All is quiet in New York, birds chirping people walking in the park, all about the normal craziness of this large city. There was the sound of a fight and rubble starts to fall from the roof of the Daily Bugle building, quickly followed by a large piece hurtling towards the cement. The people around all gasped as it was about to land on a bunch of people who were walking on the street below. Suddenly it was snatched up and held in place by what looked to be webbing. Everyone now gazed up as they saw their familiar red and blue dressed hero who was swinging back around to land on the roof again.

Peter landed on the flat roof with a thud, he had just pulled up that debris that had fallen and his arms were aching slightly. His eyes settled on the tall black alien symbiote who was hunched over some strange machine that looked quite similar to a gigantic Tesla coil. Peter walked up causality towards it, ready to jump and fight at any moment. But he didn't know if what he had created had a timer or not. He needed to try and talk him down. "Eddie you don't want to do this." He warned, the creature whipped its head around to face the young Spider, a scowl shown on his face. Peter continued. "Who knows what will happen if you turn that thing on! Are you just going to trust some tech that you stole from a lab? it could blow a hole straight through the space-time continuum."

"Venom will not stop. We will bring an army of symbiotes to earth and take it over one city at a time! There is no way you can stop us now." Venoms many rows of menacing teeth shifted into an evil grin as his milky white eyes narrowed.

"And you know I can't just let you do that Eddie." Peter called out right before jumping forward with his foot first. He kicked Venom in the chest causing fly back, falling off the edge of the building.

As Venom fell he reached his hand out and snatched onto the lip of the building. He growled with anger, launching himself up into the sky with a huge leap, landing on the roof with a small crater left where he landed. He looked over to Peter who had run over to the machine trying drastically to shut it off. Just then it kicked into life, electricity sparked over it and a beam of energy shot into the blue cloudless sky.

"No!" Peter yelled stumbling back his eyes wide at the sight. It didn't look like the portal you would expect it was more like the sky was ripped in two creating a purple rift. Clouds and what looked like electricity charged crystals surrounded the edges.

Venom looked into the sky with a grin on his face, he had succeeded. On the other side of the rift, he could see space, his home. Suddenly the portal made a terrifying shrieking noise as it looked like it was short-circuiting. The beam into the sky started sputtering in and out of existence before the color changed to a steady blue. The asteroid on the other side gone, now it was a city?

Peter and Venom started to float into the air. It was like all of the gravity turned off suddenly when the portal changed color. Rubble and dust started to float up as well, the air felt compressing. The portal was pulling them in! The force got stronger and stronger, Peter had shot a web to the roof to try to hold himself to this world and Venom had latched onto the spider's ankle, his sharp claws digging into his skin.

Snap!

The last sound Peter wanted to hear at that moment. His web had snapped, it reacted almost like a catapult launching up and into the portal. The moment Peter had hit what seemed like an electric field of the portal he blacked out, it was like landing back-first onto a lake. His spider-sense blaring in the back of his head.

Venom woke up to loud ringing in his ears and pounding on his skull. He shook his head and looked around, just next to him in a small crater was Spider-man, as well as cars screeching to a halt on either side of him. He saw Peter was stirring, he should get out of here. He can't fight now, he was hurt and he wouldn't last that much longer like this. He jumped up and grabbed onto a building, squinting his eyes as he looked around for somewhere to go. A smirk spread across his face as he began jumping across from building to building.

Peter's eyes flickered open at the sound of car horns. As he sat up from his crater in the ground he felt his head start to split in pain, he grabbed his head. "Remind me to take some pain meds later." he muttered under his breath.

His spinning vision started to focus on the world around him. The first thing he could see were tall buildings, this must have been the city he saw on the other side of that portal. This was not New York, that was clear.

Peter turned to face one of the civilians who were standing outside of their car looking at him confused. "Don't worry I'm fine, no need to check on me or anything." He grumbled rolling his eyes. "Anyone see where the sludge ball with anger issues went?"

All he got were blank stares. A startled and confused young man pointed shakily to the right towards the city. Spidey nodded as a show of thanks and then stuck a web to a nearby building and swung away.

Meanwhile in a government agency not too far away.

