In the year 2020, a virus has caused all the animals in the world to mutate, transforming them into a newly evolved species called Wonderbeasts. While most of humanity chose to hide underground, some humans chose to stay above ground and were able to make peace with the Wonderbeasts. But then, a Wonderbeast by the name of Scarlemagne turned most of the Wonderbeasts against humans and beginning an entire war over control of the world. While some of those who resist Scarlemagne take up the fight, other humans and Wonderbeasts trying to survive within the world. Some of those individuals including young Axel Frank and his friends who live their lives as scavengers. But, one day, their lives are changed with the encounter of a Burrow girl named Kipo. Now Axel and his friends must help Kipo find her way home and protect her as they travel through the post-apocalyptic world filled with danger. Join Axel as he and his friends journey through Las Vistas and fight through the dangers of the Second Beast War.
Author's Note: Hey, guys! For those who are readers of my other stories, I apologize if this isn't exactly the update you wanted, but I promise I will make updates to the stories you enjoy the most after I am done with this one. Now, for those interested in this story, I will be putting the prologue soon to help give some clarity on this situation these characters are in. I hope you all enjoy this story as I will be writing more of this. And this will be a little different than usual. You'll see what I mean in the prologue.
