M.B.: I'm not even surprised that Blossick won my poll again which I posted in 2018 (plus the major reviews on "Don't Judge a Girl by Her Cover" was also a dead giveaway haha). So, I am here to deliver you guys some Reds fanfic just focused in the PPGZ world. If any of you have watched an old video on YouTube called "Brick x Momoko (x Sakamoto) - According to you" by. Kagome3789, you might know what inspired this story a bit :P. However, I have given it a lot of twists and turns to make this story something I want to work on just like the other long Reds' story. Anyways without further ado, let's start this story!

Chapter 1

Romanticize

In Tokyo City, we could see people going about their daily lives. Not remarkably interesting, but unfortunately there is no magical crime fighting heroes or monsters scheming up plans to liven up the place. That has taken place in another story. This one will focus on a couple of adults who in theory should have perfect lives to live. Take for an example —

"You will never escape me, Peter Pan!"

This young woman here, currently dressed as Captain Hook with a fake mustache and her long orange hair tied back with a red bow, is where we start our story. This young woman was Momoko Akatsutsumi, a 25-year-old who still plays pretend, reads comic books about heroes and baddies, and also has a sweet tooth to boot. Of course, that works out for her since she was currently given a show to her students that were staring at her with eyes of wonder.

"You will never take me alive, you old Codfish!" another teacher shouted while the two women's kendo swords clashed together causing the kids to shout and cheer on Peter Pan.

"No cheers for Hook, I see." Momoko pouted as the kids stopped shouting while seeing their teacher pull out her hook hand. "Then it is curtains for you, my dear lost kids!"

"Noo! Peter help!" they all screamed as Momoko made her way to them, but "Peter" quickly got in front of them and swung her sword at "Hook" causing her to lose her footing. Momoko braced herself as her costume of the make-believe pirate blinded her for a bit. The ground was luckily carpet, but she knew she would feel that later. Momoko quickly moved the red fabric out of her face only to come face-to-face with the bamboo sword and wicked smiles from her students and "Peter".

"Well, Captain you give?"

"…Oh, I have lost to Peter Pan and his band of lost kids!" Momoko said playing up the line as the kids started giggling in the background. "Guess it is my time to walk the plank!"

"Walk the plank! Walk the plank!" the kids shouted as Momoko quickly got herself up to go to the makeshift plank that led into the pile of play balls.

"Ado, but I will be back mawahaha!" Momoko laughed jumping right into the balls causing the kids to cheer in their victory.

"Alright, my friends it is time to go." said "Peter" while the kids started to pout and whimper.

"But Ms. Imai!" the students pouted while you could hear the parents of said students laughing to themselves.

"Now if you don't go my friends, I will make you walk the plank!" Momoko said while popping out of the pit with the scariest face she could make causing the kids to scream happily. They all ran to their parents as the adults waved their good-byes to the daycare teachers or thanked them for the show.

"Well, that was something." Najika Imai said while taking off the costume and brown wig to revive her dirty blonde hair.

"It was incredible, I wish I was the hero though." Momoko pouted taking off her costume to reveal the staff uniform, which was a wine colored, long-sleeved dress with a cream colored apron with the teacher's name and the school's name sewn into it. Momoko fixed her long ponytail that had come undo thanks to the ball pit, but she didn't mind. It was fun after all.

"Haha, well get better at rock, paper, scissors then you can be the hero all you want." Najika smiled while starting to clean up the center they were in.

"But you know I'm no good at that." pouted Momoko while looking at the time on the clock and gasped. "It's that late already!"

"Yeah, you would think parents would come earlier, but noo they think we don't have lives too." Najika said not noticing how nervous Momoko was looking while her pink eyes seem to scan the room. There was a lot of stuff left out because the theater center was the most popular for the students especially when it was "Teachers' Play" day. Momoko sighed trying to get everything back in the right place as she quickly cleaned along the way. She really needed to hurry since she was already 32 minutes late. They wouldn't like that at all. "Ok, everything is good to go, I will lock up girl, you seem like you are in a rush."

"Thank you, Najika, I owe you one!" Momoko shouted while quickly grabbing her bookbag and taking off into the late evening. Momoko would usually stop at her favorite bakery for something sweet to eat, but there was no time. The streetlights were on and the businesses that line the streets where starting to become busier signaling that Friday night was beginning. Momoko would also take her time looking at those lights or greeting people as she went, but her friendly nature was pushed down as she ran. "Oh, hopefully I can sneak in and they won't notice."

