So as you may or may not know I wanted to start up a new Total Drama story in order to get back into the feel for writing TD after being gone for so long. I debated whether to do a story with the show characters or another SYOC, and ultimately compromised with a next generation fic. I've read a lot of these and sadly most don't get past the first few chapters. I think it's a really cool idea though so I'm willing to give it a try. Here are the basic rules for entering an OC.

1. Please use the App I have set. It will make it easier on me to easily find any information I am looking for if I know where in the application to look for. If there's something extra you want to add that isn't in the App feel free to add it on at the end but otherwise please don't deviate much from what I have set.

2. Your OC must be related to a Total Drama character. Direct children is the preference, but nieces/nephews or godchildren are also acceptable. Parents can be 2 contestants or just one with an OC. Any ship is accepted whether it be canon, non-canon, or crack ship. If ship is not canon then please include a brief explanation how they got together.

3. If you have an account PM would be preferred since not only is there more of a risk with accepting from reviews, but PM makes it easier for me to contact and provide feedback. If you are a guest then you may review your OC, but know that I am looking at account users first. Sorry if that is unfair to guests, but I want people who I accept to come back and read the story as well as communicate if I am doing something wrong or give any ideas.

4. You can submit as many characters as you want, but know only 2 characters, from any given person will have a chance to be accepted.

5. Please don't make the OC a carbon copy of their parents. Some similar personality or characteristics is acceptable but they should still feel unique and original. Remember that there's 2 parents so try mixing the personalities of both and then throw in some unique touches for OC.

I will be accepting 23 OCs and entering one of my own for a total of 24 split evenly across gender. I'll be updating as I start to fill up the cast to show how many more characters are needed as well as which Total Drama characters and couples are no longer eligible to use. My OC will be the last one added so don't worry about me taking characters or couples that could be used by someone else.
