Chapter 1: Celebrating Nnoitra Gilga's Birthday
Nnoitra had woken as he looked at his clock and saw that it was nearly day time. He groaned as he called out to Szayel.
Szayel came into his room as he smiled at him.
"Good Morning, night owl.~ Slept well~?" Szayel asked.
"Yeah. Get yer ass over here.~" Nnoitra command.
Szayel closed the door as he walked over to Nnoitra, laying on top of him.
"Happy Birthday.~ Is there anything you want to do today~?" Szayel asked.
"Nothing. To be honest. I tried texting Izaya but he's busy." Nnoitra said.
"Well, he and the soul society are dealing with an imposter right now. None of them was able to sleep." Szayel explained.
"Gah, let me go there.~ I'll deal with them myself.~" Nnoitra said.
Szayel laughed, "Well, if Izaya gives us any updates, I'm sure he'll call us."
Nnoitra looked at him as he kissed Szayel.
Szayel closed his eyes as he kissed Nnoitra back.
"You know, I actually got you something…~ It's in my room though." Szayel said as he sat up.
"You may get it. I need to get dressed anyway." Nnoitra said.
Szayel smiled as he walked out of his room and headed to his room.
Nnoitra got out of bed as he read the text messages he received from his friends.
"Thanks! Now go to the mall or some shit." Nnoitra said.
"We're staying home, now get your ass out here. We got something for you." Loly replied in the groupchat.
Nnoitra glared at his phone as he grabbed some clothes and headed to the restroom.
Szayel came back into Nnoitra's room as he noticed that he had gone to the bathroom to change.
Szayel left the gift on the bed as he looked around Nnoitra's room.
Szayel saw Nnoitra's sword that was filled with dry blood.
He also saw a few chains hanging from his window and two knives.
"Oh? So that's where they've been." Szayel saw as he saw the two knives hung from the wall.
Nnoitra came out of the restroom as he accidentally hit his hip on the dresser.
"Son of a twit cake!" Nnoitra shouted.
Szayel jumped up as he turned around and saw his friend.
"Are you alright? Need a bandaid?" Szayel asked as he chuckled.
"I'm fine, you pink haired doctor. Anyways, like my room? Sorry it's messy." Nnoitra asked.
"It's alright, but what are you doing with those knives? They're for cutting food." Szayel said as he folded his arms.
"Oh.~ I'm into knife play.~ Want to try it out sometime~?" Nnoitra asked.
"Sure.~ I like it rough, by the way, so don't be nice with me.~" Szayel said.
"Good.~ Anyways, come with me." Nnoitra said.
Szayel stood behind him as the two both walked out and headed to the kitchen.
Luppi ended up throwing confetti at Nnoitra's face.
"What the hell?! You damn octopus!" Nnoitra grabbed onto Luppi's shoulders as he lifted him up.
Then everybody jumped up and shouted: "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NNOITRA GILGA!"
Nnoitra looked at everyone as he gently set Luppi down.
"Oh I see y'all planned a party for me, did ya~?" Nnoitra said as he grinned.
"Duh. Izaya is extremely busy at this moment, so we're on our own to help celebrate your birthday, Nnoitra." Loly said.
"Alright alright, he told me, so thank you all. Want to play a game or some shit?" Nnoitra asked as he vaped his e-cig.
"We're going to play some video games, you're welcome to join, Nnoitra." Tesla said.
"Also, the cake was good." Loly said as she ate a slice of cake.
Nnoitra looked at the cake as it was half way gone.
"You dumbasses, I wasn't able to make a wish yet." Nnoitra said, irritated.
Szayel went to Nnoitra as he gave him a black and white striped cupcake with three candles on the frosting.
"Here you go. I've made it and hid it." Szayel said.
Nnoitra looked at the cupcake as he smiled a bit.
"You know, you may be a weirdo, but you're a great friend and baker. Thank you." Nnoitra said as he whispered into Szayel's ear.
Szayel giggled as he lit up the candles.
Nnoitra gave Szayel a big kiss on Szayel's lips as he gently set down the cupcake.
"Mmmm.~ Mmmm~, Spoon, they'll see.~" Szayel said as he gently pushed back Nnoitra.