Momoko suddenly stopped as she started taking mouthfuls of air into her lungs. She removed the mess of her bangs out of her eyes as she stared at the building that was sort of home. A rich hotel complex that housed a few famous people now and then, but often was just for people who had the money to afford it. Momoko made her way into the lounge that had a wide setting of red and golden couches and seats for people to sit on, polished tables of glass were in different areas, and the front desk stood proud and tall in the middle of it. Momoko made her way to the elevator nodding at the bellhop who would smile at her from time to time. He was quite young, but she was sure he enjoyed the pay he got from it. "Ok, he said I should wear the blue dress, but I'm quite sure I put that in the wash. Maybe he won't mind if I wear the black one." Momoko mumbled while pushing the 3rd floor button then stared at her reflection in the door. She looked a mess, but it couldn't be helped working with kids had that effect on you sometimes. She was sure she could freshen up when she got into the room. With that in mind, Momoko let herself smile as the door opened and she made her way to the furthest hotel door which was number 38. She dug through her bookbag to pull out a key card hoping nobody would notices if she didn't knock. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

"Love, so kind of you to join us." a boy with dark brown, spiked hair smiled while the crowd of people stared at her.

"Sakamoto, I um…sorry I got off later than usually!" Momoko said caught the eyes of her mother and father who were also in the crowd of people. Her mother looked quite heated while her father's eyes showed disappointment.

"Please get change while I finish my speech, love." Sakamoto said while gently pushing her into a far off room that she knew was the bedroom. Momoko quickly closed the door and sighed deeply hearing her boyfriend trying to control the situation out there.

"I messed up big time." Momoko sighed quickly getting out of her work clothes and finding the little black dress with pink flowers on it. It seemed to show off her figure nicely as she slipped on some red stilettos. She made her way into the bathroom and started applying a light amount of makeup to her face with a light pink lipstick to make her eyes pop. Momoko could feel a light smile fall onto her face.

"Momoko, how could you?" Momoko's mother hissed while that smile fell off her face. Her mother, Kakiko Akatsutsumi, was swift to find her daughter in the bathroom and immediately started taking the bow out Momoko's hair to fix it. "Showing up late to your boyfriend's speech is so careless and rude."

"I'm sorry, mother, but I wasn't trying to be late." Momoko said trying hard not to whimper at the brush that was going through her hair. Kakiko wasn't the gentlest when it came to doing hair, that was why Momoko and her sister would do their own hair when they were older.

"I know, but how do you think his zoologist colleagues will think of you." Kakiko groaned while finishing straightening out her daughter's hair. "Let's see if you can fix this mess up; love you dear, but this was not the time to be late."

"I will do my best." Momoko smiled trying to reassure her mother as they both made their way out of the room and back to the gathering. Momoko was happy that everyone had continued to talk toward each other showing they weren't interested in her. Honestly, she didn't like these kinds of parties eh, gatherings. Too controlled and classy something that she would always struggle with because of her active imagination. Her mother and father were able to get into the swing of things and if her sister, Kuriko, was here she would knock it out of the park too. Momoko sighed and slowly made her way to the food hoping nobody would approach her if she were eating. She had just stuffed a piece of sushi in her mouth when she felt a looming presents over her.

"You didn't wear the blue dress, love." Sakamoto whispered causing Momoko's body to relax just a bit.

"I forgot that it was in the wash at my place." Momoko whispered while swallowing the piece in her mouth and going for another one. Sakamoto had taken her hand though and turned her around slowly. Momoko found herself looking over the man who was a few inches taller than her and noticed something. He was wearing a bluish suit that would have matched perfectly with that blue dress she had.

"So, difficult Momoko…can't you do something right for me tonight at least." he mumbled while gently kissing her hand then moved away from her all together. Momoko started making herself a plate after that and made her way away from the crowd of scientists who were talking about stuff Momoko barely understood.

"Well, well that was quite an entrance Miss." someone said causing Momoko to stop in her tracks. She nodded hoping that was enough of an answer, but it seems that was his way of pulling her into the conversation as the group talked about it too.

"Yes, it was quite cute." giggled a lady that seemed to be dripping in jewelry.

