So here is the 7th chapter I have been waiting to upload it but I wanted to get it up for you guys. This chapter took a mind of its own wants i started writing the words just flowed out of me so I hope that you guys enjoy this chapter. TBH I had to stop myself from adding to this chapter I didn't want it to be unreasonably long. I also have good news my break is starting so I hope to upload two chapter before it's over.

Chapter 7

"Where are you bastard" Naruto yelled rushing into his house then he sees the man sitting on the couch in his living room.

"Your finally here" the man said standing up from where he was seated "I have been waiting for a while you know but I'm a little disappointed that Hinata-Sama is not with you" The man said to Naruto who was seething in anger "Don't talk about my wife" Naruto grunted out

"Oh but she is not your wife to the point I reverted her to is not correct" The man said with the most calm expression on his face despite the killing intent coming from Naruto.

"Who the hell are you" Naruto said taking a step in the man's direction holding on to his shirt stopping himself from killing the man before getting answers. "I am Yashiwagi Boshai but you may call me Yashi" the man had said taking Naruto hand off his shirt with a smile on his face

"ah and here comes the honored guest" Yashi says sensing Hinata's presence and Naruto turned back hearing the door open "What are you doing Nata you shouldn't be here" Naruto said moving back as to block Yashi from seeing Hinata.

`"I need to be here Naruto-kun this affects me I want to know why he did this to me" Hinata said to Naruto but looking at back between him and Yashi " Of course it does Hinata-sama you are confused I am more than sure of it but you should know that this all has a purpose and I mean to apologize to you Hokage-sama for that misunderstanding that happened with you daughter I mean her no harm I just need Hinata-sama" Yashi said with the same fake smile on his face that Sai usually had on his face this only angered Naruto even more.

"You bastard" Naruto yelled before punching Yashi in the face the man did not even move to block the punch he just stood there taking the full force of the punch which left Yashi spitting out blood "I allowed that punch because I understand that you are angry but please refrain from doing that again Hokage-sama a fight is not the reason I am here" Yashi said his calm demeanor never wavering "What is it that you want" Hinata asked looking at Yashi who smiled a now bloody smile

"Ah Hinata-sama great question I am here for you as to why well that little seal that I placed on your mind to block your memories is the reason I am here now. You see the seal is set that after a set time your memories will be erased permanently, and this is important to me because you are a very important factor in my plan. Now I know that I am dragging my explanation along, but I do love tension" Yashi said with a wicked smile on his face that made the hairs on the back of Naruto and Hinata's head stand. "Just spit it out before I punch you again" Naruto says fist clenching "Patience is a virtue Hokage-sama, now I really don't feel like giving the typical villain speech just to be stopped so I have seen what I needed to see so I will be taking my leave now. It was a pleasure Hokage-sama, and I will now be releasing you from the genjutsu." Yashi said and Naruto woke up on the floor of his house

"damn it all" Naruto said before getting up and running out to where he had left Hinata only to see that she was not there anymore dispatching the shadow clones he had around telling them to look for Hinata and the children. Activating sage mode Naruto looked for the familiar chakra signatures only to find three of them together and neither belonged to Hinata. But then he noticed that she was there with the kids the reason that he had missed her was because her chakra was ridiculously low deactivating sage mode before running towards them. "Boruto Kawaki what happened" Naruto asked seeing that Kawaki was carrying his mother's unconscious body "I don't know one moment she was fine then she started talking to no one grabs her head groaning in pain then passes out" Kawaki said the worry evident in his voice

"Papa what's happening to mama" Himawari said tears filling her eyes in both fear and worry "Hey it will all be okay Hima I promise and you know that papa never breaks his promises" Naruto said trying to calm his daughter down "Boruto take Hima home me and Kawaki will take your mother to the hospital" Naruto said in a way that Boruto knew not to question his father. Nodding Boruto picked up Himawari before running towards their house, after watching them leave Naruto took Hinata from Kawaki's arms and they made their way towards the hospital upon entering the hospital Kawaki went looking for Sakura while Naruto got Hinata admitted.

"Naruto what happened" Sakura said coming into the room with Kawaki on her tail "I don't know the bastard put me under a genjutsu so that he could get to her" Naruto said to Sakura his jaw clenching. "He said something about a seal on her mind" Naruto said to Sakura remembering something from his interaction with Yashi "Then we should get Ino" Sakura said going up to Hinata to check her physical state "Her chakra is severely depleted I guess that you guys don't know how this happened" Sakura said continuing to investigate Hinata condition and earning a head shake from both Uzumaki's. "She is going to be fine physically at least the possibility of a seal on her mind is Ino forte, so I'll go call her" Sakura said turning back to Naruto

"It's fine you don't need to call her I'll go get her" Kawaki stated before looking a Naruto asking for confirmation that it was alright to which Naruto just nodded and Kawaki walked to the Window before jumping out of it completely disregarding the door. "Naruto, I see that this as escalated to more than just a memory loss problem" Sakura said to him "Yeah the sick bastard is playing with her and me I don't know what to do he said that if that seal stays on long enough all her memory will be gone forever" Naruto said his anger bubbling up again before he let out a sigh of exasperation.

