This is a new Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover and I'll be replacing two of original Paragons with two of my choosing. I don't own DC Comics, CW, Ultraman or any of their characters.
Earth-38, space:
Deep in space, a flying red and blue object was flying past stars and planets peacefully until the orb stopped and changed into a human like figure. The figure was red on the bottom half and blue on the top half, with silver markings on the ribs and silver armor on the shoulders and chest, along with a metallic head and yellow eyes with two horns on the head.
"What is that?" The figure asked as he watched a red wave of energy wipe out an entire planet along with all the stars. "I need to get back home." The figure shouted as just as he was about to fly towards his home planet, he disappeared in a flash of white light.
Earth, National City:
At the DEO, Kara Danvers aka Supergirl was sitting in the lab on one of the medical beds as she had just watched Argo City get wiped by a wave of red energy. She was crying when her friend, Oliver Queen aka the Green Arrow, walked in and sat next to her.
"I'm so sorry, Kara." Oliver apologised and Kara looked up with tears rolling down her face. "I promise you that we'll stop the Anti-Monitor and find a way to bring back everyone we've lost." Oliver promised as he placed a hand on Kara's.
"Thanks Ollie." Kara thanked and Oliver nodded. Oliver got up and looked outside to see his daughter from the future, Mia, looking at the sky and tapping her finger rapidly on the railing. "She looks a lot like Felicity and she has your style." Kara complimented as she was trying to find a way to not lose hope. Oliver was about to speak when a white portal opened by the balcony and it shot out a red and blue blur, it slid and crashed into the centre console.
"What was that?" Oliver asked as he and Kara ran to check it out, they looked over the railings to see the figure. "Do you know him, Kara?" Oliver asked and Kara nodded. She ran down the stairs and towards the figure, she helped him up onto his feet and the figure looked up at Kara.
"It's been a while, Zero." Kara smiled as tears rolled down her face. The figure looked at Kara then placed a hand on Kara's shoulder.
"Kara Zor-El?" He asked and Kara nodded. "How long has it been? 20? 30 years?" He asked then hugged Kara which surprised everyone.
"What happened? How did you get here?" Kara asked as Zero leant against the center console and dusted his arms.
"I was flying a few Light Years away from Argo when I was being chased by a wave of red energy." Zero explained which got everyone's attention. "You know what that was?" He asked and Kara nodded.
"That energy was Anti-Matter; sent by the Anti-Monitor." Oliver explained as he walked towards Zero. "Oliver Queen. Nice to meet you." Oliver held his hand out then Zero shook the Green Arrow's hand.
"Ultraman Zero. Me and Kara were friends when we were younger." Zero told them and Kara smiled. "How did I get here?" Zero asked then a woman wearing a blue suit walked towards them.
"I did. I'm Harbinger; the Monitor wishes for you to be here to fight against the Anti-Monitor and his army." Harbinger told him and Zero's fists clenched up tight then punched the center console.
"YOU HOPE THAT THERE'S A WAY TO BRING BACK EVERYTHING THAT'S DESTROYED!" Zero shouted as he pointed at Harbinger and before anyone could say anything, Zero ran towards the balcony then flew up into the sky.
"I've got this." Kara told them then she flew after Zero while everyone got back to preparing for their stand they were going to take.
In the clouds:
Ultraman Zero was floating above the city and looking down at it: he was still angry that he had lost everyone on Planet Ultra and that he was the only one that survived.
"Zero!" Kara flew up and hovered next to him. "Are you okay?" Kara asked and Zero shrugged his shoulders then he looked at his childhood friend.
"I know how you felt when you lost Krypton," Zero mumbled then Kara placed a hand on his shoulder. "How have things been for you here?" Zero asked and he noticed that he hit a sore spot for Kara. "Did something happen?" Zero was now concerned about Kara more.
"Someone that I thought was my friend turned after finding out my identity," Kara started explaining as they flew around the city. "Now, she's trying to make something to stop people from hating, betraying or harming others." Kara explained and Zero nodded.