A stern voice called out over the light chatter around the room. "Okay people, there was alien activity on the edge of the city. They did not hurt anyone yet but may be hostile. Send out a retrieval team, I want them back here alive." He commanded. Everyone nodded affirmatively and all set off in different directions to do certain tasks. Those at computers just turned back around and continued what they were doing. A short-haired woman reached down and grabbed her phone from her pocket, putting in a number from muscle memory and holding it up to her ear.

"Kara, there has been an alien sighting at the edge of the city I need you to go check it out." She stated, turning towards the giant window looking out at the sky.

"Okay, on my way." The voice on the other end of the line answered right before she hung up.

Meanwhile, Spider-man was swinging through the city looking for any sign of Venom, he followed his trail of destruction but it abruptly ended, he must have reverted back to Eddie. Peter landed on what looked like an old warehouse to think for a second and catch his breath.

Peter started thinking to himself, where was he? And where was Venom?

He jumped up in surprise as a swat team broke down the warehouse door and all aimed what looked like electrical powered guns at him, yelling out things like "hands in the air" and "don't move."

"All this for little old me? You shouldn't have." Peter called out mockingly leaning back on a beam on the roof with his arms crossed.

He then did a backflip onto another post and crawled up the wall and out a hole or skylight in the roof. He raised his hand in the air preparing to shoot out a web and escape when a blue laser drew a line of fire directly in front of him, burning into the wood of the roof. He stumbled back a bit his eyes darting up towards where the beam originated, his eyes widened when he saw a blond-haired girl in a superhero outfit flying there not too far above him.

"Who are you?" Peter asked in surprise tilting his head a bit to the side.

"I would like to ask you the same question?" The girl called back, a glare on her face.

"Me? Oh, well I am the friendly neighborhood Spider-man." He said cheerfully as he took an over-exaggerated bow towards the superhero.

She just looked at him like he was crazy. Suddenly his spider-sense pulsed in the back of his head, warning him. He jumped a little to the left as a bullet was shot at him, just grazing his leg slightly and leaving a tear in his suit. He spun around to the person that shot at him, who was one of the swat agents.

"Hey, that was not very nice, I am confiscating your toys." He said as he shot out a web at the man and it wrapped around the weapon and yanked it out of his arms onto the floor, causing the man to almost lost balance and fall over.

The team of 10 guys looked back and forth between each other and opened fire on the spiderling. Peter jumped down shooting a web as he fell to one of the beams attached to the roof as he dodged all of the bullets. The moment he made it behind them he shot out a widespread out web that stuck them all to the floor helplessly. His eyes darted back up to the girl from before who was now flying at him full speed. Peter fired a single web that wrapped around her arms and torso.

"Nice meeting you guys but I have some goo to find." Spidey called out mockingly as he jumped into the air to web away.

Peter was suddenly jerked backward by his ankle and was thrown across the road into a building shattering multiple windows in the process. He closed his eyes rubbing the back of his head. All the muscles in his body were aching like crazy, today was not a good day. Once he opened his eyes he saw the girl once again speeding over to him.

"Wow, you are strong!" Peter was surprised, she had broken out of his webbing and had thrown him about a block.

He felt cold creeping up his leg, he looked down to see what it was. There was ice increasing his leg preventing him from moving, a grin spread across Supergirls face. In one swift move, Peter shattered the ice like it was glass and he did a backflip shooting multiple more webs at Kara. Once again over her torso but another one over her eyes so she couldn't see. The webbing over her eyes started to look red hot, it burned from the inside out until it was nothing but a small pile of chemicals dripping from her face. Peter was amazed, I mean laser eyes, come on! Peters spider-sense went off, but it was to late a sharp object pierced his shoulder, it wasn't a bullet it was a dart, most likely a tranquilizer dart, his eyes started to dupe closed and he collapsed onto the ground, his world went black.

- This is just an idea that I wanted to write, I will finish it if people enjoy it.

- I am using my general knowledge of Spider-man and he is not based on one show or comic.

- I am open to ideas for future chapters, I have my list of events down but am open to suggestions.

- The story is placed after Kara finding out Mon-el is a Prince and excepting it. and before his mom comes back for the invasion.

- I am rewriting each chapter over again. I realized it is not as good as I thought it was so I am making it much better. Hope you enjoy.
