Adam talked to his colleagues while Cogsworth made his way towards him, offering a tray full of champagne flutes. They took one by one, emptying the plate, making Cogsworth rush back to the kitchen. It was a merger between Adam's hotel business and the French Government and it was a night of merry. Of great success stories, or of a glorious future-that's what Adam said.

Their champagne glasses glittered and bubbled in their palms, and Adam laughed as they discussed god-knows-what. He still retained his devilish laugh, and that's what made me peel my gaze up from my book. He was now nodding, and sipping the champagne, totally ignoring me sitting mere feet away in the library.

I was averse to the crowd, the loud noise, and the puffs of smoke. It just irked me out. And my hubby promised to stick to me the entire time, but I guess he had forgotten.

Cogsworth arrived with the drink, and I grabbed my champagne. I twirled the liquid and gulped it down my throat in one swift motion, my eyes locked on Adam. Cogsworth widened his eyes, but I raised my palm up, asking him to wait. I downed two more in front of him.

"Your grace," Cogsworth whispered. "The party hasn't ended."

"It's alright," I lied. "I've got this." Truth was, I didn't want to disturb him or make myself show as a clingy wife, making a scene or screaming out his name to seek his attention. That's when I got an idea- to tease him.

I grabbed my phone from my yellow clutch and opened my recent conversations with him, added a naughty gif where the sausage is sliding up and down the half-cut hot dog and below that; I wrote a message.

Save some energy for me tonight. ;)

I tapped the send button and grabbed my drink to turn sideways so that I'm staring at him the entire time. I wanted to see his expression when he saw the message.

He was laughing at the joke someone shared with him, and I sipped my drink. Giggling at the thought of seeing the look on his face. And it wasn't long when he was searching through his coat pockets.

I was snickering now, a wide smile pasted on my lips that burned my cheeks. Maybe it was the champagne that now was working. I kept the glass on the table and gawked at him.

He was still laughing when he glanced at the phone, raised his index finger in the air, as if he excused himself and walked away to the other end of the room, not far away from his group of friends. A smile hovered when the screen ignited his face, and a second later, the smile vanished. His jaw flexed, and he rubbed his palm over his gelled hair and then over his face.

His eyes then wandered around the crowd, and my shoulders bobbed up and down, stifling the laugh. I knew he was searching for me. And he when found me. His turquoise-blue eyes twinkled. He fanned himself with his palm and faked loosening the tie around his neck. As if the text made him hot.

Little he knew that his expression and his handsome face and even his handsome body made me hotter. And wetter.

He pointed his index and middle finger first at his eyes and then at mine as if he's watching me from a distance. And he went back to the crowd. But all this time, his eyes glanced at me, and his face was pinker than before.

I sipped the drink and took off my phone again. This game was getting better than I had thought. I was turning him on, and he couldn't do much about it.

A CONFESSION: Sometimes I've been stroking my phone like it's you.

This time; I kept the phone pressed against my chest. My heart thrummed beneath my rib cage, and I need another glass of drink to numb my veins. God, where was Cogsworth?

Adam's phone was still in his hands and he met my gaze only for a second before he peeked at his phone. Just a light on his screen and he touched the tip of his ear. This time, he didn't look back at me and quickly typed something and put it back into his front pocket.

The phone buzzed instantly, and I looked at the screen.

Spare me for a few minutes, babe. Else, I'll not be able to handle 'my thing' here.

I turned my head back and laughed and when I wiped my tears. Adam's blue eyes locked with mine, gauging my reaction. I suggestively took out my phone and typed, my eyes darting between him and my phone, and he inhaled a deep breath, not breaking his stare even for a second.

Your few minutes seem like hours here. But why do the same minutes feel like seconds when we make love?

I hit send. He shook his head slowly, and I tipped my chin, giddying at him. He took off his phone, muttering to his friends about something, and took a loud sigh as he read the message. Damn, he was turned on now. And looking at his piercing blue eyes, I knew I was going to be punished. Very bad.

He kept his phone back into the pocket, without replying to me, and caressed his heart. His eyes locked on me. I gulped down my drink and looked away from him. I lost my interest in the book, in the meeting and I knew the best way to divert my mind was to get away from him else, he wouldn't be able to finish his work and we would be late than before.

I took off to the washroom. Not the common one, but on the first floor of the castle. The champagne made my vision blurry, but I knew my red colour lipstick had faded. So, I slid my lipstick over my lower lips first and then my upper lips.

When I clamped them shut and then pouted at myself again. Damn, I was blushing. Maybe because of the raunchy messages that I sent him, maybe I was still not over his reaction, or maybe I was turned on like hell. And if he would have followed me, I would have taken him right here, right now.

I gazed at myself once more before I paced out of the door. I was not even out when a strong, familiar arm snaked around my wrist and spun me around. Stealing my breath for a second.

"Are you looking for someone, Belle?"

"Umm," I was so lost in his cobalt blue eyes and sudden heat. "Yes, for my hubby. Apparently, he's too busy to leave me alone and rather spend time with his friends."

He stepped closer to me. "Awww, that's too bad. A woman like you should be treasured. Worshipped. Adored. Not to be left alone for strays to glare at her. You know what, leave him and run away with me."

Wow, he was playing the game, and it was my chance of getting turned on. "You really think so?"

He pulled me closer, making me feel his erection pressing against my stomach. "I know so." He leaned over my ear. "Let's run away. And make love like it's our first time."

"But what about my husband?" I batted my eyelashes at him. "I love him so much."

He met my eyes, and his thumb circled my lower back. Damn, he was enjoying this as well. "I think he's the luckiest man in the world. But tonight, I want to become luckier." His gaze wandered over my lips, and his thumb traced my lower lips. "I want to taste these lips. It's been so long, that I have seen such a beautiful set of lips. Or this."

He grabbed my ass through my yellow cocktail dress and spanked me. And damn, my panties were dripping wet.

"I promise you, that I'll make your night the best of your life. Come, run away with me."

I stared back at him. "Promise me that, you'll never leave me, again."

"Never." He pressed his hand over his heart.

"Lead me then."

When we entered our room, he spun me to sandwich me between him and the wall. "You are mine. Mine."

Before I got a chance to speak, he slammed his lips on mine. All the teasing indeed paid off. His kiss had a hunger, a desire, a passion, and I moaned. My hands rested over the fabric of his coat, and he groaned.

I broke the kiss. "I want you to take me right here."

His eyes popped up as he looked at me. "Are you sure?"

I nodded. It was his fantasy to take me standing. Fully clothed. And tonight seemed to be a perfect time.

A smile formed over his face. "Je t'aime, Belle."

"I love you too, beast. Now. Now."

"Yes, Ma'am." And he didn't disappoint.

And I didn't complain.

Who would have thought that dirty text could lead to one of the best sex of the lives?
