Summer evenings are long and slow on Juuban, with the heat of the sun fading in the salty wind carried over from the ocean to the bustling town, the sky painted blood orange and plum, and the air heady with grass and birds of the city. The world is soaked with beauty like a sponge, Ranma thinks, and the slightest motion wrings it out, dripping, to dribble over whatever lies beneath its skies. He's alone in his room, shared with the Outers, a group of magical girls in this world. Window shades open and lamps off, as the sun slips behind the building, and his schoolbooks and packs and wooded walls all reflect the orange glow of the sun.

He sits, stiffly, and watches himself in the large mirror. The mirror that will never be broken, due to enchantment courtesy of Master Yen Sid.

He'd gotten it, gold-framed and larger than him, when he'd first come back home to Nerima, from the World of Keys, as he doesn't know the official name for that world, where he and his cursed form has been separated when he falls into that world. No, Nerima is not his home anymore. He abandoned that world.

It's has been... weird experience for both of them. And the world they fall into is weirder than everything they ever see. All they could see when they opened their eyes for the first time is blades...with many shapes and styles, but all of them somehow resembling key, littering the ground around them. The numerous key-shaped blades formed a crossroad, the place they wake up. Then, someone with the name of Master Of Masters picked up both of them. The suspicious man then somehow explained everything and nothing at the same time. He explained things like Keyblade, World's Door, and Kingdom Heart, but not about how he and Ranko, the name she choose for herself, come to this world and why. Another world, huh?

When both of them also got a Keyblade of their own, Master Of Masters explained what is a Keyblade is and trained them in using the Keyblade. Both his and Ranko's Keyblade is similar to one another. After a few months of training and passing the Mark of Mastery exam, both he and Ranko is now Keyblade Master. They mastered everything, except one of the hallmark abilities of Keyblade wielder, the ability to travel between the stars and subsequently, the worlds. They don't know why, though their teacher probably knows why they aren't able to. So they are stuck in this world for now.

Then, Master Of Masters dropped them off at the place named Destiny Island where they met a few brats named Sora, Riku, and Kairi. After one week, they already called Destiny Island their home. Why? It's because the place is not full of people who want to marry, molest or kill him, unlike in Nerima. They frankly tired with all the bullshit they lived through at Nerima. All the people that lived at Destiny Island accepted them with open arms. Especially the three brats. With nothing to do, they are bored out of their mind. Sometimes both of them trained Sora, Riku, and Kairi in any Martial Arts form that they knew. Rinse and repeat. They don't know how long they lived there, but they loved it here.

Then, the Darkness came, eating everything and everyone, with only three people left. Sora, Ranma, and Ranko.

As it turned out, Sora is also the Keyblade bearer just like both of them. But he is more special than both of them, as he is chosen hero of Keyblade from the realm of Light, tasked to save the world from Darkness. His Keyblade is similar to their own. His, in lack of better words, is a giant silver key with a gold cross-guard and silver chain, although it can change form depending on the Keychain attached to it. Similar to Sora, Water Seeker is just like Sora's Kingdom Key, but with a brilliant blue cross-guard and water bucket keychain instead. While Ranko's Keyblade, Heat Finder has a little bit of icy theme to it, despite its keychain. Its cross-guard has an ice blue coloration and got a water kettle keychain attached.

Both him and Ranko then teach Sora how to wield his Keyblade and magic more efficiently, as they traveled to another world with him, Goofy, and Donald Duck. Goofy is a shield user. Donald Duck is a Staff and magic-user. Both of them are tasked by their King to assist Sora in his journey to save the worlds, Riku and Kairi. Although their initial mission is just a mission to seek out the "Key to their survival".

Many things happened.

Heartless. A creature born from the darkness of people's hearts, lacking a body or soul.

Riku. Original wielder of Sora's Keyblade.

Ansem. Not the true Ansem as it would seem.

Maleficent. A sorceress of awesome power. She controls the Heartless and is said to have destroyed many worlds.

Organization XIII. Bunch of Nobodies, literally.

Nobodies. All that left when the heart left the body.

Roxas. Sora's Nobody

Xion. Sora's Replica and currently in a relationship with Sora.

Namine. Kairi's Nobody and now Sora's girlfriend together with Xion.

Aqua. The previous wielder of Kingdom Key D.

Xehanort. Multiple incarnations of Xehanort to be precise.

Kingdom Heart. The heart-shaped Blue Moon.

Quadratum. Or as he liked to call it, Shibuya.

Yozora. Mysterious boy that bears a great resemblance to Riku.

And after so many things happened, he and Ranko finally gain the ability to travel between worlds. After he, Ranko, Kairi, and the others managed to get back Sora after that boy using the Power of Waking too much, he and Ranko choose to go back to Nerima. Not to stay there again. Just visiting them instead.

Actually, they are tired of living there again. Tired of the fiancees, rivals, and ridiculous bullshit that happened to them. If they had one friend, just one, they may want to live there again. But they never had true when they lived there, even after saving their asses too many times. Ungrateful and selfish. Never acknowledged their own mistake and always blamed all of it on them. Well, most of them. Fortunately, old ghoul, most of Nerima, and strangely, old pervert don't see it that way. The smart one of Nerima's citizens never blamed him for the property damages whenever he got challenged. Mostly because when something broke, he will try to help them fix and repair their stuff and buildings. Cologne doesn't rarely involves herself in Shampoo's scheme nowadays. Old Letch doesn't go to any panty raids that often anymore.

When they back in their original world, he and Ranko fused back into one body again. Specifically, in his heart. Though she still can manifest herself if she willed or got hit by cold water, taking over him. On that note, he is now not a water magnet anymore, he changed only when he wanted to. Their Keyblades are also fused together. Their fused Keyblades has their normal but has little thin of ice to its cross-guard. The blade is now brilliant blue instead of silver. And the keychain for these fused Keyblades is the same as Ranko's Heat Finder, a water kettle. The name for this Keyblade is Balanced Way.

When he arrives back in his old world, he finds out that only ten days have passed since he disappeared to another world. After having to make sure he still could summon his Keyblade, he quickly go back to Nerima. Only Kasumi greeted him back as usual. It looks like the entirety of the Tendous and Saotomes went looking for him. Same with the fiancees and the rivals, all looking for him, Happosai and Cologne excluded.

While he packing his things, which are just a few Chinese silk, pants, Yama-Sen-Ken and its counterpart scroll, and Gekkaja, the others came home. And the usual bullshit, Nerima style, happened again.

On an interesting note, their previously fused Keyblades fused again, this time with Gekkaja. It's looked the same except for the tip. Instead of like Sora's or their previous Keyblades, their new Keyblade has two crescent moons, one at each side, like an ax. The keychain of this Keyblade is a water symbol. This Keyblade has all Gekkaja's abilities. The name of this Keyblade is Crescent Waterway.

Back to the topic, Akane is mad at him without reason, as usual, accusing him eloped with another unknown fiancee. The father is crying, the Tendou patriarch crying while accusing him of cheating, and Genma is lamenting about his dishonorable son. Nabiki scheming as usual. Luckily his mother is not here today, or else she will berate him for being "unmanly", whatever it means. What does he do in that situation? Well, he just ignored everyone. When Akane noticed he ignoring all of them, she malleting him again. While he was still airborne, he whipped out his Keyblade and using quickly his Keyblade Glider to exit this world. Permanently this time.
