Theophania Alyce Byrne (Thea for short) was your average Gothamite. Meaning she always carried a switchblade, had two family members in/retired from GCPD, and had a "Bat Bucket" of treats on her fire escape. She was an average Gothamite until Jason Todd broke into her apartment because he was hungry. Because of that sandwich B&E, Thea becomes a central figure to Jay and the BatFam.