"Let them watch.~ I don't care. Nel and Tesla already know about our friends with benefits mess~." Nnoitra said.
"Yes, but not the others." Szayel said, concerned.
Nnoitra nodded as he blew out the candles and put some of the icing on Szayel's nose. "Enjoy.~"
Szayel chuckled as he took it from his nose and licked it.
Nnoitra went to Nel and Tesla and did the same.
"Thanks for the party, peeps." Nnoitra said.
"Ah, my nose~! Nel squealed.
Tesla was clueless as he just stared at the icing on his nose.
"You're supposed to lick it off, dummy." Nnoitra said.
"Be nice, Nnoitra. Here Tesla." Nel said as she took the icing off Tesla's nose and showed it to him.
Tesla smiled as he licked it off Nel's finger.
Nel giggled.
Nnoitra gave them a disgusted look as he went back to Szayel as the two drank some red wine and vaped.
"No really, is there anything you want to do today?" Szayel asked as he ate some of the cake.
"Wanna just cuddle? I'm sorry, I'm tired. Been up all night making sure Izaya, his man, his whole family, and friends are safe at the soul society. After what he told me, I got worried. And yes I have emotions!" Nnoitra said as he gave a glare to Tesla who was staring at him.
"Now now, let's all calm down. Yes I know dear, it's terrible. An impostor? Have they dealt with something like that before?" Szayel asked.
"I hope not. Because that means if there's an impostor, they'll be fighting a clone and will end up hurting the real one." Nnoitra said.
"Yes, that's true. And no fun at all." Szayel said as he gave his e-cig to Tesla.
Tesla took a drag from the e-cig as he was only listening to their convo.
"They'll handle it. Maybe they'll keep the real ones safe somewhere while they fight off the impostor." Szayel said.
"Well good. If not, I hope they'll call us up and have us help them. Anyways, the cupcake was really good. Do y'all two want to cuddle or some shit?" Nnoitra asked.
"I'm interested. Are you Tesla?" Szayel asked Tesla as he put his hand on his cheek.
"Y-Yes….may I join too, honey?" Tesla asked.
"Let's go peepsqueak. Yo peeps, we're going to take a nap, so keep it down or else you'll pay!" Nnoitra said as he and the boys headed back to his room.
Tesla laid down on Nnoitra's bed.
Szayel handed Nnoitra his present.
"Oh right forgot." Nnoitra said as he opened it.
It was a black and white hoodie as it said "Tired Boy" on the back.
"Dude, holy shit! Thank you! I've always wanted this but shit's expensive." Nnoitra said.
"It was on sale, so I had to get it." Szayel said.
"Either way, thank you. And what did you get me, dude?" Nnoitra said as he looked at Tesla.
Tesla frowned, I'm sorry love…..I wasn't able to buy you anything. Can we go to the mall later on so we can shop around?"
"I guess, yeah. The mall just has everything on sale." Nnoitra said as he laid on the bed.
Szayel joined as he sighed happily.
"So, how's work going, Szayel?" Nnoitra asked.
"Really good. One of my students made a volcano filled with acid.~" Szayel said as he grinned.
"The hell? No one got hurt right?" Nnoitra asked.
"Nope, we were all safe plus it only burned their project. So I gave them an A+." Szayel said.
"Well good. As long it wasn't on you or the other students, then great. But really that's creative of them." Nnoitra said.
"Thanks dear." Szayel ended up yawning.
"I'm going to turn on the TV so we can find something to sleep on." Nnoitra said as he grabbed the remote and turned on the tv."
"Hon, can I cuddle you?" Tesla asked.
"Huh? Oh sure." Nnoitra said as he laid down in between Tesla and Szayel.
"Happy Birthday, Nnoitra." Szayel said as he kissed Nnoitra.
"Thanks, pinky." Nnoitra said as he kissed Szayel back.
"H-Happy birthday…..master." Tesla said as he cuddled closer to Nnoitra.
"Thanks, hon." Nnoitra said.
Only Tesla was awake, watching the movie on tv. Nnoitra and Szayel closed their eyes after ten minutes into the movie.
