a bodyguard or even an enforcer. Duke remembered when he was a kid and one teenager has beaten up him as a bully. And Russel knowing about that he went directly at the teenager and in 2 minutes has broken the entire face of the same teenager. And it was without indication of his relation with Duke, like it was a random kid who has beaten up the boy relentlessly and then left. Russel was someone who would break the arms of the others to protect the ones he loved.

Bernard he was more intellectual, more creative and more silent, and the worst part Bernard face couldn't give a hint of what he was feeling since his face didn't show any emotion… Duke still don't know why he laughs about his jokes since even using his monotone voice he the way he tell jokes it's makes it funny and makes Duke laugh hard… Duke knew Bernard loved his own games he created inside on his own mind… Bernard looked like a really smart kid. Duke surprisingly liked Bernard when they talked about Dungeon Dice Monster because he knew there would be amazing ideas when they used their heads together.

Caesar became the representation between the three of them, the standard mode, but different from the others he is more talkative and freer of himself, he always makes some jokes which made Duke laugh, and he always kept Duke inspired into the next projects, like a supportive big brother, but he is always foot on the floor, someone who knows the problems around them, but he is optimist on how to deal with these problems and still being happy.

It was so confused at the beginning, but with the love and support of himself and their mother, and with a guidance of a good therapist, Duke and their mother discovered it was a serious case, and they should treat all of them as a person, even if is different, all of them has dreams, hopes, and is part of their family.

Duke had to talk with the therapist a few times to understand about how to take care of his elder brother, and that made him look to his own sibling with other eyes, like now he doesn't have a sibling, he has 3. And while 3 are the same person, each of them is themselves. And he has to accept that, and well, there was times that he liked his brother was on that way.

"I had a talk with Russel and Bernard, it was a loooooong night of sleep." Caesar said while cracked his neck and took his suitcase and mullet with him. "So, now that mom knows we are safe. Let's settle our hotel room, and get ready for one of the most amazing duels of all the time."

Duke hearing that couldn't help but to agree with his own brother.

"Hey, don't forget to exchange to Bernard before we go back to Japan, if he didn't take a look around this city, he would complain to us during a week without a rest." Duke said while he was following his brother. Receiving a laugh from Caesar who nodded his head.

"Yeah, if he doesn't take at least a gift trip or take some photos over the city he would complain even in my dreams. That would be so annoying." Caesar said while both of them went to the Taxi in the destiny of their own future.

At the installment over the stadium where would be held the Intercontinental Duel Monsters Championship. A white long hair man wearing a red suit, sniffed a rose who was on his hand, while he inspected from far away, everything his eye could see, a glimpse of golden light came from his covered eye, while he smiled excitedly from the day he will have.

"Sir Pegasus." A voice interrupted the smiling man on his concentration, which made him look behind him to find a man wearing a black suit. "It seems the preparations of the intercontinental championship is almost done."

The man smiled widely.

"Excellent, it seems this will be a great event which will make all people enjoys the game. Anything else Edward?" The man asked while his suit man nodded his head.

"Yes sir, it seems the Devlin Brothers answered our invitation to come here, and they replied they were willing to show you a project which will make you interested." Edward who was on his place gave this information for his boss, while making the man Pegasus himself surprised.

"Oh, already? It seems these boys work quick. They said they were creating the prototypes for their own game… While I'm not fan of someone ripping off my game, it seems they wanted to make something different which intrigues me, and interests me at the same time. Well, when they come here, please leave them in my waiting room. I can't wait to hear their project and how that will make the Illusion's company grow even bigger." The man who turned around, didn't saw his own man nodding to him and leaving him alone with his thoughts.

"Devlin Brothers, let's see what these boys are up too…" Maximillian Pegasus smiled while his golden eye started to shine.

Over the taxi, it didn't take long for the brothers arrive at the stadium, which was at least the twice of how Caesar imagined after watching the anime for the first time. It looked so huge it could fit an entire city inside of this place.

"Wow." Duke said in awe after taking a first look outside from the Taxi.

"Indeed." Caesar decided to follow Duke while they looked from all the details outside of the building. Caesar had the opportunity to see in the first-hand what kind of the duel was before the holographic duels would be made.

And in front of the stadium was a man wearing a dark suit with dark glasses and a weird hair.

"Ah, typical enforcer of an antagonist. It seems he works for Pegasus, or he is one of Kaiba's servants slash body guards slash Mokuba's babysitter or slash kidnapper." Caesar made a mental note, while he glanced to Duke who was still looking for someone. "Duke, it seems to be him."

Duke turned his head on the direction leaded by Caesar, which Duke smiled and then both of them went in the direction of the man wearing a suit.

