Summary: Daisuke finds himself entrapped in dreams – entrapped by Ken's dark side Akogimon. If the Kaiser was bad, Akogimon is far, far worse – and Daisuke can't get rid of him.
Warm hands slipped across Daisuke's face, soft, firm lips brushing against the back of his neck. He shuddered, though if it were from fear or from pleasure he wasn't entirely certain. He also didn't think it mattered - this was only a dream, wasn't it? He vaguely remembered going to bed and drifting off. At least, he thought he did. It wasn't a vivid memory. What happened here and now, with the fingers and lips on him, that was what was real and happening.
So was where the hands drifted next. Daisuke jerked a little, thinking he wanted to at least see the face of his strange companion. But the hands hardened and one closed firmly around his throat.
"I didn't say you could move," a voice whispered. It was like and unlike one that he knew so very well. He would have said it was Ken's voice - only it wasn't. A trifle deeper, a touch darker, laced with possessiveness and malice. He wouldn't have even said it was the voice of the Kaiser. It was what the Kaiser aspired to be and never had achieved.
"I don't need your -" Daisuke started to speak, but he'd gotten only that much out before the hand around his neck tightened even more, cutting them off. He could breathe, but speaking wasn't allowed.
"Yes, you do. You need my permission to do anything." A light, very amused chuckle. "I own you. That's what's meant to be. You were meant to be owned and I am the one who claims you."
That didn't make the slightest bit of sense to Daisuke. He tried to shake his head again, but that wasn't allowed. He tried to raise his hands to push the ones holding him away, only to discover that chains of some kind wrapped around his. He didn't think they'd been there before. He stared at them, a little confused, and even more so when a very amused laugh echoed in his ear.
"What's so funny?" That got him a mild tap on the nose.
"Watch yourself. I haven't allowed you to speak, either. But I'll forgive you. This time. Now. What's so funny is you. You don't even know who I am. You hardly know who you are."
Daisuke started to try to turn his head, but the grip hadn't eased from his neck. A swift swipe of a tongue darted over one ear. "You know I'm right. Who do you think I am?"
"You sound - like the Kaiser," Daisuke admitted, shivering at the growing feel of whoever this was having one arm loosely held around him, while the other hand kept on his throat. "But different."
"Of course. The Kaiser could only have dreamed of being me." Teeth now nibbled on Daisuke's ear. "I am Akogimon. You don't know the name, do you?" Daisuke twitched enough for it to be agreement. "I am also somewhat Ichijouji Ken. A part of him he has been unaware of all of his life. Unaware of, but I am there regardless. Kaiser was his rather pathetic attempt to pacify me. Oh, I doubt he was aware of it. Call it more an instinctual thing." Again that breath of laughter. "If you can understand that."
Again those hands moved, touching places that sent sharp spikes of pleasure all through him. Daisuke wasn't sure if he wanted to tell the other to leave him be or to keep going. He drew in a deep breath, hoping he could form words, but nothing coherent came. Instead, a long groan slid out between his lips, and Akogimon chuckled. Daisuke couldn't see him, but he could imagine Ken's face, with that cocky smirk the Kaiser had always liked to wear, as Daisuke became putty in his hands.
"You really don't have to worry about understanding anything. That's not what you're for."
"What am I for, then?" Daisuke wrenched the words out of himself. He wasn't going to believe Akogimon, but he wanted to know what the other thought. He wasn't surprised that there was another laugh. Akogimon seemed pretty amused a lot of the time.
"To do as I want you to do. And right now, what I want you to do is enjoy everything I'm going to do to you." Those lips now trailed down from Daisuke's ear to his neck. "You are my pet. My possession. I will do whatever I want to you and you'll enjoy every single bit of it." Again that laugh. "It's only a dream, isn't it? So it doesn't matter."
Daisuke wanted to believe it. But there was something that whispered deep in his bones that said while it might be a dream, it did indeed matter. He wanted to say that, too. But nothing really coherent rose to his lips now, no matter how hard he tried. Then he found the hand gone from around his neck and himself pressed back onto a bed as soft as a cloud, with thick, warm pillows that nestled against him. The sheets underneath his back caressed his skin, softer than silk.
When he looked up, he saw Ken - or at least someone who looked just like him. That smile wasn't Ken at all, and it wasn't the Kaiser. That smile was pure Akogimon. About the main physical difference that Daisuke could tell - not that he had time to compare every bit of the two of them - was that Akogimon's ears were a trifle longer and more pointed. Daisuke noticed another difference a breath later - where Ken's eyes were a gentle, warm violet, Akogimon's were scarlet red, fierce and full of desire. He opened his mouth, and Akogimon laid a finger on his lips.
"I don't want to hear a word out of you. I want to hear noises but no words. If you say anything, you'll regret it." One finger trailed down from Daisuke's lips to his hips. "And you are going to make a lot of noises."
