A minor revision of second game's ending (this is a one-shot fanfiction)

Part One

Sierra Young and Ivan Kozlov have finally arrived at the "Central Station" which was where they could find electricity to destroy the virus that was developed by Ivan and called "Echidna".

Ivan had to fix himself and make it right by stopping the crime that he and David has helped to that "Apollo" guy to develop and that guy was probably planning to release it in the United States to get his petty revenge on the government itself.

Then… Apollo came in while they were in the middle of destroying it and revealed that he was none other than… Mayor Goldstein.

And after Ivan's minor argument about what to do with "Echidna" virus with Mayor Goldstein as Sierra Young went somewhere to hide to be safe from gunshots…

Ivan Kozlov was shot by Mayor Goldstein as he was not useful to him, and Ivan was simply thrown off into one of the sinking areas of the city by one of his goons on a payroll, they could do it easily as if he was nothing or had no value as a human being.

But at the last minute, Ivan managed to grab onto his foot and made sure that the goon fell into the water along with him.

Ivan himself managed to swim into the safety as the goon was not a good swimmer and got taken in the flow of those hard and cold waves and probably has died off.

He started to crawl towards the big fuse box which contained all the electricity and realized Mayor Goldstein has somehow left cable that connected the "Echidna" virus to that big fuse box which contains enough electricity to destroy the virus for good.

Only thing he needed to do was watching out for that asshole Goldstein's movement around the area and he did exactly that…

He crawled towards the fuse box and quickly turned it on… and enjoyed Echidna being destroyed while that asshole which was called Mayor Goldstein is left in pain and agony since the virus was gone for real and he cannot get to achieve all of these evil and sinister plans that was on his mind for years by now.

Goldstein shot Ivan two more times and left to hunt for some of the helicopters that are still in the Geo City which he formerly ran and he was sure that they would not manage to notice him before he and his helicopter approaches and shoots rockets and some other stuff right at their direction as they are too busy evacuating people right now.

Part Two

Paige has decided to not even have mercy upon Emily (let alone forgiving her) and she simply walked to the rooftop where she jumped in the helicopter to get her ride out of while Emily could not hold on or get up due to how weak her body was and fell off to the waves below and died off… and only person that was to blame is Emily on this particular case since Paige was left too traumatized to even think about it in a reasonable or rational way, after all.

Mayor Goldstein's helicopter has arrived on top of the helicopter they are currently getting evacuated on and started to fire right at their helicopter.

Their helicopter nearly fell victim into these rockets that was being fired at their direction by that goon but the recoil made that evil guy slip off the helicopter and Goldstein did not grabbed his hand to save him as he was an evil guy which thought every human life in the planet was just worthless according to him and his evil ideology.

The people that were inside was left in shock and tried to keep the helicopter steady after that rocket barely missed the helicopter that they are evacuating in.

Mayor Goldstein shot at the pilot and the principal that kept trying to hold the helicopter on air despite all of their desperate attempts on killing of all of those remaining survivors that are still unlucky enough to be evacuating from the city now of all times and places.

Paige and Kelly found some ground to hold onto while the helicopter fell and the two other students were taken in by the cold waves and probably was going to freeze to death, after all.

Then, Mayor Goldstein thought that the flooding disaster would eventually kill both of them off and left the area.

They found some grounds to get up and sit on and started to wait for another helicopter and they had enough food and warm places around this area even if it took a few hours or a whole day for these searching teams and their helicopters to arrive around here once again.

Part Three

Joshua has finally got to reunite Stephanie and her father after he also escorted him to have a short meeting and reunion with her mother, which is named Claire Wyatt, even if she was on her deathbed and did not really have much time to talk with her.

Stephanie seemed to talk about how glad she was about meeting with Joshua to his father in the distance, and the collapse of floor started to happen once again due to the continuously rising water levels reaching in this part of town which includes Media Tower.

Stephanie and his father started to get up with the helicopter as Joshua rushed to get on top of that Tower with all the energy that he has left on his legs.

All that he hoped in this short running marathon which will lead him straight into the Media Tower itself was the fact that his legs did not betray him and get tired enough to stop or fall over.

But thankfully, none of what he have feared did not happen to him and he reached and set foot upon the entrance of the Media Tower. When he entered in it and was going to go up the ladders to quickly get into the top floor and jump on the helicopter…

But a male that was a stranger to him called out to him, and that man has surprised Joshua more than he was supposed to due to the side effects of all that adrenaline which his body emitted or created due to how he kept on running for hours by now.

Joshua grabbed the man that could barely say any words on his back, and he started to run to the top floors by climbing the stairs, and right when he was doing that…

Mayor Goldstein appeared with his convoy, the convoy of two helicopters has weapons including a mini-turret, two rocket launchers and another goon which has a sniper on it, and threw his pistol right at Joshua to give challenge to the people he called "pain-in-the-ass", according to what he said before he threw the pistol towards him.

Joshua did not think of something stupid like trying to shoot at the Mayor Goldstein, or his pilot and even the helicopter for that matter… and Joshua simply kept running towards the top floor with that wounded guy still on his back.

At a certain point, he needed to go up a big ladder to finally get closer to his goals of reaching the top floor of the Media Tower.

