Bella pov

"Hey dad when you go to work can you drop me off at the park," I said.

"Sure but why," asked dad.

"Well, Edythe wants to play at the park, and then we are going to go get lunch," I said.

"Yeah I guess," said dad.

"Can you drop me off too?" said jasper.

"Sure, go say bye to your mom and tell her I'm taking you guys," said dad. I and Jasper headed to my mom's office.

"Why do you have to come jazz? You have a car" I said.

"Well this saves gas," said jasper.

"I guess you're right," I said.

"Of course I'm right," said Jasper. I knocked on the door.

"Come in," said mom.

"We just came to tell you dad dropped us off at the park on his way to the hospital," said jasper.

"Well have fun text me if you need a ride back," said mom.

"Okay we will," I said. We walked out of mom's office.

"Race you to the car," said jasper.

"Okay," I said. I run as fast as I can. I used to be clumsy but that stopped as I got older. Jasper still beats me. Jasper is in the front seat,

"Daddy tells Jasper to get in the back," I said.

"Jasper, let your sister sit in the front if you want to sit in the front, take your car," said dad.

"Fine picking favorites," said jasper.

"Yes, and it's not you," said dad. All three of us started laughing.

"Good to know dad," Jasper said. I got in the front seat.

"Daddy and I have ten bucks for lunch," I said.

"Sure but I have twenty bucks," said dad.

"Thanks, daddy," I said.

"Can I have twenty bucks?" said jasper.

"No but you can have ten," said dad.

"Fine," said jasper. I'm dying from my phone.

"How do you do that?" texted jasper.

"Well first be daddy little girl also you ask for a small amount of money and get a bigger amount, plus our dad is going to give you the same amount of money" I texted.

"Yeah but you're still his favorite" jasper texted.

"And your mom's favorite" I texted.

"Yeah true" texted jasper.

"Are you guys texting each other while in the same car?" asked dad.

"No of course not," we both said at the same time.

"Your guys," said dad. We are almost at the park.

"We are almost here," I said.

"Oh daddy," I said.

"Yes, baby," said dad.

"Can I get my button pierced?" I said.

"I'll talk to your mom," said dad.

"He gives you whatever you want," texted jasper.

"No, he and mom just always say it's my body. I mean they let me get a tattoo and my nose pierced" I texted.

"I always forget you have a tattoo" texted jasper.

"It's just on my arm" I texted back.

"Yeah well, every time I look at you my eyes burn so I try not to look" jasper texted.

"You are such a jerk," I texted.I lean back and slap him on the arm.

"Dad she smacked me" whined jasper. Dad laughed.

"Well, you probably deserved it," said dad.

"Yeah," I said.

"Okay, we're here, get out," said dad. I and Jasper started laughing. He handed me and jasper three ten.

"Thanks, Dad," we both said. I hopped out of the car. I see Edythe. I ran over to her.

"I'm here," I said.

"Hey" she kisses me.

"You look nice," I said and she did. She was wearing a black tank top and skinny jeans.

"Thank you, you look nice too, '' Edythe said. I turn around and see Jasper walking to Emmet's car. He and Emmett met ten years ago. He said that he and Emmett are longer than any of my friendships. I always say me and Edythe have been friends for twelve years. But he says since we are dating down we don't count. I kissed her again.

"You know I love you right," said Edythe.

"Yes, why?" I said.

"No reason, I just wanted you to know," Edythe said. She is so sweet. I kissed her.

"I love you so much," I said in between kisses.

"Hey, I want to swing," Edythe said.

"Sure," I said. We both ran to the swings.

"What to see who can get higher," Edythe said.

"Yeah," I said.

"My grandma is super pissed that my parents let me get a tattoo with you since our relationship is just a phase," Edythe said.

"Yeah, in the four-year phase," I said.

"More like a twelve-year phase," Edythe said.

"That's how long we've known each other, '' I said.

"Yeah and I fell in love with you the moment I meant you," Edythe said.

"We were four," I said.

"Yeah so," Edythe said. God, I love this woman more than anything.

"You know I asked my dad if I could get a belly button ring and he's going to ask my mom," I said.

"That's cool, I am going to get an eyebrow ring," Edythe said.

"I can believe that we are sixteen and our parents let us get tattoos and piercings," I said.

"Well it's our bodies, '' Edythe said.

"Yeah but Jessica always complains that her parents would never let her get a tattoo," I said.

"Yeah well Jessica's dad is a priest who thinks you and I are sinners," said Edythe.

"Yeah like we care what he thinks," I said.

"I know right," Edythe said.

"You know a long time ago people would have thought we were witches," I said.

"I wish," Edythe said. We both started laughing at how stupid people are.

"God people can be so dumb," I said.

"Yeah," Edythe said. We were swinging pretty high now. I always loved swinging with Edythe.

"Hey, I want to go get lunch," I said.

"Yeah but I won," said Edythe.

"Yeah whatever," I said. When I got closer to the ground I jumped off the swing. Edythe laughed at me.

"God, I love you," said Edythe, laughing. When we were on the ground I kissed her hard.

"I love you too," I said.

"God we are becoming one of those couples that says I love you every five minutes aren't we," Edythe said.

"Yeah but I don't see anything wrong with that," I said, kissing her again. I grabbed her hand.

"Where do you want to go to lunch?" Edythe asked.

"The lodge," I said.

"Sounds good," Edythe said. We walked across the road to the lodge. The lodge was my favorite place to eat. We walked in the door.

"Hey kids," said henry.

"Hey Henry," we said in unison. My phone started ringing. I checked it with my mom.

"It's my mom," I said.

"Go it's fine," Edythe said. I walked out of the lodge. I picked up the phone.

"Hey mama what's up," I said.

"I'm sorry baby but you gotta go home where are you so dad can come to pick you up," mom said.

"Okay I'm at the lodge ill tell Edythe I got to go home," I said.

"Love you, honey," mom said.

"Love you, mom," I said. I walk back into the lodge.

"I have to go back home," I said.

"Okay baby," said Edythe. She kissed me.

"My dad will be here in like five minutes," I said.

"Well we can text after you talk to your parents," Edythe said.

"Okay," I said. I sat down with her. My dad walked in a little bit later.

"Sorry to ruin your date but it is really important," dad said.

"No it's okay Carlisle," said Edythe.

"Well bye," I said, kissing Edythe.

"Bye, call me," Edythe said.

"I will," I said. I kissed her one more time. I followed my dad out of the lodge.

"I am sorry," said dad.

"No it's okay what's going on anyway," I said.

"We will talk about it when we get home," dad said, his voice kind of cracking.

"Daddy what's wrong," I said.

"Nothing baby," dad said.

"Where is Jasper?" I said.

"Emmett's driving him home," said dad.

"Okay dad," I said. We drove home. It only took fifteen minutes to get home. When we pulled in, we saw Emmet's car. They beat us here. I hopped out of the car. I walked into the house dad right behind me.

"Well I'm heading out," said Emmett.

"See you later little girl," said Emmett.

"Shut up Emmett," I said.

"Okay sit down Bella we need to talk" mom said. How she said it made it sound like it was going to change their lives forever.
