This is not a direct sequel to Cinderella, as it takes place about 4-5 years after the ending. I'm still not sure if I will do a full sequel at one point or will I just be making shorts. All you need to know for this is that Val forced Pamela to be with him again after the events of the finale.

- Mommy? Daddy? - A shaking voice wakes up two demons from their deep sleep, as one of them clicks the button on the bedside lamp.

- Yes, sweetie? - Val asked, looking at his daughter.

She was in her white pajama with a heart pattern, and her pink hair was styled in two thin braids with bows at each one.

- I… I had a bad dream… - She admitted.

She was having bad dreams a lot recently, but her parents bedroom wasn't the most peaceful place, so she was not saying a thing. But today, she figured that since mom and dad didn't yell at each other during dinner they may have time for her…

She couldn't understand why mommy was so mean to daddy all the time. They thought she didn't notice since they were getting silent every time they spotted her, but she was wondering about what many of those words she was saying to him meant. But they couldn't be nice since when she tried to use them she got grounded. And mommy was getting grounded a lot too for using them… No one wanted to tell her anything but she saw how dad locked mom in the room before.

- Oh, Crim… - Her dad smiled with concern. - Want to sleep with us?

- Mom? - She looked at the demoness, waiting for her approval. Crimson really wished she said yes.

Her mother only cleared her throat.

- Um… of course Crim, come to us. - She opened her arms and placed her daughter on her lap.

She was happy, feeling the warmth of both of them together. Dad often says this is how it was meant to be. She took his huge hand in an attempt to bring them closer.

- So, since she had a nightmare, maybe you could tell her a nice story, Pam? - He suggested.

Pamela only glared at him. She was kind of thankful he didn't make her sleep naked that day. At least they were not just pretending to be a family for their daughter. He was not forcing himself on her every day. But as he told her, she agreed to this life to be with Crimson, she was not in position to complain now.

- You always liked Cinderella, right Pammy? - He suggested.

He placed one of his hands on Pamela's knee. The other one still had a tiny hand in his palm.

She sighs and puts her ears down.

- Alright than. Cinderella it is. - She patted Crimson's head. - Lay down next to dad, darling.

She knew both versions of the tale right from the memory, but knew exactly what version her daughter needed to learn.

- Long, long time ago, there was an imp girl. - She started. - She was poor, and felt bullied. She lived with her step mother and step sisters.

It started simple enough, just like any version of Cinderella. Crim was now cuddling to Val who was still massaging Pam's knee. No doubt, if it wasn't for Crimson he would put his hand higher.

- One day, she heard that the prince was making a huge ball to find himself a bride. She asked her family if she could go with them, but they refused her. She didn't know they did it for her own good…

Crim yawned.

- What? - Valentino raised his head from the pillow. - This is not how…

- I'm the one telling the story, Val. - She replied. - Anyway… Cinderella cried because her stepmom and sisters asked her to do some chores like separating ash from peas… But really, Cinderella was just stupid and lazy, thinking her life was too hard. She was opportunistic, dreaming about the prince.

Seeing that the moth was about to stop her again she growled at him.

Her daughter looked back and forth at both of their parents.

- Dad, let mom finish. - she said. She really didn't want them to start a fight because of her.

- Thank you, Crim…- Pamela said. - Where was I? Ah, yes. A few hours before a big royal ball, Cinderella was visited by a fairy godmother who put a spell on her, she turned her into a princess and so, she could go dance with her prince.

Valentino smiled again, that was more like it, despite a few weird additions, Pamela was getting back on track…

- But as they were dancing, the midnight was approaching and the spell was wearing off, so imp girl ran from the prince. Later, when she escaped him, he organized a chase after her only having a magic slipper that would only fit on her feet.

- When he found her eventually her sisters tried to pretend that she wasn't the one, they sacrificed herself for her. One of them cut her fingers to fit the shoe so he took her instead, but soon enough he discovered they were hiding her. Naive Cinderella thought they hated her. After all, when they arrived at his place again, the prince was showing her love and affection she had never felt before. - making sure Crimson was getting more sleepy, she continued. This part however was meant for Val specifically - All the gifts and sweet words blinded Cinderella, until one day when she finally married her prince he turned into a monster. Turns out it wasn't a fairy godmother at all, but an evil witch who was searching for girls for his son to feed on. And the monster prince did just that, he ate the girl right there when she thought she was with someone she trusted.

Valentino stared at her in silence for a good minute, and trying not to raise his voice so he woudn't wake up Crimson he scolded her.

- What the fuck was that? - he whispered harshly.

Pamela shrugged.

- It's just an imps version of Cinderella, ask who you want, they tell you the same thing. Most fairy tales are like that. - She explained with a rather mean grin. - Imps are quite easy to kill so they were meant to prepare the kids for the worst. And that was still a happy ending, she was killed right away, he didn't torture her.

- If that's what you were telling her, no wonder she had nightmares.

She felt a pinch of guilt. Was she being a bad mother now? Valentino would often tell her how she should behave to fit the role he assigned to her, not always, but he was strict about her duties as a wife and mother. After all, she was not his whore, but a life partner.

- I… I'm sorry… - Pam admitted her mistake. - I won't anymore.

- Now, now, Pam. - He kissed her.

There was a time when she would fight him, but not anymore. Kissing was the least of her problems, at least she wasn't in risk of getting pregnant again from a simple peck. They already had two, and Valentino didn't like to use condoms with her, since he believed that making her more kids will assure she never leaves. He wasn't wrong, she won't leave any of her kids alone with this man.

- She looks adorable. - She noted, as the small demon was sleeping.

- Apple didn't fall far from the tree, Pamela. - He moved the sleeping girl slightly inviting Pamela into his arms as well.

She did just that, slowly closing her eyelids. Valentino sang them both a lullaby to make sure his queen and little princess got a pleasant slumber. He had softened his voice, making it very easy to forget he was her monster prince...