"Yes, I was hoping nobody would notice me come in." Momoko smiled hoping they would get the hint.

"Right, right it happens." another lady said having some of the members agree and Momoko felt a little relaxed.

"So, Miss…"

"Momoko Akatsutsumi."

"Ah just met your parents! How long have you known our boy Sakamoto?" one of the old men asked while Momoko grinned happy that this was a topic she could talk about.

"We've known each other since high school, but surprisingly we didn't start dating until 2 years ago."

"Oh, high school sweethearts?"

"No more like he would tease me to no end, and I would try to ignore it." Momoko laughed getting a few looks from the group as Sakamoto seem to slide in out of nowhere.

"It was never that bad, I was a gentleman about it." Sakamoto laughed while placing his arm around Momoko's waist causing the members to laugh along as Momoko made a weird face.

"I don't think you could say it was —."

"Momoko how about a joke?" Sakamoto asked while Momoko could feel his arm tighten around her a bit.

"Oh, I do love a good joke! Got any on scientists?" the lady with the jewelry asked while the group stared at Momoko causing the nervousness to spring up again.

"Um yeah ok, here's something I say to my students. What do you call a test tube? Wait no, I have to say feeding tube or was it educated tube because it would be a graduated cylinder." Momoko said starting to debate with herself not realizing she gave the answer away.

"Love."

"Yes, it was educated! So, what do you call an educated tube?"

"A graduated cylinder." the scientists smiled or chuckled at her causing Momoko to realize she said it out loud.

"Haha, usually it's something we say at the lab center in our program to get them interested." Momoko said feeling her cheeks turn red as the group nods still laughing to themselves.

"Well love, I will let you enjoy your food." Sakamoto said while pushing her along as she nodded staring at the plate of probably cold food. Momoko leaned against the wall munching on her food hoping this evening would go by faster.

Slowly, but surely the evening dragged into the night as the crowd made their way out of the room that the gathering was held at. Momoko wished each people a goodnight since she happened to be the closest to the door. It made her feel like she was doing something right this evening. When her parents left, she wished them a safe ride home and hugged them both. Momoko stared at the hotel room wondering if it was best to help clean up a little bit. She was about to grab some of the trash when a hand stopped her. "You know they will come by to clean it in the morning, love."

"I know, but apart of me feels like it's the right thing to do."

"That's stupid, love." Sakamoto said while moving her chin to make her look at his bronze eyes. "Besides, you look like a bit of a mess, you should've showered before you got into that dress."

"I was already late I didn't want —." Momoko said, but his finger on her lips stopped her from complaining anymore.

"Yes, you were late all the more reason to take a shower, so we can get to bed."

"Right." she whispered while feeling his lips against her neck for a moment, but in a flash they were gone as he made his way to the room. Momoko sighed as she followed taking off her shoes one at a time to lessen the pain. Flats and sneakers were something she wore most of her days. Sakamoto was already shedding off his clothes as she stared watching his slim figure move around slowly. She grabbed onto one of her nightgowns she left here and made her way into the bathroom. Momoko now was feeling the aches from today remembering the piggyback rides, the dodging of food and crayons, the rough landing of the play, and just this evening altogether come down on her. "A shower would be nice." Momoko turned on the hot water and slowly let the water run over her making her muscles relax.

"You should really quit your job."

"Eep!" Momoko said while covering herself getting a look from Sakamoto who started brushing his teeth. Momoko knew he had seen her naked before and they had sex a few times now, but honestly, she was uncomfortable about it still. Momoko was doing her best to angle away from his sight and used her washcloth to cover up more. "Sorry, um what did you say?"

"Yow shoold kwit that jab of yoors." Sakamoto mumbled while spitting into the sink causing Momoko to look shock at him.

"Why? I still have bills to pay Sakamoto, and I like it there."

"Love, you can easily live with me." Sakamoto said while rinsing his mouth and starting to head out the door.

"I um...still feel like going to my apartment, you know?" Momoko said while she could hear the groan in his voice.

"Whatever then keep changing your mind."

"I wasn't…" Momoko started, but he was already gone, and she wasn't going to chase after him in her state. Momoko wash herself clean, dried and got dressed, then combed and brushed her hair. She made her way into the room to see Sakamoto was already asleep as she slipped into the sheets with him. She could feel him wrap his arm around her as he pulled her in close as she tried to get some sleep before she had to get up.
