It happened on a Wednesday. Mikoto had his arms next to Chiyo's head on the wall, surprising her.
"You captured my heart, Chiyo." The boy said.
"Huh? What's gotten into you?" The girl questioned.
The boy kissed her, making her blush. She finally pushed him away after a few minutes.
Nozaki had watched the scene unfold, making notes for his manga.
One of the side characters had kissed Mamiko while Suzuki watched, devastated.
"How could you, Mamiko? I thought we were together!" He ran away from them.
"Suzuki-kun!"
Back to reality, Nozaki confronted Mikoto about kissing his girlfriend.
"She didn't say no, but if you want, I'll back off. See you around, Chiyo." He said, walking away. The girl just stuck her tongue out at him.
"Are you alright, Chiyo?" Nozaki asked.
She had put a hand to her lips, thinking of how to reassure her boyfriend.
"I'll be fine, but you seem shook up. That was uncalled for." She crossed her arms.
"Thanks for the concern, Chiyo. I'll do my best to be a better boyfriend." He promised her while bowing.
On Friday, Mikoto dragged Chiyo to the roof and proposed a deal.
"Nozaki'll never know what happened. It's our little secret."
"He already knows, he told me he saw you kiss me on Wednesday."
"Details, details. Let's make out now." He puckered his lips to kiss her but she yelled for Nozaki.
"What are you doing?"
He came running to the roof to see him grabbing his girlfriend's arms and again trying to kiss her. She kept him at bay by digging her feet into his stomach.
"Nozaki, please help me!" Chiyo yelled.
Nozaki had grabbed the other boy and tossed him aside. Mikoto groaned in pain.
"It serves you right!"Chiyo said. "I'm sorry that I can't defend myself." She sobbed, making Nozaki grab a tissue from his pocket and handing it to her. It had his characters on it.
"Thank you, Nozaki. I love you."
He kissed her.
"Love you too, Chiyo."
Many days passed and Mikoto learned not to mess with Nozaki or Chiyo anymore.
The End
