A crossover between Naruto/I am Number Four/Sekirei enjoy. (Will include Cat Planet Cuties (Which while a seemingly useless anime had some decent characters to draw from.) and even other anime characters like Eureka Seven later on, idk)

*Warning: Excerpts from the I am Number Four novels and books will be used along other books. I own none of them as they belong to their respective owners. Only the minor modifications made to the excerpts made will be mine, but I take no credit for the excerpts from the original books.*

This is Lorien. It's "perfect" here. That's what they say, at least. Maybe they're right. Over the years, Lorien's Office for Interplanetary Exploration has sent recon missions to pretty much every inhabitable planet out there, and they all sound terrible. Take this place called Earth: it's polluted, overcrowded, too hot and getting hotter every day. The way the scouts tell it, everyone there is miserable. The earthlings all spend a lot of time trying to kill each other over nothing; they spend the rest of their time trying not to get killed. Scan through one of their history books—we've got a bunch of them available in the Great Lorien Information Depository—and you'll see it's all just one pointless war after another.

It's like, 'Earthlings, you idiots, get it together!' The thing is, other than Lorien, Earth's about the best place there is out there. He's not even going to bother mentioning Mogadore. Talk about a dump. Here on Lorien there's no war. Ever. The weather's always perfect, and there's enough variation in ecosystems that you can find a place with whatever your own version of perfect weather is. Most of the place is pristine forests, perfect beaches, mountains with views you wouldn't believe. Even in the few cities we've got, there's plenty of space to move around and no crime at all. People don't even argue all that much. What is there to argue about?

The place is perfect, so of course everyone's happy. Like, always. You walk down the street in Capital City and you see everyone smiling like a bunch of happy zombies. But there's no such thing as perfect, is there? And even if there is, then he would have to say: "perfect" is pretty boring. Personally, he hates boring. Admittedly he always does his best to find the imperfections. That's where the fun usually is. Although, come to think of it, as far as a lot of people are concerned he was the biggest imperfection of all.

It's positively un-Loric.

The hovercraft cleared a few particularly dense acres of forest and came to a stop at the edge of the Malkan Kabarak. Jiraiya silently jumped out and immediately turned away from the perimeter fence, heading away from the settlement. Looking at his tablet, he felt himself shiver in nervousness. He was here to meet a Garde. His Garde. See, Jiraiya had only recently been promoted to a Mentor Cêpan, and his testiness could be written off as mere nerves. A Mentor Cêpan's first meeting with his Garde is a pretty big deal. The bond between a Mentor Cêpan and his Garde mentee is considered almost sacred—almost as strong as the bond between a parent and child. And it lasted for life, even after the Garde was grown up and no longer under the Cêpan's direct tutelage.

Most could see how meeting someone you're going to have that kind of relationship with could freak a person out. Jiraiya kept reading the information as he made his way up the path. "Garde's raised by his grandfather, and the grandfather lives this far out of the city for a reason. Hates technology, speed-craft. Apparently he still likes to do things the old way. Glad i was so far out, didn't want to surprise him with the sound of the engine." Gradually, a small hut came into view up ahead, followed by a quickly approaching shape. It was racing right at him.

A Chimæra.

Before Jiraiya knew what was happening, the Chimæra leapt off the ground and right into him, knocking the mentor off his feet and onto his back. The Chimæra had taken the form of some kind of grinning, oversized canine.

Out came its huge dog tongue, scratchily enveloping Jiraiya's entire face. Within seconds, he was drenched. Chimæra are pretty common on most of Lorien, but they mostly keep away from the city. Jiraiya hadn't been licked by one of the creatures since he was little, and hadn't enjoyed it even then. "Kurama! Kurama! Down!" The animal immediately responded to the sound of its owner's voice and obediently jumped off of Jiraiya, then scooted down the road toward where the voice was coming from. Jiraiya grumbled to himself as he stood and dusted off. A moment later, Kurama had returned with his master, a grinning little boy dressed in a Garde's distinctively fitted suit. The boy's skin and hair were messy, caked in red dust, the whites of his eyes and teeth blazing through the dirty mask of his face.

He grabbed a tuft of the beasts shag and swung himself up on top of the Chimæra with no fear at all. Lots of people out in the country were like this with the animals; they'd been raised with them. Jiraiya still thought it was weird. Even when they took on cute, cuddly forms, it was hard to forget exactly how powerful they really were. "Hi," the kid said.