"Hello, my name is Duke Devlin and he is my brother Caesar. We have an appointment with Mr. Pegasus at this hour." Duke while looking sociable, he still struggled a bit to talk in English, but Caesar gave a thumbs up showing his approval he was doing good.

The man looked at the boys beside him by surprise.

"Oh, the Devlin brothers, please follow me, Mr. Pegasus is waiting for your arrival." The man bowed slightly like to servants who greets the VIP people who approach the event. After walking a few corridors inside of the stadium, the suit man approached in a huge door, which he opened. "By this way sirs, Mr. Pegasus is waiting for you."

Both of the boys went inside of the room, and it looked fantastic, it was pure marble furniture, a great statue of yugioh monsters, it would be an insult to say to him that he expends a few dollars inside of that room.

And inside of the room was a man standing with a huge arm wide open with a great reception.

"Ah, the Devlin brothers, it's been so nice to meet you in person." The man wearing a red suit couldn't be the one less than Maximilian Pegasus, the creator of yugioh game from this world, the one who took the ancient Egyptian monsters and made the story of one of the most loved games on Caesar's world. "I hope the trip must have been comfortable for both of you."

"It's been a fantastic trip Mr. Pegasus; the honor is ours. My name is Duke Devlin." Duke went ahead and gave the man a good hand shake.

While Caesar using the same energy approached the man and gave the same handshake.

"And I'm Caesar Devlin, the trip has been amazing, thank you for giving us the VIP pass over this game, we would love to see a great retaliation of someone's pride today." Caesar used a few key words which made Pegasus look at him curiously.

"What do you mean?" Pegasus would use his own eye of millennium to see inside of his thoughts, but something inside of him doesn't want to spoil the fun…

"Well just someone stupid would try to challenge the creator of the game and has the balls to act cocky…" From the way Caesar said that, made Maximilian Pegasus already enjoy the way the boy was thinking. "Which means I have a request of a phrase I would like you to reply if someone achieve such stupidity."

"A request? Interesting, and what would that be?" Maximilian Pegasus usually would read the thoughts of the boy in front of him, but the way the boy was smiling to him, means something, he would enjoy the request.

"Cake or Death?" The moment the boy in front of him said that, Pegasus looked at him in disbelief, while Duke suddenly started busting in laugh.

"Hahahaha, wow, the ultimate warning? Yeah, that would indeed destroy the life of the one who is cocky." Duke then recomposed himself while Mr. Pegasus tried to understand the meaning. While being in silence over there, he then decided to use his eye to see inside of Caesar's mind.

Pegasus watched a funny scene of a conversation between Duke and Caesar while they were making some dices.

"Hey Duke, let me tell you one of the most funny and still dangerous threat someone could say in a game." Caesar said while Duke was computing some graphics to make the dice hologram work perfectly.

"What is it?" Duke glanced his brother, who suddenly offered a slice of cake.

"Cake or death?" The cheerful mode on Caesar saying that to Duke, made him look confuse and weird during 3 minutes, leaving Caesar laugh so much he was even crying.

After shaking his head, Duke decided to know about that.

"I don't get it." Duke glanced his brother who started to eat the slice of cake.

"It's simple, in the history, a church Empire was leading the world which took the prisoners inside of their cells and gave each prisoner a chance, cake or death… While the church would look stupid on outside, it was of course the way each prisoner would be. It was an obvious choice. Nobody would be stupid to choose death, so all of them choose cake, meaning… you have the choice I give or death. And you choose the other choice because it was better and you aren't stupid." Caesar then give Duke a few dices. "Imagine one thing Duke, I gave you before we started playing this game a choice for you to take cake, meaning, you quit the game and eat a slice of cake while still having your honor and pride… Or you choose death, which will be the most humiliating thing ever happen in your life… Like in the first roll I create the combo of XYZ with 2 dices and one magic dice."

Duke eye's opened wide. While he looked at Caesar in a fearful way.

"You using onomatopoeic dices? Dude, I thought you hate that kind of archetype." Duke said in alarm, while receiving a chuckle from Caesar.

"Yeah, I hate it, but Russel always love OTK strategies, this question is something Russel would always say someone cocky while challenging him, I say it. Just someone would be stupid to destroy the career like that. Hahahahaha, it would be better to take the cake."

And with that both brothers laughed on their places.

After the glimpse of light finished, Pegasus started chuckling and even a laugh after the mind reading.

"I see, I see. So, you want me to ask this question to Bandit Keith?" Mr. Pegasus looked at the boys who were smiling wide at the man in front of them.

"Just if he would be a cocky stupid guy, give some salt to his burn, just to make him scream in pain and anger." Caesar smiled while Pegasus started to enjoy the conversation.

"I will keep that in mind. Now, let's talk about busyness… Gentleman, you said you wanted me to show something interesting, like a project for make a new game over Illusion's company. What do you have in mind boys?"
