hello everyone i am an avid player of fallout 4 and i recently started another playthrough as the minutemen and have decided to turn my headcanon into a story. i have a few minutemen poster mods and the liberty reborn (dlc) mod installed. so lets get into the story. first time writing and i am not good with grammar sorry.
Morgan Barnett was a man without purpose he was a veteran of the army gaining the rank of Brigadier General but at the same time all of his friends were killed and he got to see the real cost of war. Morgan had never been to scarred by the war but had been diagnosed with depression. One sunny october morning after completing his morning routine a man from vault tec knocked on his door telling him about a space in the local vault. Morgan after some hesitation would sign the paper putting in all requested information. (fives across the board but he has all the gun mod perks and the science and robotics perks all of these set to the max.) this decision was one he did not know for the longest time was good or bad. when a news report came in on the impending Holocaust Morgan rushed to the vault and was able to get in. when he got on the platform a nuclear bomb was detonated off in the distance and luckily the elevator lowered into the vault in time.
when nathan was led to the decontamination pods he did not expect to be frozen. However life has always made things better in time and nathan would turn out to be the gaurdian angel the commonwealth needed.