And when Joshua started to climb up on that long-ass ladder as fast as he can, the man behind him grabbed an item that was on his back threw a firehose on top of the helicopter that was getting close to them and started to pull it towards them and Media Tower, it crashed right into a location that was dangerously close to them and that guy fell off and died as a direct result of what he did…

Joshua kept climbing as fast as he can and he finally got up on top floor and quickly crawled up towards the highest place on the top floor of Media Tower itself when the Media Tower started to get unstable and cave in towards the flooding areas.

Her father drove the helicopter close to where he is standing on and Stephanie called out to him after the helicopter was close enough.

Joshua turned around and saw the fact that "Steph" dropped a big "ladder" that solely consisted and was made of ropes and a few other metallic things.

He quickly jumped towards it and could barely avoid a rocket that Mayor Goldstein has fired towards him with the rocket launcher that are left on his helicopter as the other helicopter with the goon fell down and he only has a pistol and a few rocket launchers left to fire upon their helicopter.

Their biggest issue now are the last remaining helicopter that Mayor Goldstein is driving and shooting at them on.

They lowered the helicopter to avoid rocket and sniper fire from Mayor Goldstein himself as his pilot kept driving for him.

Joshua came up with a great plan in his mind and told them about it.

They tried to lower near him, lower near the helicopter of Mayor Goldstein… the plan sounded very crazy to the Stephanie at first, but her father and his private pilot decided to get low and try to crush into his helicopter just a little bit to shake him up.

As they crashed and it shook up and the other pilot barely has saved their helicopter from crashing right into their helicopter.

It was a minor success for them but they did not have the time to celebrate, as Mayor Goldstein was still trying to shoot at them but he was also starting to run out of ammo due to missing all of them except the very poor and unfortunate guy that was the former pilot of their helicopter.

One of the sniper bullets have landed on the head of their pilot, and their father got into the helicopter's pilot deck after throwing him out of the door.

Mayor Goldstein kept coming after them as they kept circling around the Media Tower… it was as if he wanted to crash to all of the debris that are currently falling along with the Media Tower, after all.

Stephanie has decided to bring up another one of these crazy ideas, and she said that they should risk it and try flying right through the openings of the Media Tower as it has a lot of debris falling off right now and it's barely even able to stand up by now and seems unstable enough to fall off completely sometime very soon.

"That would be lead that Mayor right into the trap as all he sees is a bloodbath when he looks at us right now." said Stephanie.

Both her father and Joshua nodded their heads and agreed with her whole new plan since it might save them.

And as expected of that old foolish cunt and dope, Mayor Goldstein has been led right into a trap, which was their smartly-planned trap, so it was a bit normal even that evil bio-trash fell victim to it, after all.

Mayor Goldstein tried to reach the top as their helicopter was going right into it too, and he tried to shoot whatever ammo he had left from his gun since he was very desperate to get near their helicopter and kill them, it was as if he was obsessed with the sole idea of killing them by now.

All of a sudden, another major player has entered the game and the luck itself started to get on their side even more with this new uninvited guest arriving from within the police RV helicopter, the uninvited guest was the woman that had her face all over the news as a fleeing fugitive that was on the run, after all.

But Aidan, which was the helper of that antagonistic mayor, was currently sitting inside that helicopter (along with Amber Brazil and that one police officer that is inside there) with handcuffs… and that mostly revealed the truth about what happened to the killer to them now.

Since they were even more encouraged to get rid of the Mayor right now, some energy came to them… and both Joshua and Stephanie screamed towards the pilot of that police helicopter to fire a few rockets and bullets right at the debris and ask questions of it directly to them later on.

As the pilot cop did not really protest and did fire upon the parts of Media Tower which remained stable despite everything, it all started to came apart and that firehose which was left stuck on somewhere nearby has landed on the propeller of Mayor Goldstein's helicopter and that string of events was very unfortunate for him and slowed him down while the helicopter he was chasing got out of the way of debris very quickly too.

Mayor Goldstein started to cry and fire all of the remaining ammo from his pistol and the rockets and both of his hands were not empty during the time he did it.

All of the bullets and rockets could simply hit and blow the debris and only gave him enough time to grab onto a stable part of the Media Tower with his left hand as they all watched his helicopter fell down and explode… he also lost his guns and could not even try to shoot at their helicopter anymore.

Joshua and Stephanie screamed and laughed in pure happiness as a result, and got their tongue out right towards his face…

"You brats, how DARE you mock me and my honor as a public enemy and a mayor both!" He roared and tried to keep standing on the Media Tower, despite how all of it was falling towards the water even faster now.

They had the last laugh as they watched the Media Tower slowly sink into the water as a whole….

The last sounds that Mayor Goldstein could even make have sounded like "BBLUBGUHHBLUBGUH" or something similar to that tone of voice.

And then, a merciless villain got the taste of his medicine as he could not really swim that good either and quickly sunk onto the depths of ocean along with the Media Tower.

Both Joshua and Stephanie remarked how much he deserved it as no one would really miss such a guy despite him being a good mayor as they have watched him sink into the ocean and get drown by the water.

They both thought that he did not even deserve a symbolic grave even after a hundred years.

And that was how things worked in these kinds of situations, after all…
