CHAPTER 1
As the sun sets down of the Kingdom of Mewni Marco been helping Queen Moon with her paperwork in her office. Moon is happy that Marco gave her a hand with this but not only that Marco had reorganizing the paperwork and finding many lost documents in this 100-year-old massy office. She knows it's been hard on the young man since he moved here for Star she just left him behind and alone so she can hang out with her boyfriend Tom and her BFF Ponyhead . Moon was not happy that her daughter gone back to her old habits but making Marco her squire and making him stay at the castle hurts Marco a lot. But what making Moon unhappy right now is the state of her kingdom and her husband River, River has been ignoring Moon for a month now after Moon found out that River married the Eagle Queen when she was on the run.
[Queen Moon I think you need to have a look at all this.] said Marco, as he handed her the papers Moon roll her eyes knowing it's more problems she have to deal with. It was fundings and taxes records for the past months all money didn't went to schools,farming,or anything just for River's play time and Star's damages from other kingdomes Moon's eyes widen as she she keep reading.
[What in the name of mewni is this!] Yelled Moon as she bang her fist on the desk her good mood gone. Marco set next to Moon . [that bad huh. I know Mewni was in bad shape but not in this level.]said Marco. Moon tried to control herself as she talk to Marco. [ye..yes Marco our kingdom not doing so good .where did you find this papers? ]Ask Moon. Marco point at the corner of the office. [over there where it says unknown.] said Marco. Moon red to the face, [are there more like this Marco?] Ask Moon .Marco only nodes his head. Moon put her head on the desk she just don't know what to do right know all this hitting her all at once until Marco got up and patted her on the back. [If I can help I can loin you couple million dollars to help get this kingdom back on top again.] said Marco. Moon look at Marco with wide eyes. How can Star throw away a young man like him she wonders. [Thank you Marco or should I say Sir Marco Diaz.] said Moon. Now Marco is wide eyed . [You making me a knight... YES! After 20 years I'm going to be a Marco as Moon stop him.]said Marco. [What do you mean 20 years?] Ask Moon now looking at Marco as he begin rubbing the back of he's head. [Well I spend 16 years in Hekapoo's world so I'm really 28 years old all to win the scissors.]
Moon just look at Marco with aw and started thinking why her daughter pick Tom over him Marco alone can make any kingdom very powerful and rich with everything he knows. this young...no this man would be a great king better thin River but Moon quickly snap out of it and wave at Marco. [I think we talk more about this tomorrow sir Marco you free to leave.] Said Moon. [thank you my Queen I can head outside and get some training done before heading to my room.] Said Marco. as walked out the just set there for the longest time thinking of all things that just happened. how can I get Marco and star together she wondered as the maid just walked on in. With some papers. [Can I help you?] Ask Moon. The maid shocked and scared .[ummm I was just putting the papers in the unknown pile the king River give to me my queen.] Moon hand her hand out. [Let me see the papers.] Said Moon. [yes my queen.] Said the maid as she hand over the papers to Moon. it was funds and taxes for this month and Moon was about to explodes as the maid left the room but she took a deep breath and sigh. What can I do for my Kingdom Moon think to herself. She thin look out the window seeing Marco training. She looked and looked until a ideal pop in her head one that well change the Kingdom of Mewni forever. Moon smiled a real smiled since years. [You.. are in for a surprise sir Marco.] said Moon as she begin her plan to save mewni from within .
