Chapter 1: Planning on Gin Ichimaru's Birthday
Gin was still asleep as the sun shined on his face.
Gin groaned as he used his arm to cover his eyes from the bright sun.
"Geez, Mr. Sun, picking on meh again, eh?" Gin said to himself. He turned over only to find out that his lady, Rangiku wasn't in bed with him any more.
Gin opened his eyes and he found himself all alone.
"Awww, guess mah girl gotta do some paperwork." Gin said to himself.
He got out of bed to close the curtains and headed to the restroom to wash up.
A few moments later, Rangiku was hanging out with her girl friends, Hinamori Momo, Nemu Kurotsuchi, and Rukia Kuchiki.
"So Rangiku, what are you going to do for Gin's birthday? Hmm? Hmmmmmm~?" Momo asked as she teased her busty friend.
"Well, he's still asleep. I should ask him if he wants one. If not then maybe we will go on a date in the world of the living." Rangiku said as she blushed.
Rukia giggled, "Awww, I'm sure he'll love that."
"Or we can go shopping and buy a few cute sexy clothes." Nemu said without hesitation.
"Whoa there! Alright, well let me go find him first then I'll see what he's in the mood for." Rangiku said.
"You go bestie. See you in a few minutes." Momo said.
Rangiku waved at them as she left to head to her room.
"Lieutenant Kuchiki, has your redhead friend met everyone yet?" Nemu asked.
"Yes. Right now my little brother, Izaya, is showing her around. I hope she'll meet you soon." Rukia said as she smiled.
Nemu smiled back as the three girls walked off to some quiet place.
Rangiku ran to her door as she panted and knocked on it.
"Baby~! Are you up? I'm coming in even if you're naked.~" Rangiku said in a high pitched voice as she came in.
Gin turned around as he grinned at her, "You know, tha more you keep talkin' in that voice, tha more I'll punish you.~"
Rangiku blushed deeply as she closed the door and giggled.
"Baby, I came to ask you if you wanted a birthday party this weekend~?" Rangiku asked as she used the puppy's eyes and got close to her man.
Gin gulped and looked around, "Uhh, Hmmm? Well…..Uhhhh-" Gin strutted.
Rangiku frowned, "Do you want to go on a date then? In the world of the living? Izaya can recommend us to a good restaurant we can go to." Rangiku asked.
"Babe, you're suppose ta surprise meh, remember~? But yes, I would love to. I want to spend more time with ya.~" Gin said as he lifted up her chin and passionately kissed Rangiku.
Rangiku blushed deeply as she felt her heart pounding.
Gin broke the kiss and hugged her, "See you in a few hours.~"
Rangiku blushed as waved at her man then turned to her closet.
Gin smiled as he walked out of their room and he headed to the kitchen to get something to eat.
Rangiku went through her clothes as she had them all piled up on her bed.
"Yuck! I don't remember buying these!" Rangiku said as she went through them.
The clothes we're either too small, had holes, too loud, or out of trend.
Rangiku groaned as she grabbed her phone and called up her best friend, Momo.
"Hey sweetie, can you come meet me in my room? It's urgent. Thank you.~" Rangiku said as she hung up.
Momo ran to her bestie's room as she panted and knocked.
Rangiku answered as she hugged her and brought her in.
"These clothes are so ugly and outdated! I need new clothes." Rangiku said.
"Then let's head to the mall then. I'm guessing you two are going on a date then?" Momo asked.
"We are, but after that he's having a party." Rangiku said.
"Say no more, Izaya is already on it." Momo replied as she giggled.
"Perfect. Let me find something to wear then we'll head out." Rangiku said.
"Sure thing. I'll be here." Momo said as she sat on her bed.
Rangiku smiled as she headed to the restroom to change clothes.
Gin was outside letting the sun beat on him as he tried to eat.
He was nearly done anyways as he set the tray aside. Then he looked up as he saw his former lieutenant Izuru Kira.
"Hey Gin, is everything alright?" Izuru asked as he sat beside him.
"Yes. Just trying to eat without having the sun beat on meh." Gin replied.
"Why not just eat inside? It's pretty quiet now." Izuru said.
"Meh, I still feel like my presence still makes others feel uncomfortable." Gin said.
"Oh come now, that's so over with. Everyone trusts you." Izuru said.
Gin looked at him then saw that two others we're walking up towards them.
Izuru noticed as he turned around. "Oh, there's Izaya and his friend. I think they're coming up to meet you."
