Let's talk about CW's Barry Allen a.k.a The Flash Throughout the entire seasons he has said that he's the fastest man alive But each seasons a speedster has proved him wrong for Example-
Season 1 - Reverse Flash - now the only reason that the Reverse Flash was able to be faster than Barry was because of a Tachyon device but the point still stands that he was still faster than Barry.
Season 2 - Zoom- When Zoom and Barry finale meet what happens Barry gets his butt handed to him by Zoom BUT the only reason that Zoom was able to be Faster than Barry was because that Zoom took a drug to make himself faster this also goes Trajectory who took the same drug.
And Finally on Season 3 - we don't know how the Rival got his powers so not much on, Now with Savitar the only reason he was faster than Barry was because of the suit was then later revealed that it was Barry from the future Or a time remnant of Barry, anyway that's all i have to say on why Barry Isn't the fastest man alive.
