On planet Vegeta there is a saiyan known as Bardock he was once a low class warrior but he quickly earned the respect of king Vegeta and became his most trusted soldier Bardock would eventually meet a woman named Gine and together they had two sons Raditz and Kakarot young Kakarot's hair would flicker from black to red at random times no one knew what this was but it got the attention of Frieza
One day Bardock was on his way to meet his team when he got there he saw them all dead killed by another team under the orders of Frieza Bardock arrives just in time to watch his best friend die
Bardock is filled with rage he begins to power up the ground starts to shake Bardock's hair begins to flicker from black to golden with a roar and a flash of light Bardock's hair stands up and turns golden he has become a super saiyan Bardock changes the enemy soldiers killing them instantly
Bardock makes his way to king Vegeta and informs him on the situation frieza wants all the saiyans dead Bardock sends he's sons Raditz and Kakarot to a planet called earth with another saiyan named Broly
King Vegeta orders Bardock to escape with prince Vegeta and some other saiyans sadly the only saiyans to escape the destruction of their planet except for the saiyans going to Earth are Bardock his wife Gine and prince Vegeta they land on a planet called Namek
Planet Earth
Raditz Broly and Kakarot land on Earth Broly and Raditz are knocked unconscious for about a week in this time the saiyans were found by an old martial arts master by the name of Gohan he takes care of the saiyans and even names Kakarot Goku Broly and Raditz like this name
Years later
Roughly ten years have passed in this time Goku Raditz and Broly have grown closer as brothers even though Broly wasn't actually related to Goku and Raditz he was treated as if he was the brothers train every day but no matter how hard Goku and Raditz train they were never able to catch up with Broly but Raditz was always close
Goku is the youngest at twelve with Raditz being the middle brother at seventeen with Broly being the oldest at twenty
One day the brothers met a woman named Bulma she explained that she was looking for the dragonballs the brothers decide to help Bulma the only thing they ever did was train and keep Gohan's farm alive after he passed away
The group travels the world looking for the dragonballs making some new friends Yamaha Puar Oolong and Master Roshi they eventually come across a flaming mountain and the ox king he asks for Master Roshi and for someone to find his daughter Chi-Chi Broly and Raditz go to grab Roshi while Goku goes to find Chi-Chi when he does she makes him promise to marry her Goku agrees
The brothers return at roughly the same time Roshi fires his kamehameha wave at the flaming mountain and completely destroys it the brothers try to perform this technique and succeed this shocks Roshi he offers to train them the brothers agree Goku even convinces Chi-Chi to join them
The group finds the last dragonball in the rubble once they summon the dragon they decide to use the wish to restor the ox king's castle and everything in it Bulma originally wanted the perfect boyfriend but she had Raditz

The brothers and Chi-Chi go with Master Roshi to train one day a boy named Krillin shows up Goku and Krillin quickly become best friends
Training continues for about four months when Roshi brings up the world martial arts tournament everyone is excited to enter Chi-Chi is a little nervous but Goku is able to convince her that this would be fun

It's the day of the tournament master Roshi gives his students the turtle school uniform and wishes them luck specifically krillin Chi-Chi Goku and Raditz if they were to fight Broly and win they would need a miracle
The fights begin with Goku against Chi-Chi they are somewhat equal in power but Goku wins
Next it's Raditz against krillin Raditz wins with one hit
Up next it's Goku against Raditz Goku is able to keep up with Raditz until Raditz goes past eighty percent power Goku doesn't stand a chance now Raditz quickly knocks Goku out of the ring
The final fight is Raditz and Broly the fight is incredibly one sided Raditz didn't even stand a chance as expected with three quick hits Raditz is sent out of the ring Broly has won the tournament
Broly collects the prize money Roshi tells his students to travel the world learn more about life
The group begins to travel the world and they eventually run into the red ribbon army they take down many bases they eventually make their way to Korin tower to seek out more training
Mercenary Tao
The group arrives at korin tower when they are ambushed by mercenary Tao Krillin is killed almost immediately
Goku drops to his knees he just watched his best friend die the planet begins to shake lightning strikes the ground around Goku his hair begins to flicker from black to golden finally with a roar his hair stands up and turns golden he has become a super saiyan but Goku was knocked unconscious due to exhaustion
Goku's powering up caused a distraction but once he was knocked unconscious Broly has a similar transformation his muscles grow in size and his eyes turn yellow he thought Goku had died Broly wasn't thinking straight he was blinded by rage Broly charges Tao and begins to beat him into the ground holding back just enough to make Tao suffer
eventually Tao is killed but Broly is still beating down on his corpse eventually Broly calms down and finds out that Goku is indeed still alive the brothers and Chi-Chi climb up korin tower in search for help they meet master korin they train under him for a little while
eventually they begin to look for the dragonballs taking out the rest of the red ribbon army in the process they are able to gather six of the seven but the last one isn't showing up on the dragon radar master Roshi brings up his sister fortune teller Baba if anyone can find the last dragonball it's her the only thing is that they would have to fight in a tournament against five fighters of her choosing

