Dumbledore and Grindelwald swore a blood oath to work to rule the world and both created a philosopher stone that they both improved on to create illusions while their real selves work in the shadows hiring Mercenaries and dark wizards and creatures and recruiting Light wizards who were brought up believing his legend and all went well to keep the world how they wanted they potion everyone.
Even Harry was once Potion that was until 2 years when Basilisk Venom entered his bloodstream.

When Fawkes Cried the Venom reach his Heart and thanks to that the Venom merged with his cells and Bones which made him immune to 70% of Poisons and Spells from Fawkes Harry gain the Power of Rebirth and with it, Immortal but that wasn't all with the Basilisk fang embedded the Tears caused his bones to heal of all damages and his muscles were healed then the bone fused with his Organs making him age slower as well as undo all bindings which had the side effect of Summoning the Elder wand that he disarmed Dumbledore as a Baby ( The only reason it still worked for Dumbledore was as a baby he had to claim it ) with that Harry took Ginny out not knowing what change, until he woke up which allowed his Magic to, aid him by casting an illusion while the real him grew and his magic Walls and Defenses in his mind.
Harry Groans awake suddenly his memories return angry he stays semi-awake to allow himself to sense as much as he could sensing A charm that would tell Dumbledore he was awake focusing he summoned his magic which grew a thousand times stunned his mind answered when he summoned the cloak and Wand his Magic grew to levels no one since Merlin himself has ever reached ( There is a surprised on Merlin later ) changing the charm he made it where it was charmed to 8 AM allowing to work on his mind.

The Chief's Inheritance room
The Walls have tons of Runes and wards each of them glows with a bowl and a Ritual knife on the ground. As Harry steps in they get brighter as he gets to the runed center which glows.

Cutting his hand he allows the blood to pour into the open ground which makes the rune turn blue as the light gets brighter making Harry screams as the Rune burns its way into his system.
Eyes Glowing Gold Harry Body Lengthens and the Bones Vanished and Repair and the Muscles vanished and new ones appear then his organs vanished and the Organs from his Parents vanished from their graves as each of them were switch with his then from both halves the heart was taken to make one while he was split between the two.
His eyes turn green as Magic makes it where his blood runs through his heart and System.
Suddenly Meat was put on him and Magic made it where he had the body of someone who both ate and Exercise every day.
The Glamour on him which blocked Evans and Black family resemblances were burned away making Harry look like a child Liam Hemsworth With Green eyes that were greyer. His hair was now long it was straight ( Looks like Chris Hemsworth did in Thor except it was almost Maroon but not quite )
Finally, the Blood spells were destroyed and the Magic holding them were added to his overall magic making the Immunity to Avada Kevadra Curse A Family immunity plus the protection against true Black and Dark magic.