"Hi," Jiraiya said awkwardly. Honestly, he was unsure of what he was supposed to do next. Just then, a burly man emerged from the hut down the road and walked towards us, in no hurry. Not quite as dirt-caked as the boy, he was roughly dressed in only loose canvas pants and a few strands of ceremonial necklaces. His skin was weathered, whipped dry and cracked by the outer winds.

"Hello," he called out to Jiraiya from a few paces away. "Is there something I can do for you?"

Jiraiya cleared his throat before he spoke, "Yes. I am from the Lorien Defense Council. I've been selected as your grandson's Mentor."

The man cocked his head. "A bit early. Boy's got a few years left before LDA stewardship."

"Grandpa?" asked the boy, still astride his Chimæra.

His grandfather kept his eyes on Jiraiya, ignoring the boy. Jiraiya was nervous, fumbling for something within the folds of his tunic. "I need nothing from you at the present moment except your consent to give this to your boy." He pulled out bracelet from within his tunic, pretty much the same as the government ID band all citizens were issued, but bigger. "A new security protocol, nothing more."

The elderly man had no idea what Jiraiya was talking about—the protocols for Garde and their Mentors weren't something he had studied at all—but figured the LDC was doing some kind of tracking of young Garde. The boy's grandfather seemed reluctant, but the kid charged forward on the Chimæra and snatched the band right from Jiraiya's hand. He whooped triumphantly from the top of his Chimæra and slid the band up his wrist all the way to his elbow, then raced off down the road, kicking up a cloud of red dust in his wake. "He's a spirited child," the boy's grandfather said. There was something a little sad about the way he said it, something Jiraiya couldn't quite put a finger on.

"He needs to keep the band on at all times." Jiraiya seemed anxious about this point. He could read the old mans worry. It was one thing for the boy to wear the band for fun, as part of a game, another thing altogether to ensure that he continue to wear it. Jiraiya needed the grandfather behind this. "It's imperative."

"I understand," the man said. But it sort of sounded like he didn't.

Looking at it in a new light. It was no longer just an ID, or a locator.

XxX Jiraiya's POV XxX

I jumped when I felt something vibrating at my wrist. I looked down in surprise, forgetting that I still the damned ID band. It was rattling, buzzing urgently. I silenced it only for the band to once more vibrate again. I pulled the ID band off to inspect it, to figure out why it was rattling so insistently. As I held it in both hands, the vibrating band tickling the bones of my fingers, I inspected the digital interface. The small rectangular screen was blinking, as was the single word, "Alert." Panic began to rise in my chest. What could have triggered this kind of alarm? Was it a test of the system or something?

No.

I knew somehow that the alert signaled something far worse than that. I thought of the strange dreams I had experienced just weeks before. I thought of my friend Daxin in the bar, behaving as if something was seriously wrong. I thought of the unexplained column of light that had shined three months prior. And I thought of the Elder's Prophecy, all of Lorien had been warned. Many had preached it. I myself had been warned my entire life of it. My own wife, bless her soul, even said it was unavoidable.

One day, a great threat will come...

I looked up as I heard something falling from the sky, "Something bad is about to happen." My knee's went weak from nervousness. The ground shook underneath me, but I couldn't tell why.

Then, the roof came down.

XxX

Returning to consciousness, I took inventory.

Blackness.

Silence.

Pain.

I forced myself up. through the blackness, clutching blindly forward with my hands, I felt smashed stone, the wettness of my blood in my palms, the acrid tang of smoke against my still sightless eyes.

Sound returned faster than vision. It was a ringing in my ears, the exact opposite of the hypnotic music that had just been playing on my radio moments before. This was concussive, earsplitting. In agony, I clutched my head to try and force it out, but the pain was persistent and kept rising. My home, the home of dozens of others, had been bombed. I could make out dull sounds. Moaning. Screaming. Crying. I turned my head left and right, trying to find a source of light. Anything to help me figure out exactly what had happened.

That's when I saw the fire, rising up the entrance wall, small but still growing bigger.

It wasn't til I tried standing that I realized my foot was pinned by a piece of rubble. With some effort, I managed to shove the large rock off my body to get to my feet.

Then it hit me.

The boy, I needed to get the boy.

The band continued to vibrate against my wrist, the small screen still showing that damned "Alert" bullshit it was showing.

Suddenly my Mod begun to vibrate. I quickly pulled it out and accepted the call, "Lira!" i said with haste and urgency.

