It was just a normal day. Newt was still sleeping. Tina has just woken.

It was almost a year after their marriage. There was nothing abnormal in their life till now. Their life was very comfortable and they still haven't thought about adding someone else in their life.

Tina got up from bed and brushed. She had forgotten to buy milk. I think I can buy it before Newt wakes up. She thought and put on her coat and freshened up a bit. She opened the door and then gasped; she had almost stepped over a little baby. But who on earth had left such a little cute boy on their doorsteps?

"Newt! Come here!" She shouted out.

Newt almost fell out of bed as he hurried over to Tina, wand at the ready. But finding her totally alright and no one else there, he looked at her with confusion.

"Newt, someone left this little baby at our doorsteps. This is so silly, I almost- never mind."

Newt noticed what he has missed: there was a baby fast asleep inside a basket barely larger than the baby. Newt looked at him with confusion and spotted a letter.

"Look what's here."

He crouched beside the basket and took out the letter. He started reading it.

"Dear Mr. and Mrs. Scamander, I leave this little baby in your care. I know it's so silly but I only trust you two with this little one. Kindly take care of him until time comes. What's that supposed to mean? Why did someone left this baby with us?"

"Who has written it, Newt?"

"It's not mentioned."

What should they do now?

"We can't just leave him there, we must take him in." Tina said. She lifted the basket and carefully put the baby on the bed in their bedroom. Newt sat down beside him.h

"Uh, Tina can you make me milk?"

"Oh sorry Newt, I forgot. You brush, I'll get it ready in ten minutes." She dashed out of the door, taking her purse. Newt sighed a little, then got to his feet to brush. The baby had not yet woken up. What were they going to do next?