Kawaki was running through the city making his way to the Yamanaka house knowing that by now the flower shop was closed and she should be home. When he arrived at the door he quickly knocked, and the door was soon open by Inojin who gave him a strange look "What are you doing here" he asked in clear confusion because in all the years Inojin had known Kawaki he had never been to the Yamanaka residence without company. "I need to speak with your mother it's urgent Hokage's orders" Kawaki said keeping his usual cool and calm demeanor one that resembled a Hyuga's. "Alright come in she is in the kitchen making dinner" Inojin said opening the door wide enough for Kawaki to enter to which he gives a small bow and enters and follows Inojin to the kitchen.

"Okaa-san Kawaki is here" Inojin says and Ino turns around to greet her guest "Oh this is a surprise what can I do for you Kawaki" Ino said with a polite smile her confusion as evident as Inojin's was " I have orders from the Hokage to bring you to the hospital right away an urgent matter has come up that needs your clan's expertise" He says in his stoic manner " Of course I be right there may I ask what the matter entails" Ino asked turning around to turn off the stove and then going to gather her stuff "I myself am not exactly sure how to describe the situation or how much I am allowed to say so I think it best we get to the hospital as soon as possible so you can understand the situation" He says to which she nods in understanding then starts following Kawaki out the door "Inojin tell your father that I had to step out due to orders. I should probably be back later so eat without me" Ino says turning back before closing the door.

They quickly race toward that hospital and once they reach it Kawaki leads her to Hinata's room. When they entered the room Naruto had pulled up a chair so that he was next to her bed and Sakura was writing something down on her charts at the sound of the door opening they looked over and at the sight of Ino Naruto hopped up from his seat and went to her "Oh thank Kami that you are here" He said and Ino face quickly turned to shock at the sight of Hinata in a hospital bed clearly unconscious.

"What happened" She asked to no one in particular "When on a mission she was attacked and they managed to seal her mind and block her memories. There is supposed to be a seal on mind blocking memories I need you to dive into her mind and see if you can find it but you have to be careful because there is supposed to be a fail safe and she could loses her memories forever" Naruto said explaining the situation to Ino quickly.

Ino looked between him and Hinata for a second before putting a hand on his shoulder trying to comfort the obvious anxious man due to the situation his wife was in knowing that there was nothing he could do. " I'll do my best but you know that I can't be one hundred percent sure what I will be walking into and if the seal has a fail safe like that it might be beyond my capabilities and I might need help from my other clansmen" Ino said making her capabilities known "It's fine I need you assess the situation more than anything right know I don't want you to mess with anything could possible cause her harm" He says to which Ino nods and then makes her way to Sakura do discuss Hinata medical state.

"Hey Kawaki why don't you go home your not needed here for now" Naruto says to his son no matter how cool he acted he knew he was worried "I'm alright I feel better her anyway" "yeah but I would feel better if you were at home with Bolt and Hima the house has been entered by that guy twice now and no matter how strong Bolt may be he can't handle someone at that level yet by himself." Naruto said reasoning with his eldest and he gave him a polite response then made his way home. "I swear those Hyuga genes skipped a generation with Hinata and went to Kawaki" Naruto muttered to himself something that had crossed his mind on various occasions when his son acted too polite and proper to be related to him.

"Okay so here is what I am going to do I am just going to dive into her mind and look around for a bit to see if I can find anything out of the ordinary. Depending on what I do or do not find we can make a plan to help her." Ino said to Sakura and Naruto they both nod their heads in understanding then Ino goes to sit down on the chair that Naruto was at and makes a hand sign then her body goes limp indicating that she had entered Hinata's mind.

Upon entering Hinata mind scape Ino quickly gets thrown into a memory which she found strange mostly because when she is trying to access people's memories, she gets sent into this place that resembles a corridor which allows her access to where she wants to go. But know she is in one of her memories and Hinata is being held somewhere the room was dark and she could hear water drops falling from what she assumed was a leaky pipe. In the room with them was a man he was tall maybe as tall as Naruto he had shaggy little blue hair and golden yellow eyes that could rivaled the sun, he was lean and fit the body that comes with being a shinobi.

"Good your finally awake" the man said looking at Hinata "What do you want with me" Hinata hissed at him.

"Nothing much just Hamura Chakra the one that you have kept with you after all this time" he said with an evil smirk on his face.

"I will never give it to you" Hinata said the anger in her voice evident

"I know this of course I plan to just take it from you" The man said continuing to smile in a very unnerving way. The fear was starting to rise up in Hinata but her years of Hyuga training had allowed her to keep a straight face.

