Extraordinary Power
In this world people have powers and humans aren't the only sentient beings on the planet. Heaven and Hell exist as well as all creatures associated with those places. Saiyans from DragonBall Z exist in this story as well. Our main protagonist Hunter is human and was born without any powers which has never been heard of and he's been ostracized because of it.

Chapter 1.
Hunter wakes up in a hospital bed. He looks around trying to figure out how he got here and why he's here. As he's looking around he sees his mom sitting in a chair next to his bed.
Hunter: Mom?
Crystal(Hunter's Mom): hey you're awake. How are you feeling?
Hunter: Well my head hurts as well as my chest so there's that. Why am I here? And how long have I been here?
Crystal: You're here because you got shot. And you've been in a coma for 4 months.
Hunter: I was shot?! I was in a coma for 4 months?!
Crystal: yes. You were shot 7 times in the chest trying to save a woman from getting assaulted and when the surgeons were operating on you your heart stopped for about 10 minutes.
Hunter: …..oh...wow *he puts his right hand to his head and he notices that there is weird armor covering his arm*
The armor on the arm looks similar to the Boosted Gear Issei Hyoudou has in High School DXD except it's a whitish gold and blood red and the green parts are silver
Hunter: *examining his arm*
Crystal: Is something wrong?
Hunter: no everything is fine
1 Month Later
Hunter has since been released from the hospital and he is currently living with his friend Zack where he was living a few months prior to getting shot because Hunter's parents kicked him out.
Hunter: Hey Zack
Zack: Hm? *he looks up from his phone*
Hunter: Is it alright if I get one of the sodas from the fridge?
Zack: I don't know why you're asking me. There's nothing saying you can't
Hunter: yeah i know….it's just a weird habit of mine to ask beforehand. *he gets up and walks to the fridge and gets a drink then walks back to the room and sits back down on his bed and he looks at his right arm* ***Ever since I woke up at the hospital ive been developing powers*** *opens the drink and starts drinking it* ***it shouldnt even be possible for me to develop powers***
Zack: *gets out of bed and starts getting ready for work*
Hunter: damn is it that time already? I hate my time blindness
Zack: that must suck
2 hours later
Zack has left for work and Hunter is walking down a street in a city he lives in. as hes walking he accidentally bumps into some guy.
Hunter: im sorry. I didnt mean to bump into you.
Guy: who the hell do you think you are huh?
Hunter: dude chill i said i was sorry….no need to get your panties in a wad.
Guy: *gets mad and punches Hunter in the face causing Hunter to stumble backwards*
Hunter: *puts a hand on his face* really? You punch me over something i said? Wow you are really pathetic.
Guy: you better watch your mouth kid before i make you regret it.
Hunter: you see i would be intimidated if you were….*scoffs* well intimidating.
Guy: *closes the distance and delivers a devastating left hook then right hook then an uppercut sending Hunter flying*
Hunter: *lays on the ground for a minute then slowly stands and hes hunched over and his right arm is hanging down and red lightning starts to spark around the arm and the armor on his arm becomes visible*
Hunter: *his voice slightly changes* you…..you really shouldn't have done that *he looks up at the guy and his irises are a dark red*
Guy: the hell?
Hunter: *he suddenly vanishes then reappears in front of Guy and delivers a devastating right hook to his stomach sending him flying and crashing through a shop*
Hunter: *his eyes return to normal and the armor vanishes and he looks around* …..the…..hell? *he sees Guy laying in the shop badly hurt* …*turns and bolts down the street*
