Synopsis: Rob disguises himself as Penny to get Gumball to trust him so he can finally destroy him.
Gumball always had fun with Penny on their dates. Though they were still together he could screw them up every once in a while. One day Gumball was playing video games with Darwin when the doorbell rang. Gumball went to go answer it only to see Penny standing there. "Oh hey Penny how are you?" Gumball said romantically. "I'm fine" she responded. "I was just wondering if you wanted to come with me on this special date I had planned just for us." "Sure, where are we going?" Gumball asked. "Oh yeah, I just thought we could go somewhere special." Gumball was confused because Penny was always straight with their dates but as much as he loved her he was always willing to trust her.
"Ok Penny for your sake let's go" Gumball said. "Great! I guarantee you that you won't regret it Gumball Watterson." Penny said a bit urgently. "I'll be back soon Darwin don't wait up." "Okay you two have a good time and be safe" Darwin stated. "Don't worry bro we will" Gumball responded.
With that they were off. Gumball was confused however when Penny seemed to be leading him away from their usual hangouts. He thought they may go to the mall or the park or the bowling alley. "Uhh...Penny?" Gumball asked confused. "Where are we going? I thought you were taking me to "Dinner."" "Gumball, it's mid afternoon it's not time for dinner" Penny shot back. Gumball was even more confused because he was the one who misunderstood her about the diner "Dinner" the first time. "What? No the diner called "Dinner"" Gumball shot back. "There is a diner called dinner who calls it that?" Penny said. This was weird because she knew about that dinner first. "Peggy I thought you are the one who knew everything about that diner did you forget about it somehow?" Gimbal asked confused. "You mean... oh oh! Right! How could I forget! Silly me." Penny shouted as if she was trying to get Gumball to trust her. "Penny are you okay you seem a little off today not to judge of course." "Of course I am little one it's...oh look we're here!" She shouted. She had then indicated a strange building located in the construction yard. It was an old wherehouse that seemed abandoned and Gumball was more confused than ever as to why his girlfriend would bring him to a place like this. "Penny what are we doing here?" Gumball asked. "This is where our date is." "At a wherehouse? That doesn't seem like the perfect place to have a date." Penny gasped at this response. "Gumball Watterson, are you saying you don't trust me your GIRLFRIEND?" She shouted. "What? No! No no no no no it's not that!" Gumball shot. "I just think it's uncomfortable." "Well I'm the one who arranged this date so will you please do it for me?" Penny asked with desire. Gumball was trying to get suspicious but he would never distrust his girlfriend so he decided to go along with it. "Ok" he admitted. "Great! Let's go!" Penny said.
They both headed for the warehouse and then when they got inside, Gumball started getting an eerie feeling. Penny immediately shit the door behind them and locked it. "So, now that we're alone Gumball Watterson..." Penny started to say. "Wait Penny, it has been really fun being with you but I need to say something." Gumball interrupted. "What would that be?" She asked. "Well I need to be honest with you I don't like this place you brought me to why would you choose a place like this. Penny started to get a nervous look on her face as if she were keeping a secret. "It's no reason Gumball I... oh it's just because I have a surprise for you." Gumball's suspicions were immediately subsided at this response. "A surprise?! Where?!" "Right by that lever." She responded pointing to three very distinct ones. "Ok so this one?" Gum ball asked as he pulled the left one causing the magnet to activate. "No no Gumball that's the magnet it's a little bit more to the right." Penny stated. Gumball pulled the right one causing the ceiling to open up . "No not that one either you numbskull! The one in the middle!" Gumball was shocked of Penny's sudden angry behaviour but his love emotions got the better of him and he decided to do what she said. He pulled the middle switch and nothing happened for ten seconds. "I don't get it. What did..." Gumball started to say. Suddenly the ground shaking shaking around them and then a large trap door with a huge claw came crawling out. "Penny what is that thing?" Gumball asked. "I...I don't know." She replied. The claw started making a move towards them. "Run!" Gumball shouted. as they ran the claw catched up to them but it only seemed to grab Gumball. Why didn't it grab Penny? Why was it even here? "Ah! Penny! Penny, help me!" Gumball called to her. There was silence. She then turned around with an evil looking grin on her face and laughed wickedly. "HaHAHAHAHA!!!!!...oh Gumball honey why would I help you when you just fell right into my trap!" She shouted. "What?! What are you talking about? Why did you really bring me here? Do you hate me?!" She then looked at him with a disapproval glare. "Wow you really are thick. You haven't figured it out yet. I do hate you, not as your girlfriend but really as your..." She then spun around as colourful lights surrounded her and flashed brightly. The next thing Gumball knew.. the figure standing before him now was ROB! "...nemesis!!!" He finished saying. "Rob?!" Gumball shouted. "Hi there Gumball Watterson." Rob said Ina dark tone. "I...what the...how" gumball sputtered. He was now completely spinning. The Penny he was with was Rob! How did he even change? Why was he doing this to him? What should he do now?
"Rob what the what are your doing here? And what did you do with Penny?!" Rob laughed evilly. "What me do something to her? Nothing at all. I just knew that you would always trust your "girlfriend" so I took her form to get you to let your guard down and I could finally destroy you!" Gumball was really angry now. To have his arch nemesis masquerade as his girlfriend was an ultimate betrayal.
