Shikamaru

I hate waking up early. Seriously, where was I thinking when I arranged this trip? It's 5:50 in the morning, I've made an appointment with the staff at half past six in front of the Hokage's building. We should get there around eight o'clock. My parents gave me the key to the house, it had been years since we went there. After I grew up some things just lost their fun. My parents sporadically went to check on the house but they never even thought of disposing of it.

I packed my things just yesterday, I would only take one backpack, there's more than enough. I was complaining but I needed this moment and I also needed time alone with Temari. I was also happy to be fulfilling one of his dreams, so to speak. How troubled was your childhood for not being able to go to the beach? Everything about her past was still a mystery to me.

I didn't want to look like I was smothering her.

I finished my shower and went to get my things. I went downstairs, grabbed a piece of fruit from the counter and left a message for my parents. They still hadn't woken up. I got the truck keys and got in. I looked at the clock and saw that it was late. I accelerated with the car and got out of that forest.

Along the way, I was already mentally preparing myself for the typical things that would happen. Kiba pestering everyone, Naruto and his antics, Ino shooting videos and taking millions of photos to post. Choji even eating inside the car. I just didn't know how Temari's brothers were going to behave. They were nice, especially Kankuro. He even reminded me a little of Kiba's way.