"How about I talk to them?" Zero offered which surprised Kara. "I want to help however I can since I'm here." Zero told Kara then she hugged the Ultra.
"You don't have to. Besides, it's my problem, not yours." Kara told him but Zero wasn't taking no for an answer. "Fine. She's in that building." Kara then pointed towards L-Corp and sat by a desk was a tall woman with long black hair, wearing black trousers, a blue shirt with black heels. The pair were about to go closer to L-Corp when Kara's comms started beeping, she answered it to hear Alex's voice.
"Kara, the heroes are about to head out and fight." Alex told her sister then she looked at Zero and nodded. "You and Zero need to get here fast!" Alex told them then the pair flew as fast as they could back to the DEO.
City Streets:
Zero and Supergirl landed and joined with Green Arrow, Mia, Batwoman, Flash and Superman. The heroes then split up to take care of multiple tasks: Flash, Supergirl and Superman flew towards the coast to deal with the situation while the others ran inside an abandoned building to prepare for trouble.
"Look out!" Zero shouted as he jumped and pushed Mia down to the floor just as a Shadow Demon flew over them. "Emerium Slash!" Zero shouted then fired a green laser from his green forehead crystal, blowing up the Shadow Demon.
"Mia!" Oliver shouted then he ran over and helped his daughter up as Zero stood up. "Thank you." Oliver thanked and Zero nodded. Before they could get behind cover, several more Shadow Demons flew towards them and the heroes stood ready.
"I think it's time for me to take this up a notch!" Zero shouted as he held up his left arm to reveal his Ultimate Bracelet, the blue jewel on it then shrone blue and Zero changed into an all blue form with silver markings and blue horn. "Luna Miracle Zero." Zero announced then he placed his hands on his Zero Sluggers. "Miracle Zero Slugger." Zero then pointed at the Shadow Demons then his Sluggers flew and copied into 20 copies, they started slashing the Demons while the heroes started fighting the rest.
"Is there anything else you do to help us?" Mia shouted and Zero nodded as his Sluggers reattached to his head. The jewel on his Ultimate Bracelet started glowing red then Zero's form changed: he was now red and silver with gold markings.
"Strong Corona Zero!" Zero shouted then he ran towards the huge amount of Shadow Demons and started punching them; each punch set the Demons on fire then blew them up. "Ultra Hurricane!" Zero shouted then punched the ground: it trapped all the Shadow Demons in a hurricane then Zero pulled his right hand back. "Garnate Buster!" Zero shouted then pointed his fist at the hurricane, shooting a huge flaming beam at the Shadow Demons then blew up and taking them all down in one attack.
"WOW! That was amazing!" Ray exclaimed then they watched Zero change back into his base form then collapsed onto the floor.
"Zero, are you okay?" Oliver asked as he ran over and knelt down beside the hero. Zero gave him a thumbs up and chuckled then looked down at his Ultimate Bracelet.
"I'll be fine." Zero told Oliver then suddenly, the sky changed to red which shocked everyone. "The Quantum Tower is down." Zero groaned as he got up and noticed something. "Looks like there's Solar Panels on it, maybe I can power it back up." Zero told them as just as he was about to take off, Oliver placed his hand on Zero's shoulder.
"Be careful." Oliver told him and Zero nodded then he blasted off towards the tower. Zero was now floating above one of the panels then he positioned his arms in a L position and aimed perfectly.
"Wide Zero Shot!" Zero shouted then fired a yellow beam from his right forearm, it was powering up the tower and the sky was changing back to blue. The heroes on the ground were watching Zero then they were joined by Barry, Kara and Clark.
"Where's Zero?" Kara asked then she looked up to see Zero powering up the tower. She was amazed then after several minutes, Zero stopped shooting his beam then started falling towards the ground. "I've got him!" Kara shouted then she blasted off and caught Zero, she landed in front of the others and helped the Ultraman stand on his feet.
