Hope you enjoy this Kamen Rider and Gotham crossover. I don't own any characters so don't sue me. Things in Gotham are in hell and Bruce is struggling. Will a mysterious object help him win and save the city?

Gotham General Hospital:
A few days ago, Selina Kyle was shot by Jeremiah Valeska and the bullet severed her spinal cord. Her close friend, Bruce Wayne, was waiting outside the operating theatre as he wanted to know the moment that Selina was out of surgery.
"Bruce!" The young man looked to the left to see his butler, Alfred Pennyworth, running towards him. "Anything yet?" Alfred asked as he sat down next to Bruce, who was shaking his head.
"Doctors are trying their best with the equipment they have, thanks to that monster." Bruce explained as his fists started to clench tightly. "I'm going to GCPD and see if they need any help." Bruce told Alfred then he got up and walked down the hallway while Alfred stayed behind to stay with Selina.
Indian Hill:
Beneath Arkham Asylum, Bruce had secretly gone to check Hugo Strange's secret facility, Indian Hill, to see if he could find anything that could help Selina. After several long minutes, Bruce had no luck until he found something unusual: a huge sealed door which was locked with several tightly secured locks.
"Whatever's in there, must be important." Bruce spoke to himself so he ran over to a nearby console and started to deactivate the locks. Slowly, the locks on the door started to detach until it opened to reveal a dark room. "Did Strange leave anything in here? Or did he do this to trick people?" Bruce was puzzled as he walked into the room until a huge red light shone in front of him.
"Bruce Wayne; you seek the power to take down the people who've attacked you and your loved ones." A deep voice spoke as the red light flashed. Bruce stepped forward to see a long black device with silver metal patches along with red pipes leading into the red orb in the center. "If we merge, you will have the power to do anything you wish." The device offered and without a second thought, Bruce picked up the device which then wrapped itself around Bruce's waist.
"Stop! Don't move!" Several armed guards arrived with rifles pointing at Bruce then Hugo Strange walked to the front. "Slowly exit the room and turn around!" Strange shouted then Bruce turned around and smiled at Strange. "Mister Wayne, put that belt down!" Strange bellowed but instead of putting the belt down, Bruce hit the top button on the top of the belt.
"Arkrise!" A sea of black liquid metal poured out of the belt and circled Bruce until it started to merge around his body: the body was mainly black with a single white stripe on each leg and the torso had shattered chest armor with red, gold and white pipes on the shoulders. The helmet had one complete gold visor with a huge red eye that was shaped like a visual data collection device. "All Zero!" The newly armored Bruce stepped forward which made the guards to shoot Bruce, but the bullets were having no effect.
"Now, face my power, Strange." The belt spoke then snapped his fingers which caused the core to glow red: it began to use itself as a 3D printer and created two armored figures. "Meet Bujin Gaim and Dark Kiva. Now, get them." The two created fighters then ran and started fighting the guards while the dark figure walked towards Strange and looked down at him. "I am… Ark Zero and I will destroy all you get in my way." Ark Zero spoke then he grabbed Strange by his throat and picked him, with Hugo trying to break free of his attacker's grip.
"Mister Wayne, put me down and I won't tell anyone about you stealing from me." Strange groaned as he was struggling to break. Ark Zero's red eye glowed bright red and his grip tightened around Strange's neck.
"You won't be telling anyone anything!" Ark shouted then he threw Strange, who was caught by Bujin Gaim and Dark Kiva. "I will personally end you." Ark told the Doctor who was trying to break free from the two evil armored fighters but couldn't as their hold was too strong. Ark Zero slowly walked towards Strange as he slowly pressed the button on his Driver.
"All Extinction!" The Driver announced as Ark's right leg started glowing red and black. Strange was trying even harder to break free but it was useless as Ark was now a few feet away. Ark then kicked Strange as Dark Kiva and Bujin Gaim let go, sending the Doctor flying into the wall behind with a burn mark on his chest.
"Now, let's go and take everyone down." Ark told the two dark soldiers then they ran off while Ark Zero walked upstairs and towards the cells.
GCPD:
James Gordon walked into the precinct and was welcomed by Harvey Bullock who had just got off the phone. Bullock held out his hand which was holding a file so Jim took it and opened it up.
"We got a call from Arkham Asylum; all the doctors and patients have been murdered." Bullock told his partner which shocked Jim then the pair walked towards the exit when from out of nowhere, the body of Hugo Strange flew in and landed by the Desk Sergeant.