"Jiraiya, thank the Elder's you're alright. The planet is under attack. We need to get the children to the airstrip before it's to late. There's not enough time to fully explain everything, but when you and your charge get here things will become more clear. We leave in two hours, if you're not here, we will have no choice but to leave you and the child behind."

"Whoa whoa whoa, hold on, what's this all about. I just became a Mentor Cêpan days ago. I haven't even been told of what my role in this bullshit is supposed to be yet, all I know is that I have to keep him alive no matter what the cost is." I said.

"All willbe revealed in due time, just get your Garde, and get to the airstrip."

And with that, Lira hung up.

XxX Normal POV XxX

Jiraiya rounded a crest that gave out to a narrow field among other hills. Quickly pulling the hovercraft to a stop, he jumped out and raced down the dirt path. When his search of the house proved fruitless, he was alerted to the location of his charge by a smell that led him away from the house and into the woods. A large campfire blazed nearby, and as he moved closer, he saw the boy's grandfather crouched next to it. He looked up at the mentor. The boy and his Chimæra were nowhere to be seen. The man gestured at the seat beside him. Jiraiya nervously stepped forward and took a seat next to the campfire.

Whatever he was cooking smelled delicious. It was nearly dawn, and he hadn't eaten since yesterday afternoon. Jiraiya could feel his mouth begin to water at the smells.

The man gestured to the pot, "Eat." he said calmly.

He did as he was told, using the stone ladle to gather some of the food into a small bowl provided by the elderly man. Despite being in his sixties, he would easily live another two centuries, if he wasn't killed in this invasion that is though it was unlikely.

Jiraiya ate quickly before taking a second helping, "It's delicious." he said as he polished off the second bowl.

"You've come for my boy." the boys grandfather said as he accepted the bowl from Jiraiya.

"Yes." Jiraiya said, realizing why the grandfather had allowed him to join him. He had known he was coming all along.

"He is all I have." he said, "Anyone can see that there is something special about him. My gift allows me a rare glimpses at the thread of destiny, and I have always known this day would come. The day I met you, I knew it wouldn't be long." he said before sighing and running a hand through his slightly gray hair, "Nine young Garde. There is a reason only nine are leaving. It's all for a reason. There has to be Nine. Nine Cêpan, Nine Garde. That is the way it's supposed to be." he stated as he looked at Jiraiya.

Jiraiya's ID band hadn't stopped vibrating. Here by the campfire, with this strong, simple man staring him down, Jiraiya felt like a child. Jiraiya stood up, "Excuse me." he said as he pulled the device out of his pocket and looked at the screen. A second wave had been confirmed.

Lorien was being attacked en mass. Ground forces from the enemy had already landed. The combined forces of the Mogadorians and Dogisian's were ripping our people apart, destroying everything of non important value, while they could find anything worth value and taking it for themselves.

He was still wondering what it all meant when he felt his legs give out from underneath him. The device went flying out of Jiraiya's hands and landed with a thud on the ground. But it was only the boy, who'd lunged at his legs and knocked him onto the ground. He was stronger than he looked and he knew it. He threw himself onto his back in the grass and giggled with wild pride, the metal band on his wrist glinting under the firelight. "Gotcha!" the boy exclaimed happily.

Jiraiya wondered if he would remember this night, and if he did, whether he would remember with sadness what he was about to lose or with happiness for what, for a few more moments at least, he still had. Jiraiya mustered up a smile in response. "Not yet, pal." he said as he retrieved his mod from where it had landed in the grass and picked himself up, kneeling in the dirt with the fire at his back. He opened his arms and the boy ran into them unquestioningly. Jiraiya scooped him up and stood, and as he did, Jiraiya looked over at his grandfather, just for a moment. He stared back at him with great sadness.

He knew they had to leave. But he just had to ask him one more thing, "You said your Legacy allows you to see people's destiny." He said to the old man, "Can you see anything now?"

"He will be important, that's all I know." the man said sadly.

"What about me?"

The man smiled at him, also in sadness, "You will be important also, but you will die." he said.

Jiraiya knew he was right. It was ok though. They were all going to die eventually. At least he knew he would die making a difference. As Jiraiya walked away the boy gave a whistle and several Chimæra raced out the woods and joined them, some shifting to small animals that perched themselves on the boys head while the others encircled the duo protectively, almost as if they knew they would have to fight for their masters life. But it was the one with red eyes, Kurama, that had drawn his attention most. He had taken the lead and was looking around in search of anything that would harm his master with the intent to harm the boy.