"You see I have been working on something very special to me a way to extract chakra from a person but in a way that will not harm them and only take what I need. I must say that this little project of mine took me a while and a few lives were lost but what is life without a little suffering. But in the end, I have built the machine that can extract charka from one person and transfer it to another and leave both people unharmed." The man said in a manner that should he was proud of his achievements.

"For what reason do you even need Hamura chakra" Hinata said wanting to get as much information possible for when she escapes. "Ah my darling Hinata that is for me to know and you to find out. But I will give you a hint something I think you will like my end goal is peace." Hinata was put on edge because of this. Many people have strived for peace in very violent means.

"You may notice that I am not telling you anything and that is the point I don't need my plans getting out before I want them too and you will not leave here with the knowledge of this situation at all" The man said continuing to talk taking a step forward towards Hinata "Are you going to remove the chakra now" Hinata asked "No, but soon it's not quite ready yet I still have to work out one of the kinks" he said with a smile "And what would that kink be" Hinata asked "Oh you know I have to find a way to only remove Hamura's chakra and not all of yours. You see I have no need for it" the smile still plastered on his face. What was concerning about the smile was that unlike Sai's the smile was real and demented which made her feel uneasy.

Ino who had just been watching the whole thing noticed something on the man's chest it was like a light emitting from it and she knew from experience how to determine what was originally in a memory and what was added later on, and that glow was definitely something added later on. Ino walked up toward the man and then she saw it. The seal that was blocking Hinata's memories was on him that was something very clever usually when a person puts a seal on a memory they put on a wall or floor, but he put it on himself makes it harder to spot and harder to deactivate. As she continued to examine the seal trying to memorize all the details so that she can figure out a way to release it.

Ino was then taken aback when the man looked straight at her and asked what she was doing "huh" was all she could say backing away from him his gaze never leaving her. "I asked what you were doing" the man said, "How can you see me" Ino said in disbelief never had this happened to her "Well you are in my domain I am just curious as to why you are investigating me" The man said his tone different from the man in the memory then he followed her gaze to his chest to notice the seal"Oh this is what has peaked your curiosity. This is just a little something to protect myself and my operation." He said the smile coming back to his face "If I were you, I would leave this is not somewhere you should be snooping. You Yamanaka's have always let your curiosity get the better of you" The man said and then he left.

The whole situation was like he had paused the memory and then pressed play again.

Ino still in shock just watched the rest of the memory to which there was only the part where he sealed Hinata's memories then it goes dark, and she was pushed out of her mind.

When Ino was back in her body Naruto and Sakura looked at her worried. The worry and fear evident on her face "What happened what did you see" Naruto quickly asked.

"There was a man he had captured Hinata, and he said that he wanted Hamura's chakra which is apparently in her body. The has made something that can extract the chakra from her body, but she hasn't worked out all the kinks to use it on her yet. He said that he was going to take the chakra and insert it into himself. He never divulged anything specific about his plan all he said was that his end game was peace." Ino said giving them the most important things she could later divulge the detail in her report.

"there is something else isn't there Ino" Sakura said noticing the fear in Ino "Yeah he spoke to me" Ino said head down and Sakura couldn't hide the shock on her face "What how is that even possible I thought when you were in someone's memories that you were just an observer and that the people in the memory can't interact with you" Sakura said remembering from when Ino had explained mind walking to her.

"This is true but I had found the seal and was investigating it when he started talking to me. I was thrown aback and just listened the seal is there to protect him he doesn't want his plan to come out before he is ready. I wasn't able to finish investigating the seal, but I might not be able to go back into her head now that he knows that I'm looking for information he might block me. He seems to have some sort of control in her mind. I have never encountered anything like this ever." Ino said serious about the situation "

So what you are saying is that there is nothing we can do" Naruto said dejected "No exactly the seal blocking her memories is simple enough what will be the hard part is that he knew what he was doing and to compensate for the weak and easy seal was to apply a failsafe. The seal has four I could only thoroughly investigate two I have the basics of the third and only caught a glimpse of the fourth" Ino said making it known that it was possible and Naruto visible cheered up if only a little

"Thank you Ino" Sakura said knowing that this was great news even the possibility of getting her back was better than anything "Yes, thank you Ino. I just need you to write the report you can give it to me tomorrow there is nothing we can do tonight anyway" Naruto said still a little deject they had only gained an inch on Yashi, and he was already planning his next move and this time Naruto was going to be prepared.

So this was the 7th chapter I hope you guys like it. I know that i had said there would be a fight but when I was writing this i just didn't go that way so for that I'm sorry. The Yashi is a character that I really had fun writing him especially the way he interacts with people so i hope you guys like him.

I also have an announcement I have been working on another story and I will be posting the summary for it pretty soon to see what people think about it before I go posting the story. It's something that i have been planning for a long while. I also want to ask if anyone wants to be my Beta-reader for this story I need help with the editing of the story and structure so if any is interested please PM I kinda need the help.