If this were a dream, then why wouldn't he wake up? Daisuke wanted to wake up. He wanted to look into that face and see that it was Ken looking back at him and not Akogimon. He barely knew the other - wouldn't even say he knew him at all - and what he did know, he didn't like all that much. Though if he were going to be honest with himself, his body did rather enjoy the way that Akogimon knew exactly where to touch to get the desired reaction.
He would have gone into more detail to himself, if Akogimon hadn't demonstrated his ability to draw out said reaction so very easily just then. His back arched and a wordless noise ripped out of his lips, his eyes wide and his fingers clutched onto the sheets beneath him. Akogimon could only laugh.
"As you can see, you do what I want, my pet." He nipped at Daisuke's throat. "You should get used to it. It's going to happen quite a lot."
Daisuke shook his head, or tried to. He wasn't sure if he actually made the movement. But he knew that he wanted to. He knew that he didn't actually want to be here writhing underneath Akogimon, no matter how good it felt. If he were going to be with anyone, he wanted it to be Ken. Not a lookalike, not a copy, not a - a - whatever he was.
He couldn't get his mouth to ask the question, but perhaps Akogimon knew what he wanted to ask anyway. The wicked smirk reappeared as he leaned in to nip at Daisuke's lips ever so teasingly.
"I am the son of Piemon. You remember, do you not? That your precious Ken carries the blood of my father. It is why I exist. I am everything he doesn't want to admit is a part of him."
Daisuke didn't believe that for a moment. He remembered what they'd been told after Ken's stint as the Kaiser, of course. The older Chosen made sure to keep the secret of the breeds close as long as there was danger that one could be turned against them. Once that had passed, and they'd ended up defeating BelialVamdemon, they'd gathered up the younger Chosen and passed this information on to them. Seven out of the twelve were part Digimon - or in some cases, more so. Ken and Yamato were half-brothers through their mutual sire Piemon.
And he himself - well, Daisuke hadn't given much thought to it. He'd never thought that he would need to. Aside from learning a little about himself, he thought it wouldn't mean much to him.
Akogimon nipped his lips again. "I see you're figuring it out. You are Akigaramon, the son of Apocalymon. Created to serve and to obey whoever is strong enough to claim you." Now Akogimon's lips caressed Daisuke's throat for a few moments. "That would be me. You would not believe how long I've wanted you. Since the first time I saw you, in fact. I should have taken you then. I certainly made an attempt. I'm sure you remember."
Oh, Daisuke would always remember the day that he'd first met the Kaiser. Who would forget waking up chained to a cliff? He started to nod, but Akogimon again silenced him with a brief touch.
"Let me show you what you didn't see." He didn't move much, but behind him and above, where Daisuke could see, there appeared a screen of some sort, as if the air had rolled back. There he saw his younger self, nearly ten years earlier, slumped in front of the Kaiser. He remembered that much - he'd blacked out not long after this, he thought, not waking up again until he'd been chained to the ravine wall.
The younger Daisuke tried to get to his feet, but the Kaiser there grabbed hold of him and pulled him around, staring into his eyes. Daisuke tried to remember seeing this, but it all remained blank. He remembered falling into the hole and then waking up in chains. This in between - nothing at all.
Kaiser grinned a smirk that now reminded him of Akogimon, if a bit younger. "I've been waiting for you," Kaiser purred. One hand darted into Daisuke's vest and yanked out first his D-3 and then his D-Terminal. Daisuke started to flail for his items, but the Kaiser put them out of his reach, before pinning Daisuke to the wall with one hand and staring down at him. Hunger burned bright in those eyes, a hunger that Daisuke of then didn't recognize. The Daisuke of now did, and he shivered at the sight.
Akogimon settled against him, stroking his hair possessively. Daisuke shivered, trying not to like it, and having a very difficult time.
"That was me more than him," Akogimon pointed out. "He did want to stop you from fighting his slaves, of course. I could have gotten him to keep you if I'd had more time to work on him. And then I would have been able to work on you." He kissed Daisuke's ear. "Watch the rest."
Daisuke didn't exactly have a choice. On the screen, Kaiser said nothing, just stared intently at Daisuke's past self, then pulled a handkerchief and a bottle of some kind. He knew his past self didn't understand hat was going on, and was too dazed to do anything about it. Especially when Kaiser poured something from the bottle on the cloth and then pressed it against Daisuke's mouth and nose. The younger Daisuke's eyes widened in shock and he struggled a little. It didn't do any good, no more than his current struggles did. Slowly his eleven year old self stopped fighting and sank back against the rock wall.
Kaiser picked him up and stared down at him, that hunger still there. He traced his fingers over Daisuke's face and chuckled. "You'll be mine," he murmured softly. "I promise you."
He carried Daisuke away. The image displayed him taking Daisuke outside, followed by an enslaved Digimon who held V-mon's unconscious form in a tight grip. The adult Daisuke didn't know what to think about any of this. Slowly the screen winked out and Akogimon resettled over him.
