The Prologue.
The town; Palusin, was just like any other town, of course. Everyone is relaxing, some merchants chattering or going in town or out of town. Citizens walking around, guilds were also in the town. Generally, there were taverns where pokemon walked in and out of the taverns; doors were opening as other pokemon could hear music coming from there.
Some of the guilds were usually adventurers going in and out. Some of them are equipped and some aren't, other pokemon were thinking of joining a guild. Every pokemon was doing their own thing in town. As they suddenly felt the ground shaking.
There were cracks on the floor as the floor was cracking, seeing a bit of buildings go down as some pokemon were running out of those buildings; This was an earthquake, but this wasn't like any other earthquake from a pokemon. This was an actual earthquake; as it was shaking furiously.
The tip of something began rising, pushing the floor apart as a tower-like building then pierced out of the ground; shooting up furiously. Causing a dust devil to cover the town of Palusin; moving like it had a mind of its own. The dust and sand covered the entire town head to toe, as the tower proceeded upwards like hell sprouting from the ground.
At a minimum of two hours, the tower came to a stop. Small rock fell from the sides of the tower as the dust devil slowly came to a stop. The dirt from the tower came off, revealing a tower that shot into the clouds. This now tower had an entrance, but no sign of an exit; the entrance standing tall against the walls of the tower. Pillars on every corner, reaching upwards and windows only occasionally.
The doors looked to be at least 20 feet tall, opened, revealing several soft incoherent mumbles from the doors as they stopped abruptly. Everyone around the world could hear a voice in their head.
"Hear me mortals, I am Arceus. You all must've heard me at least when you were born." As everyone was looking around. "I have created a tower in the town of Palusin, this tower was made for anyone that would want a challenge."
Some pokemon in the town of Palusin were looking at the large tower, some children were crying and some were panicking about who was left in the buildings. Guards were rushing in and out of buildings, taking sobbing and dirtied pokemon out. Some guards work together to lift rubble and help out trapped pokemon. Mother pokemon holding their saved children tightly with tear-filled eyes, all thinking of what Arceus spoke of.
"The name of this tower will be decided on whatever you all choose." The voice continued, "Be warned, once you have entered, it will be extremely hard to get back out." A bit of silence and murmuring all over the world happened. They all could hear a bit of a cough, "W-Well, Whoever reaches to the top will be granted a blessing of legendaries. I wish the best of luck to you all."
Some curious pokemon approached the tower, looking at it as others kept far away trying to run, or escape the rubble created from the buildings. A tower with no knowledge of an end. Were the doors really the beginning? Or is there ever a true beginning? Only the tower itself knows.
Pokemon in town already, ecstatic to get to this new tower and take on this challenge. Some were already there and rushing into the doors eagerly; disappearing into the darkness of the tower.
Some before were fully equipped, trying to prepare first unlike the ones who were rushed in. Some went in groups and they said goodbye to their loved ones, some didn't even care.
Pokemon from all over the world were buying and looking at world maps to find Palusin, like the ones in town, they prepared. It took awhile for some to arrive, a couple of days or even a couple of weeks.
Other pokemon continued on with their life, as if the dungeon never really existed. Some pokemon came back alive thankfully. However some didn't come back. There were multiple funerals for those who haven't come back. There were a few rescue parties every once and awhile to look but atleast one of them went missing.
Some pokemon tried going in bigger groups, but only lost more than usual. Some pokemon left the town Palusin, since it was a small town and some enjoyed peace and quiet.
Time went on; Palusin growing bigger and bigger, but not becoming a kingdom. Some pokemon with royal blood tried to make a kingdom in Palusin, but didn't work out so well. Couple of years have passed as no one has reached the top yet.
Some pokemon became impatient and some got tired of doing the tower constantly, it wasn't easy giving up. But some knew they had to. Palusin was still growing however, it became a beautiful town, as some lived inside the tower itself.
Thankfully, the positive side to the tower had some Pokemon inside that were actually trapped inside the tower, and put towns in the tower as well, almost every ten floors was a resting place. Sometimes pokemon come to visit the tower to see family members that live inside the tower.
Sometimes the tower gives out resources, such as food, or materials. There's even floors that could bring civilization to higher limits. Although it does get harder and harder to obtain. Later on, pokemon started to get more and more jobs, having it a bit easier to obtain money.
Pokemon started to find their own paths to choose, to find their own destinies. The word destiny has been going a lot around, ever since the tower appeared. It started to give hope to others who had nowhere to turn. Sometimes they even use the tower as a last resort, but that is all that is known for the tower of Destiny.
Yeah, yeah I know what I said everyone, I promised to make a few chapters but I couldn't because I got a writer's block and I got extremely lazy. But do not fear! This story is something that I'm collabing with someone, my girlfriend Kineioshi. (Not her real name)
I mean, yeah that's mostly the reason why I don't make many chapters much. But I will try to get chapters every 2-3 weeks. Don't worry about "Do you get it?" or "Enigma Growth High." They're on hiatus right now. That's all I'm going to say, so yeah. See ya later everyone.