"Gin! Gin come here!" Izaya called out.
"What a dear one he is. I guess he needs me. I'll be right back." Gin said as he stood up.
"You'll love Gin. He's pretty chill." Izaya said to Alice.
Alice nodded as she saw Gin coming up towards them.
"Gin, come here! I want you to meet my friend, Alice Akiko." Izaya said.
Alice saw him as Gin approached them.
"Hello. I'm Ichimaru Gin." Gin introduced himself to Alice.
Alice stood there, she felt cold sweat forming on her forehead. She couldn't move. She felt so cold that her eyes were stiff. But then Alice blinked and shook her head as she bowed.
"Hi, I'm Alice Akiko, it's nice to meet you, Gin." Alice said.
"Wow, I bet you and I are going to get along just fine. Well thank you, Izaya. She's super kind." Gin said.
"Welcome. Also we're still planning a party." Izaya said.
"Alright alright, the aesthetics must be white, light blue, and silver." Gin suggested.
"You got it! See you later." Izaya said as he and Alice waved at him.
Gin did the same as he turned around and went back to Izuru.
"Sorry about that- Ah, mah lady, you're looking gorgeous as ever.~" Gin said as he saw Rangiku.
Thanks love.~ Wait, was that Izaya you were just talking to?" Rangiku asked.
"Yes. He wanted me to meet his friend, that's all. Are ya ready to go, my love?" Gin asked.
"Sure thing sweetie pie.~ See you, Izuru." Rangiku said as she waved at Izuru and held onto Gin's arms as they walked to the gates.
The two were at the world of the living as they headed inside the mall.
"Baby, do you want anything for your birthday?" Rangiku asked.
"You.~ And some cool accessories." Gin replied.
Rangiku giggled as she kissed his cheek. The two then went shopping for hours.
Then they both went to the food court to get something to eat.
Rangiku already got her food as she sat down, waiting for Gin.
Then someone came up and sat their trays beside her.
"Hey you. Having fun?" A voice said.
Rangiku looked up as she gasped, "Wait Alice? Izaya? What are you two doing here?"
"Shopping for Gin's birthday. We need more party supplies." Izaya said.
"Aww, Oh Izaya, can you recommend a restaurant?" Rangiku asked.
"Sure! I'll just text it to you." Izaya said.
"Thanks bestie.~" Rangiku said.
"Whoa there, I didn't know we had guests over." Gin said.
"Sorry. We just happened to see you, that's all." Izaya said.
Gin smiled as he sat by his lady and they ate.
"So Izaya, if I remember correctly, aren't ya dating somebody?" Gin asked.
"Yes, well we're actually engaged." Izaya said.
"Really?! Since when? Oh when's the wedding?" Rangiku asked.
Izaya giggled, "We're still figuring that out."
"Aww, weddings are so beautiful. I can't wait to go to yours. Let us know.~" Rangiku said.
"I will no worries, everyone is invited.~" Izaya said.
Gin smiled as he was done eating his food.
"Loves as much as I love to have company. Can me and mah lady have some alone time~? Just for a minute?" Gin asked.
"Oh Ohhhhh sure Gin.~ Sorry.~" Alice said.
"Don't get too naughty on the dance floor.~ We'll be in the crystal shop.~" Izaya said as he and Alice laughed at their jokes and walked off.
Rangiku blushed as she hid her face, "Never knew they could be a little something.~ So what's up baby?"
"Babe, I was- ummm-" Gin choked on his words.
Rangiku put her finger on his lips, "Baby, I promise we'll go on our date and it'll be amazing.~ Trust me."
Gin smiled, as he sat up and kissed his lady.
The two then got up as they left.
Izaya and Alice came back to the food court and saw that Gin and Rangiku had left.
"Aww man, welp we better head back too." Said Izaya.
Alice nodded as she grabbed her shopping bags and the two headed back to the soul society.
Rangiku and Gin went to their room as Rangiku went through her new clothes.
"Now these are a lot better. I can't wait to wear them." Rangiku said.
Gin smiled as he laid on the bed, "Come cuddle me, Kitten.~"
Rangiku smiled as she crawled into bed with him and cuddled him.
"I love you baby.~ I literally can't wait for tomorrow.~" Rangiku said.
"Same here mah dear.~ I hope you got something very special for me.~" Gin said.
Rangiku giggled as she held onto her man and closed her eyes.
Gin smiled as he did the same.