"I took you to the cliff and chained you there. I intended to Ring V-mon and see if that would affect you - it might well have. What affects a partner Digimon can often affect the partner, and more so when the partner is like we are - or even like you are." He stroked the side of Daisuke's face. "But sadly, I didn't get the chance. Ken wouldn't let me. He wanted to monologue and posture more than he wanted actual results. You may rest assured that I do not suffer from such idiocy. I take what I want when I want it." His fingers trailed down to Daisuke's bare stomach. "Frequently."
Daisuke squeaked a little, and Akogimon continued to play, enjoying himself to the hilt. Daisuke shook his head as best he could, but no matter how he tried, the chains kept him where Akogimon wanted him, and Akogimon didn't want him to fight back. The longer everything went on, the less he could find himself resisting anyway. That had to be part of the dream, or so he kept telling himself. He would wake up sooner or later, and all of this would just be a horrific nightmare.
I'm going to wake up, he told himself over and over, an endless litany. I'll be with Ken, in our place. I'll kiss him and tell him all about this and we're going to laugh.
That was about all the time he had to think before every thought in his head collapsed under the overwhelming tide of passion and pleasure. The noises he made had no names at all, at least not ones that he knew, and his throat ached to the point he thought he should wake up from that alone. But he kept screaming regardless, unable to stop with what Akogimon did to him.
Only when the overwhelming deluge washed away did Daisuke slump, exhausted. He didn't know how he could be exhausted in a dream, but he was all the same. He trembled as Akogimon settled next to him again, stroking fingers through sweat-streaked cinnamon red hair.
"I enjoyed that," Akogimon purred into his ear. "I know you did too. You were rather vocal about it."
Daisuke shook his head and Akogimon smacked him casually. "Behave yourself, pet. I will make you understand what your place is here. This is only the beginning of your training."
Daisuke couldn't say what he'd hoped to hear, but he knew for a fact that wasn't it. The hit hadn't been anywhere nearly enough to bruise, little more than a light sting. But he didn't like it regardless. He tried to move a little, but everything Akogimon had done just ended up making him more exhausted. The other seemed to know that, favoring him with a smug grin as Daisuke settled back down.
"I'll let you wake up soon enough. But I'll see you here again." He played once more with Daisuke's hair. "This is our space. This is where you're going to find me - and where I'm going to find you. Whenever you close your eyes and sleep, I'll bring you here and you'll learn your lessons." He slid one hand down to rest on the nape of Daisuke's neck. "And you will learn to obey me, be it here or with your eyes open, my pet."
Daisuke wanted to say so very much. But Akogimon's lips drank away all of the words and he groaned softly, body yearning for more of what happened before. Akogimon smiled down at him, still pressing his fingers on the back of Daisuke's neck. "You can wake up now. I'll see you again. Sooner than you think."
Again he kissed Daisuke, and the feel of his lips on Daisuke's own were what the redhead took with him as he sank into a deep darkness that faded away to the morning light. He couldn't move; it took him a few sends to understand this was because of the blankets wrapped tightly around him and not whatever those dream-chains had been. Quickly Daisuke wriggled out of the blankets and tossed them to one side, panting slightly, trying to figure out what happened.
He was alone in the apartment. Slowly he remembered why - Ken had gone off on a business trip and wouldn't be back for another couple of days. V-mon and Wormmon had elected to spend some time in the Digital World, resting there.
That probably explained why he'd had such a weird nightmare in the first place. I miss Ken. Daisuke shook his head and chuckled to himself. He thought about telling Ken when his lover called that night, and decided immediately against it. He didn't want to worry Ken, and hearing that Daisuke dreamed about being tied up and assaulted by - by - well.
Daisuke wasn't even sure of what to call Akogimon. He knew for a fact the other existed. He and Ken and Miyako had all come to terms with being part Digimon years ago. But he'd never actually come into contact with Ken's dark side, and he didn't especially want to. If what he'd dreamed came anywhere close to the reality, then he absolutely didn't want to meet him in person.
He headed to get washed up and ready for the day. He anted to put all of this out of his mind and look forward to Ken's call that night, and even better for when Ken came home.
One thought did occur to him - he'd never asked Ken exactly what happened on the day they'd first met. That would be the quickest way to ensure that it had been a dream and nothing more. He knew that it was; it couldn't be anything else. But shaking off how real it felt, and how he could still taste Akogimon's lips on his, and his skin warmed as if he'd actually been next to another body.
Just a really realistic dream. He wasn't going to change his mind on that. Even if Akogimon were somehow stirring around in Ken's mind, he couldn't be inside of Daisuke's mind. That wouldn't be possible.
At least, he didn't think it was. But the fact that he didn't know what Akogimon could do continued to hover in the back of his mind for the rest of the day.
To Be Continued
Notes: Akogimon is fun to write. He's such a bastard. I should write more with Akogimon and Anbumon working together. The Digital World beware…
Also, this was written in answer to a prompt of "pet, set in breeds-verse with Kaiser". Technically it's not Kaiser but Akogimon but the requester said it was cool, so here we go! I will updare this in two weeks (June 13-19 is another event week so I will be focusing on that then.)
