Chapter 1
This is my first time writing a fanfiction, so I hope it isn't too bad and I'll try to update this as much as I can.
Ace was a kid who was raised on a pirate ship and lived there his whole life except the times the ship docked at islands, he was always on an adventure around the seas since he is living in a pirate ship where there would be fights, exploration, and many other exciting things and he loved it. Ace has always been a child who loved adventures and freedom, so he never complained about it. He travels with his mother, father, and his father's pirate crew which is also the pirate king's crew. His father was Gol D Roger also known as The Pirate King and he was Gol D Ace, The Pirate King's Son. He was taught academics by one of his father's crew members, first aid by one of the nurses there, battle tactics by his mother, haki by Rayleigh, and swordsmanship, gun shooting, and fist-fighting by his father. He also found a Logia-type Devil Fruit which was the Mera Mera no Mi on one of the islands they visited in Paradise and he was taught how to control it by another one of his father's crew members who was also a devil fruit user.
Ace's life was full of excitement, but one thing about his life that was overly excessive was the fact that his father was spoiling him rotten aka he was a dotting father on a whole other level. He claims that Ace was an 'Angel' even though Ace burned down marine bases on purpose for fun or on accident, he was a kid who has never done any wrongs even though he burned down marine ships. Roger wasn't even afraid of ruining his reputation by spoiling his son and being a fool for him in front of marines, pirates, and bounty hunters alike. While his mother, Portgas D Rogue was strict but overly protective of him. When someone tries to hurt him when his guard was down, she attacks them mercilessly and scolds him for being careless. It was a chaotic life, but it was never dull.