As they walked further down the path, the boy's arms wrapped around Jiraiya's neck, the Cepan looked over his shoulders one last time to look at the man who had raised his permanent charge. The man's cheeks were streaming tears that ran in deep furrows through the caked dust on his cheeks and into his beard.

And then the next wave of missiles came crashing down in thundering explosions in the distance.

It was now or never, they had to leave.

XxX

They had barely made it. Him and the boy had raced through the city, but had nearly been killed when their transportation had been attacked. Luckily, they had managed to get out with the Chimæra safely and get to cover while the beasts had shredded the attackers. The nine animals were unstoppable as a pack, but even they were no match for the sheer numbers they were facing, and most of them had perished in battle. All except one, Kurama, who had fought with a rage induced roar as he grew to a size that allowed him to literally wipe out the entire army that had blocked their path, his sheer ferocity even sending a large portion of the enemy forces running in terror as he tore through their ranks like paper in the wind, allowing his rage over his fellow Chimæra dying to fuel his desire to protect the boy with his dying breath if it came down to the moment.

Regardless, the beast was alive. Bloody from being wounded in battle, but alive nonetheless. Arriving at the airstrip, Jiraiya was quick to notice eight other children and their own mentors waiting for them. There were several older men and women, presumably the young children's own grandparents, but even now they were bloody and tired from the constant fighting. There were a couple other Chimæra lurking about, standing near the young children they would protect til their dying breath much like Kurama would, and his brethren had done for them.

A man Jiraiya would recognize anywhere walked up to them, his face a mask of seriousness, "Are you the last?" he asked.

"Yes Elder Loridas, we are. We were gonna have a few more Chimæra, but they gave their lives for us to get here, all that remains is the one my charge calls Kurama." Jiraiya explained to the elder.

"Yes, and they will be honored in their next life very well. Come, we need to cast the charm before we are found." he said as he motioned to a large sigil carved into the ground, "You put your charge here, the rest of you pick a spot. We have no time to waste." Loridas said urgently. Placing the filthy boy in the circle he could see was in actuality was a number one, he watched as the others were placed in the remaining numbers that counted to nine before a red glow was emitted from the ground under the children before it crawled up their bodies before dying down.

A charm had been cast upon all of them, but they would never fully understand what it meant unless it was explained in depth by the elder. Loridas sighed, "The charm will protect all of them, but only if they remain apart fully. There are only three ways for this charm to break. The first is if all of them gather as a group. The second is if your charge is found and killed first." Loridas said looking at Jiraiya directly as he spoke, "The final is if they discover the Legacy of Energy Manipulation which makes up the power of the Charm and absorb into themselves. Highly unlikely for a long time, but developing Legacies is always random. Now hurry, onto the ship, you must leave now, before it is to late." Loridas said rushing them up a ramp that quickly began to close up after the last child had been pulled up into the darkness.

It would be the last time, any of them, would see their home again.

The ship was quick to race up into the heavens, somehow managing to avoid all detection as it reached the planets atmosphere. Jiraiya sat in the cockpit with Liren, the fourth Garde's mentor, as they piloted the large golden vessel, "Alright we've reached the upper atmosphere, activating hyper-drive." the dark haired man said as he pressed a console, which then glowed for a second before the golden spaceship vanished without a trace into the stars.

Jiraiya flipped several switches before he sighed, "It'll take seven years to reach earth at this speed. We need to use the Trans-dimensional transport." he said.

"And risk frying every system on board, no. We'll locate a natural corridor and use the stabilizers we have. It'll take a bit of time, but it won't endanger us." Liren said before grinning, "And luckily, I am a expert on trans-dimensional-thermonuclear-astrophysics."

"How long til we find a damn wormhole?" Jiraiya sighed out in annoyance.

"I already located one, it'll just be a matter of plotting a interception course, which I have already done by the way. Then, it'll be a month until we intercept it and once that is done, it's a straight shot to our destination." he told the long haired mentor of the first young Garde.

"Well, not like we have no better option. Come on, we best get some rest while the autopilot flies the ship." Jiraiya said as he unbuckled and climbed out of his seat.

Once they had intercepted the trans-dimensional portal, they would only require a year before reaching their destination. But, they had to ensure that they were prepared for such a journey, but would any of them be prepared for what came next though?

-One Year Later-

Currently, in the hyper-dimensional corridor of space (meaning a wormhole for those who never studied the school given lessons of thermonuclear astrophysics) a sleek golden vessel was finally nearing its destination after almost an entire year of travel. What had been a year of traveling through space, traveling through the wormhole to provided them a shorter travel time, never stopping to let the engines recover their lost crystalline energies that the humans could never hope to recreate on their own. It was all or nothing, to save their people from the brink of annihilation, and maybe, just maybe revive their fallen people.