"What the hell?" Jim exclaimed then he ran over to the smashed window and looked out of it: there was nothing there. "Check Strange!" Gordon ordered and one of the officers checked then shook her head: Strange was dead.
"Jim! Look at this!" Bullock called over then Jim ran over and looked at Strange's body: it was almost burnt. "What the hell could've done this?" Jim and Harvey looked up just as three officers went flying and crashed into the jail cells. Everyone took out their guns and pointed them at the doorway as they heard footsteps walking towards them: Ark Zero had arrived.
"You better stand down if you all know what's good for you." Ark told them but none of the officers lowered their weapons. "I don't want to kill you. I only killed Strange because of what he's done to humanity." Ark then turned and looked directly at Jim as the red visor flashed. "She's still alive, Gordon. Will you save her? Or will you fail her like you have failed to save this city?" Ark asked as he walked towards the Captain whilst still pointing at him.
"Who are you talking about?" Harvey asked then Ark turned and looked at him as his red visor started glowing.
"The one he still… loves." Ark spoke then he looked down at the ground. "I love someone too. This is why I'm doing this." Ark then snapped his fingers then the windows shattered, followed by four figures flying in and landing inside the GCPD. "Meet my best fighters: Ryuga, Eternal, Dark Drive and Horobi." Ark announced as each figure took out their weapon; Horobi was holding his Attache Arrow, Eternal had his Eternal Edge dagger, Ryuga was pointing his Dragsaber at the Desk Sergeant and Dark Drive was tapping his Blade Gunner against his shoulder.
"All for Ark!" The four armored figures shouted and Ark nodded then he took hold of Jim's gun, crushing it with a single hand.
"Get in my way and I'll show you what I did to our Strange friend." Ark threatened then he nodded and Horobi fired a purple explosive arrow towards the ceiling, breaking the glass and causing it to fall down and it hit most of the officers. "Dark Drive, Eternal; stay here and watch them." Ark ordered and the two nodded whilst Ark left with Horobi and Ryuga following close behind.
"What do we do, Jim? You saw what he did to both Strange and your gun!" Harvey exclaimed and for once, Jim Gordan didn't know what to do.
Siren's club:
Barbara Keane and Tabitha Galavan were drinking whilst talking about Jeremiah Valeska and what he was doing to Gotham: turning it into his own personal hell city. The two women were about to walk towards the exit when one of their own guards got tossed into a wall, they drew out their guns to protect themselves.
"Weapons like that can't harm me," A deep voice bellowed as loud footsteps came closer and closer towards them. Barbara and Tabitha then watched as a tall dark figure stepped through the doorway: it was Ark.
"Who are you?" Barbara asked but Ark didn't answer. Instead, he took a seat in one of the booths and looked at the two women.
"I want information or my friends here will harm Miss Galavan." Ark spoke then Horobi and Ryuga walked in with their weapons out. "Or would you like me to show you what they can do? Or even better, what I can do?" Ark asked as he lifted his right hand which was now glowing red and black, he then slowly placed his hand on the opposite side of the booth; causing it to dissolve into dust.
"Anything we can do to help." Barbara answered then she sat down and just as Tabitha was about to sit down, Ryuga grabbed hold of her and held her with his Dragsaber close to her stomach. "I'm helping you! Let her go!" Barbara shouted at Ark but he shook his head.
"I want to make sure you don't try anything." Ark explained as he leant forward. "If you give me what I want, I'll let her go." Ark told her and Barbara nodded as she didn't want anything to happen to Tabitha. "First off; Do you have any idea where Jeremiah Valeska is?" Ark asked and before Barbara answered, she looked at Tabitha then she looked back at Ark.
"I heard rumors that he's planning something big: bigger than anything that Gotham's never seen before." Barbara explained which made Ark chuckle. "What's so funny?" Barbara asked as she and Tabitha watched Ark stand up.
"That something that Gotham's never seen before is already here; me." Ark told her then he nodded and Ryuga threw Tabitha into a wall, knocking her unconscious. Just as Barbara ran over to Tabitha, Dark Kiva walked into the room.
"Sir, she's awake." Dark Kiva whispered and Ark nodded then he turned and looked at the two women.
"Spare them. They're important to me and my special one." Ark told them then he looked at Ryuga. "I'll be sending two shortly but until then, stay and watch them." Ark ordered and Ryuga nodded as he pulled a card out of his buckle then inserted it into the dragon head on his left arm.
"Strike Vent!" A deep and creepy voice announced as a black and silver dragon head appeared on Ryuga's right arm. With that sorted, Ark left with Horobi and Dark Kiva following close behind.
