(prologue)

—the moon was blinding as it coats the twinkling city with its moonlight, luminating the city lights along with it. The sky was clear and cloudless and the town streets were quiet and empty. Too quiet.

A silhouette sat on top of a tall building with unlit windows rowind down to the base. It was silent with strong breezes pushing through the dark figure, though said figure didn't move a budge with much impact from the strong winds.

He looks up the moon, his blue sharp gaze glowing underneath its light,as if the moon was talking to him. Grasping the hem of his scarf and began to breathe out icicle breathes through his mouth after pulling the scarf down.

"It's cold,"

He says under his breath. Slowly dragging down his eyelids, he takes in the silence of the tranquil night. He sighed out another icy breath, sensing another figure that lurked behind his tall shadow.

Turning around, his gaze darkened into a murderous glare.

"Who are you?"

He asked the other, where as the other didn't answer. The moonlight was light enough to reveal the other's appearance, with bright pink hair and green antenna-like devices engulfed in his scalp and greed shade toy glasses.

"Who are you?"

The pink haired high-school boy asked back with a bored threatening tone. The silhouette didn't give an answer, he had no reason to. He was highly suspicious of the boy before him.

He whipped his gaze back at the peaceful city below him, leaving the boy standing there with a neutral face.

"Whoever you are, I'm surprised you knew I was here, "

The silhouette said and sat down on the flat surface of the building he stood on. With his feet dangling over the height of the building and his back slouched, the high school boy's aura behind him begins to soften with his remark.

"Are you perhaps from another world? Or are you perhaps Korean?"

The high-school boy inticed the courage to step beside the other who only Nods in response. Both individuals had suspicions against each other, but neither of them had raised a fist against each other still.

The older figure Sighs in response and talked without looking at the high school boy,

"I suppose I am. Is this Japan?"

The high school boy appeared surprised by the older's simple response, but brushed if off and responded to his question with the usual bore in his voice.

"Yes."

The Korean male Sighs and asked once again.

"Who are you?"

The high school boy doesn't have any intention to tell the older Korean about his existence, but since he was from another world, he gave him a chance.

"I'm Saiki Kusuo, I'm a psychic."

Saiki Kusuo, the high school boy then writhed away and his existence beside the older male dispersed. The Korean looked surprised, but only sighed at the action done. Looking up once again, the shadow cast behind him began to form into a big ant like dark creature that kept his head low towards the man.

"Looks like there are people with powers in this world,"

He mutters, standing up, he glared down the dark ant like creature who looked as if it would move on every command the man would say with his lips. The Korean spoke up.

"Let's go and learn more about this new world the system has put us in."