Shooting out of the galactic highway, the golden vessel finally locates the planet it had been tasked with reaching a entire year ago.

The vessel measures 722 meters long and is best described as 'dagger shaped,' though this hardly begins to describe the vessel's appearance. The forward hull tapers out like the front two-thirds of a surfboard and resembles the chine hull-form configuration of a A-12 HABU (Blackbird) style spy plane. The 'Hilt' starts out as a pronounced sphere, with large bulbous twin nacelle-like structures that end in triangular vanes that enclose twin multi-chambered exhausts located along the stern of the vessel. Smaller transverse thruster exhausts are located along the belly. The star-ship is configured to 'surf' an atmosphere or even a hydrosphere similar to a wave-rider aerospace vehicle but on a much larger scale. The star-ships enormous size will easily rival old dreadnought class warships of the twentieth century, but is more advanced.

(It's a fucking STAR-SHIP)

The keel is pronounced along the belly and is reminiscent of a Celtic warriors ribbed axe blade. The vessels outer plating is described as a shimmering mirror-like golden metal, composed of ultra-hard material superior to diamond laced tritanium carbon metals. It cannot be cut using state of the art high intensity lasers. It is resistant to heat and friction, and smooth to the touch that it defies description. Multiple panels can be distinguished as semi translucent banks of solar cells, the hull in fact appears to be constructed as a solitary unit. The vessels hull can function as a magnetoaerlectric propulsion and levitation system by tapping into the gravity well of a planet.

The indigenous magnetic field of Earth, or rather any planet with a heavy iron core would be sufficient to power such a mode of atmospheric propulsion. Located just beyond the dagger shaped bow is a aerodynamic ring and four conjoined nacelles. This functions as a stabilizing structure during warp speed travel and control of quantum gravity tunnels (Wormholes) for faster means of transportation.

The entire group had been happy to reach their destination. They had studied the entire planets cultural preferences and histories. Studied the languages to better fit in. Now, all that was left, was to land, hide the ship, and spread apart to allow the charm to take full effect. Jiraiya and One, as they called his charge, would be heading to America.

A place called Texas to be exact.

The others had opted to keep their locations secret in case Jiraiya and One were found quickly and killed. Hugs were given, goodbyes were spoken. And surprisingly enough, One had been given four kisses by the remaining female Garde causing the boy to turn a scarlet red so deep Jiraiya almost thought all the blood in the boys body had rushed upwards and would make One pass out. When they had finally gathered their belongings, including individual chests made by the Elders for their specific Garde (Their numbers were carved into the chests so they wouldn't be mixed up) they all went their way to begin their life on earth.

One grunted as he ducked under a swing of a wooden staff before he brought his own up to stop the next attempt to hit his head. Currently they were in their rec room, aka the fortress of solitude as Jiraiya had taken to calling it. A reference to the the movie Superman, which Jiraiya fucking loved to death if the shirt he wore was a indication. A couple more blocks later and One found his feet swept out from underneath his feet and saw his mentor swing his staff at him, only to hold it at his chest, "And that is match One." he said to the young Garde.

A snort and Jiraiya felt himself being flung back by a unseen force where he found himself landing on his back and his charge suddenly appearing above him with his staff aimed at him in the striking position, "No, this is match, Jiraiya." One grinned at him cockily.

"Cheeky brat, using Telekinesis was not part of our agreement. Also, don't think I didn't notice you teleporting above me to take the win." Jiraiya stated.

One snorted in amusement as he allowed his guardian to get to his feet, "Well we never fully discussed what i could and could't do, so the fact I beat you just shows that I am getting better." One laughed.

Jiraiya sighed, "Listen, Naruto, we agreed that we would head to Tokyo when the year was up. Your legacies have been in development for the past eleven years ow, and they are developing quicker now. We need to move so the enemy wont find us, and I don't know if you remember or not, but let me remind you that you are the first in lie to die amongst the remaining Garde. I don't know about you, but I do like the idea of continued life. Preferably without having to worry about a overconfident Garde I'm supposed to look after and help beat a near unstoppable army of blood thirsty Mogadorians." Jiraiya stated.