The tournament starts off with Goku up first he was the weakest of the brothers but surprisingly he is able to knock four of the fighters easily the last fighter is a man wearing a mask
Goku charges the man but the man is able to predict Goku's movements perfectly eventually he grabs Goku's tail paralyzing him
Goku's rage is beginning to take control he refused to fail he had to win this fight and find the last dragonball to revive Krillin
Goku roars his hair stands up and turns golden he has once again become a super saiyan but this time he is actually able to hold the transformation with out passing out
After seeing Goku's transformation the masked man forfeits and reveals himself as Gohan the brothers rush over and hug him
Broly says "I thought you died how are you here" Gohan responds "I did die Baba brought me back from other world for twenty-four hours but what was that transformation" Raditz replies "That is a legend known as the super saiyan from what I remember my father also had this transformation I was only seven years old last time I saw him so my memories might not be correct"
The brothers go and grab the final dragonball and revive krillin every one is very happy to see him again Krillin explains that he felt weak and wanted to get stronger he wanted to become a saiyan just like the brothers Goku thinks this is a good idea even Chi-Chi is interested in this idea they now have a plan the next time the dragonballs are active they will wish for Krillin and Chi-Chi saiyans Roshi thinks this is a terrible idea but he won't stop his students if this is way it takes to motivate his students to train it's probably the best option and it could prove to be beneficial for the planet and it's safety
Training continues eventually the dragonballs are activated again and the group wishes for Krillin and Chi-Chi to become saiyans this was perfect because there was another world martial arts tournament tournament coming up

The fights begin with Krillin against Chi-Chi Krillin wins
Up next it's Raditz and Krillin Raditz wins
Next it's Goku and Raditz surprisingly Goku wins the fight
The final fight is Goku against Broly this fight is intense Broly pushes Goku into super saiyan Goku pushes Broly back Broly begins to power up his muscles grow in size and his eyes turn yellow
Broly asks "What should we call this transformation any ideas Goku" Goku answers "What about the wrathful transformation " Broly responds "That's an awesome name"
The brothers continue their fight Broly wins the fight and collects his prize money
The group is having a feast to celebrate when there are attacked by a monster but Broly quickly defeats the monster the monster runs away and the brothers follow him when they see demon king Piccolo he attempts to kill the brothers but they fire a massive kamehameha right at King Piccolo but before the massive energy blast connects king Piccolo spits out an egg containing his life essence eventually the guardian of Earth Kami offers to train the brothers they agree as long as Chi-Chi and Krillin can join as well Kami allows this

The group begins to train with Kami over the next year and a half Raditz and Broly are able to access super saiyan the first time Broly transformed his rage was uncontrollable and his hair wasn't fully golden it had a slight tint of green he was the true legendary super saiyan eventually he learned to control this power but it was difficult Kami can sense some strange energy coming from Goku so he has Goku go and train with king Kai in the other world

Goku begins his training with king Kai he is able to fully master super saiyan he also learns some new techniques like fusion kaioken the spirit bomb and instant transmission one day Goku is told to calm his mind when he does his hair eyes and tail turn red this was the power he was born with king Kai does some research and is able to figure out that this transformation is called the super saiyan god he got this transformation just in time he wanted to show his brothers his power and the next tournament is in about four months so he has a while to train but he decides to go back to Earth to spend time with his brothers

Four months have passed since Goku had reunited with his brothers in this time Goku and Chi-Chi got married Goku had kept his promise
It's the day of the world martial arts tournament every one is gathered for the event they are all excited but this tournament was not for fun the brothers needed to defeat the reincarnation of demon king Piccolo luckily he is participating in the tournament
The fights begin with Goku against Chi-Chi their fight is fairly even but Goku is slowly starting to over power her so she forfeits but doesn't explain why
The next fight is Goku against Raditz Goku shows off his fully mastered super saiyan and wins the fight
Next it's Broly against Krillin Broly easily wins
Next it's Goku against Piccolo Goku is too powerful for Piccolo and defeats him when Piccolo tries to leave Kami uses a technique called the evil containment wave to seal Piccolo away
The final fight is Goku and Broly the seem to be equal in power but Goku powers up into super saiyan god and easily defeats Broly
One year later
One year has passed since the tournament Goku and Chi-Chi have settled down and eventually Chi-Chi has given birth to two boys who are named Gohan and Goten
Raditz and Bulma have also gotten married and had a son named Trunks
The only brother without a family is Broly but he doesn't mind his life is perfect he has two little brothers and three nephews right now he's got all the family he needs