"Zero's beam did get the tower back online but it only slowed the wave." Ray told them then they heard creatures roaring: over a five billion Shadow Demons appeared.
"Looks like I don't have time to re-energised." Zero groaned as he cracked his knuckles. "Let's take these things down!" Zero shouted then they all ran towards the incoming Shadow Demons and started fighting them. There were lightning, lasers, arrows and batarangs flying everywhere and hitting the Demons.
"Are all the ships through the portal yet?" Batwoman shouted as she jumped and stabbed a Shadow Demon. Zero looked up and used his Ultra Vision to look further away.
"Only a few left!" Zero shouted as he threw his Zero Sluggers and kicked a Shadow Demon with a flaming attack. "Emerium Slash!" Zero then fired a green laser from his forehead and destroyed several Shadow Demons but more showed up.
"The battle is lost! We must retreat and save our resources for future battles!" The Monitor told them then he teleported the heroes away one by one until it was only Oliver and Zero.
"I'm not going anywhere!" Zero told the Monitor as one of his Zero Sluggers flew and slashed the Monitor's armor. "Time to blow these things away!" Zero shouted as he positioned his arms into a L shape. "Wide Zero Shot!" Zero then blasted away several Shadow Demons but he and Ollie were sent flying backwards into pillars. The Monitor used that moment to teleport Zero away while Ollie kept fighting.
Earth-1, Star City:
A portal opened and it dropped Zero on to the ground, Kara ran over to him and helped him off the floor. Kara looked at Zero's chest to see that his Color Timer was flashing red, she was worried then Barry helped him up and into a chair.
"That Monitor guy teleported me here after a Shadow Demon sent me flying," Zero groaned as he placed his right hand on his chest. "Now I'm here and feeling low on energy." Zero was feeling in pain then Barry decided to try something: he placed his hand on Zero's chest then transferred some of his speed to try and recharge the Ultraman. "I don't know what you're doing but you're powering me back up." Zero chuckled as his Color Timer changed back to blue just as Oliver appeared on a gurney. Barry and Kara ran over to him as Mia was already standing next to her father.
"Is he dead?" Mia asked then Zero walked over and placed his left hand over Oliver's chest; he was using his Ultimate Bracelet to see if Oliver was alive or dead. After a few minutes, he looked up at Mia and shook his head which made Mia start crying. Zero walked around the gurney then held Mia to comfort her as he knew what losing a father meant while Barry and Kara looked down and were broken: they had just lost their friend whilst trying to save Earth-38.
"This is not what the future foretold." The Monitor spoke as Nash Wells appeared. "Because of Oliver's sacrifice, three billion souls made it to Earth-1." The Monitor told them then Barry looked at Nash as he was confused.
"Nash Wells is gone, I am Pariah." He introduced himself which confused everyone. "I'm serving my penance for what I have done." Pariah told them and Zero knew what he meant.
"You're telling us this Crisis happened because you releashed the Anti-Monitor?" Zero asked as he turned his head to see Pariah nodding. "You've really got me fired up now!" Zero shouted as he let go of Mia and was now on fire until the flames faded away to reveal his strong form. "Strong Corona Zero!" Zero shouted as he jumped and tackled Pariah onto the floor then everyone watched Zero start beating up Pariah.
"Zero, calm down!" Kara shouted but Zero was so angry that he picked up Pariah and tossed him into the ceiling. "Save your anger for the one that took away your father, my mother and our homes." Kara told Zero as she placed her hand on Zero's hand as Pariah fell down and hit the ground hard.
"He's partly responsible for this!" Zero shouted as his left hand became engulfed in flames, he wanted to hit Pariah so hard then he remembered why he had his powers. "But you're right. The Anti-Monitor started all of this and we're going to stop him." Zero told them then changed back to his default form.
"And I know what can stop the Mobius." The Monitor spoke which got everyone's attention, they wanted to know what could stop the Anti-Monitor and save all universes.