"You forget, most of their weapons would have to hit me first, cause significant damage to me, remain intact and actually hurt me in order to kill me. Last I checked, inorganic disintegration turns anything that I want to dust, teleportation allows me to move anywhere I want as long as I can get to a destination, my healing factor alone allows me to fight longer than any of the other Garde despite grievous wounds, not to mention if I wanted I can literally vanish from sight with my ability to turn invisible, and if those don't work I still have the ability to generate a force field and create weapons and other things from those same force lets not forget I have several other Legacies that allow me to give my opponents a hard time and then-some. Trust me Jiraiya, I am not going down without giving them a fucking fight they won't forget. It'll be fine. We'll, be fine." One, now named Naruto spoke softly.

"I know you worry about me, but I have been developing powers for years, and you've been training me for just as long as I can remember, ever since we left home in fact. You don't have to worry about my complete safety anymore. As long as I make sure not to expose myself to the humans, we remain hidden. I know the rule, stay to myself, don't fight the humans. Your other rules all have the same concept of misleading the humans and keeping us safe. It won't be long til the others begin developing the Legacies or even begin searching for me or the others so we can begin a full out plan to kill the Mogadorians." Naruto said running his hand through his blond hair, which had grown just as long as his mentor's own, and was even similarly styled.

Jiraiya may have been in his fifties, but he was still young by Loric standards.

Naruto walked over to a table that held a bunch of... things that nobody on earth could ever hope to identify. He has a short sword that, from what Jiraiya said, was made from Voron. Now, Voron was supposed to be a extremely rare type of tree that grew on Lorien in the harshest of environments. It was so rare that the legendary Legacy used by Elder Pittacus Lore was more common. The wounds given by any weapon created from Voron, bever healed no matter what was used. The scars would be permanent and would never fade away as they always looked fresh.

He had been given a small one on his pinky to show just how deadly the weapon truly was.

Of course he also had things like: Liquid Loralite (Also rare), Loric Salt, Xitharis (Kinda rare?), Vortex beads (His favorite item by far, so destructive), Healing stone (Not needed), some weird stone that passed through his hand (A good prank back in school, which resulted in a quick leave to a new state), Sustenance cubes, Water Cubes(?), a Loric Grenade Launcher, a Loric energy pistol, a Loric long-sword (it could fold in on itself, which was awesome), a glass ring that allowed him to increase his strength (He already had the Super Strength (known as Fortem for humans) Legacy so why not double it?), a pair of Concussion gloves (they made shockwaves when clapped, yay), a pair of premonition/precognition shades (styled like Tom Cruise aviators, also cool), He also had two gems (one white, the other black) that distorted time (by a damn minute) in both forward and reverse (he was still learning to use them), a rubber ball that ejected spikes when used (a fun training tool in his opinion, Kurama loved it as well), a pipe staff (nigh unbreakable, and it was known as a Joust on Lorien, and he was rather good with using it), a X-Ray stone (come onpeople it's not that hard a concept here), and a small six inch dagger that cut through anything which came with a shield that could turn into a bracelet about half his size and was around four feet wide.

He had a lot more in that chest, but right now, he just liked his fun stuff.

Like the EMP concussion grenade (He knew how to make those now, thanks in part to Jiraiya telling him the components, which were easily obtainable on earth surprisingly). There was also the shock grenade (it blew up, and sent out arcs of lightning, how cool is that!), a Cryogenic grenade (do you really need that one to be explained?), a antimatter grenade (he discovered that one by accident... don't ask, Jiraiya was still mad over what happened back in mexico with that particular event), The Chronos (?) grenade (A time (?) grenade, still being developed) and then the multiplier (it basically exploded a dozen times in a row, his own design actually... also in mexico, please don't ask)

Lastly he had some Loricyde. Loricyde is a Loric substance that can penetrate any shield or heavy armor and there was no shield on Earth that can stop bullets that were made with this that can stop them.

So yeah, he had a lot of down time to both discover what he had, what he could make, and what he could do with his chest items.

Also, don't tell Jiraiya this, but he was developing a rifle that looked like a glove (it was inspired by the Chitari weapon that sat on the arm and stuff from the movie Avengers made back in 2012 or whatever.)

He was a weapon enthusiast ok, sue him. Things that cut, exploded, and or ripped the foundations of space/time apart made Naruto very happy so don't judge. Apparently it was a trait from his old man's family.

Well regardless of his toys/training equipment, with the day done, he had to finally pack away his shit so they could move on with their journey. He could only hope that the never ending nightmare of never settling down in one place ended soon.

His wish would come true soon enough, but it wasn't the only thing that was going to happen.
