As the class starts Mr. Aizawa enters the classroom with a new student . Everyone started gossiping about him , he was dark skinned with a tall,slim and athletic build , he was soft eyed and adorned a serious look on his face. Aizawa introduces him as a transfer student from India who will be joining them .
The guy looked at them intensely sending chills down their spine and introduces himself in English "I am Som from hero course . My quirk is warp manipulation and my hero name is Spatial Boy . I am looking forward to become a hero with you all". Bakugo says that he would like see his power in action which makes the guy more nervous , Kirishima , Sero and Kaminari ask him to keep it down. Uraraka ,Asui and Ashido comment that the pressure he puts is similar to Amajiki . Mineta thinks that he sounded cocky and momo jiro agree however shoto comments that he doesn't think so . Midoriya says that his quirk sounds amazing and lida agrees and comments that it might be really cool to see it in real .Tokoyami ,Koda,Ojiro, Shoji and Sato discuss if the guy has trouble speaking in japanese since he is speaking in english . Mr. Aizawa asks them to settle down and looks at Som which encites him to reintroduce himself in japanese , Aizawa stops him and asks him to take a seat, he also asks the other students to help him . The newbie is made to sit in front of Tokoyami and behind Ojiro.
Later they were informed that they will be having a joint training with Class B. His classmates try to talk to him but because of the unfamiliar environment Som was too formal , however he got along well with Shoji,Ojiro and Tokoyami . When the class goes for the training session Monoma trash talks them agitating Bakugo who screams that he will kill him . Monoma taunts Som, who replies " learn your place you lowly creature " in japanese , shocking everyone . Kaminari,Sero and Kirishima start laughing indicating they taught him those lines , Som got nervous thinking he said something wrong . He is calmed by the three and lida explain the meaning of what he just told. After hearing lida's words Som asks for forgiveness , everyone asks him to not worry since his japanese was awesome and ask him to say it again, embarrassing him .
The training starts, everyone was exited the new guys quirk .
